We've been bringing our Bernedoodle, AJ, to Puppy Haven Brookhaven for about two years, and we truly couldn't be happier. From the moment we walk through the door, it's obvious how much the entire team genuinely cares about every dog. AJ gets so excited when we arrive, and it's clear he has the best time every single visit. We've tried several other daycare and boarding facilities over the years, and Puppy Haven is, without question, the best. The staff is warm, attentive, and professional, and we always have complete peace of mind knowing AJ is in such loving hands. Whether it's daycare or boarding, we know he's not just being watched--he's being cared for like family. If you're looking for a place where your dog will be safe, happy, and genuinely loved, I can't recommend Puppy Haven Brookhaven highly enough. We are so grateful to have found them, and AJ absolutely loves his Puppy Haven family! read more

Brookhaven Puppy Haven has been a wonderful boarding place for our Shiba Inu, Mochi. The staff is caring, attentive, and keeps us informed. We especially appreciate their proactive communication. When Mochi wasn't eating regularly, they reached out to let us know and offered helpful solutions like food toppers. It's clear they genuinely care about the dogs in their care. Mochi loves going, and we highly recommend Brookhaven Puppy Haven! read more

We adore Melesha and what she has done for our dogs! Since moving to Brookhaven we haven't had the best luck with grooming, we have two Bichons and most groomers disregard our wishes for their cuts and shave them, but Mel has went above and beyond for our girls! This is our second time having their hair cut and we will not be leaving!! She is very detailed and listens to concerns/wants everytime and is upfront about what she can do and it's always perfect!! Puppy Haven truly puts your pets first for comfortability (and cuteness), you can tell the staff here truly loves animals, I know mine are always safe there. Lily & Pipen always leave so perfect and happy!! Pics for reference, plus their cute little holiday bandanas thank you guys for what you do! read more

When my pup started going to daycare/boarding, she was extremely anxious - shaking in lobby, not eating for overnights. The staff at the Puppyhaven Brookhaven location went above and beyond to set up a plan to get her more comfortable and make the transition easier on us both. She now literally runs to the back on her own when we get there. I can't speak highly enough about how wonderful everyone here is - your pup will be in great hands! read more

We absolutely adore Puppy Haven - Brookhaven! My dog, Phoebe, goes once a week and "camp day" is her favorite. Puppy Haven is awesome. Fletcher, our excitable Brittany Spaniel, has been going to weekly doggy daycare for 3 years to burn off excess energy. He's always excited to go (which wasn't the case at his previous daycare), and we trust the staff to keep a watchful eye on all the dogs. The staff are also good about getting everyone in and out quickly, which is great as l'm usually rushing to/from work. We've also been happy with Puppy Haven's other services, including nail clippings and bathes. Overall, highly recommend Puppy Haven for doggy daycare and grateful to have them in our neighborhood. read more

Recently started taking my pup Wade for daycare and it has been wonderful. Hanging out with other dogs is his favorite thing and he can do it here in a safe clean environment. He always comes out tuckered out from all the playing. The staff is so welcoming and pleasant and they are always there to answer and questions you have. The live webcams are an added bonus so I can check in on him throughout the day. We also used them for boarding for his first boarding experience and it was also great he was sad to leave. 10 out of 10. read more

EVERYTHING! Friendly; (cheerful even) staff. Always eager and able to answer my many questions! MELESHA Ford is the only groomer I've ever needed/used before. I've always had big, short haired, boy rescues (dogs) lucky for me if they got shampooed once a month in the backyard with a water hose. Laila Ali is my first small dog and first girl. She's a Gift from God. Spend lots of time (and $donations!) filling out applications at all the rescue places before I finally realized they were not going to let me have a young dog... at 82, they figured i couldn't make a long term commitment. Oh, I do go on.....back to puppy haven and MELESHA....I know she's the best, because, well, just look at Leila! I liked her (MELESHA) immediately and asked if she'd be my Facebook friend.... always putting photos of us on Facebook....I love how she makes us feel like we're her favorite clients and I know she makes all her clients (customers?) Feel the same way! So grateful our paths crossed! read more

Make sure to book in advance! We took our dog, Scooby, here for his temperament test, which they require all dogs to do to see how they handle being with other dogs. They have 2 rooms--one for big dogs and one for small dogs. Scooby, our 70-pound beast, was in the big dog room. We got to watch him on the cameras frolicking around with the other dogs. When they take the dogs for outdoor playtime, you unfortunately can't see them on the cameras. You can see them when they're inside though! He got to play all day and he came home exhausted. We boarded him there from a Friday to a Monday. Again, it was so nice being able to watch him on the webcams. They also do a great job of posting on Instagram. They post some on Facebook too, but check out Instagram for more frequent posts. It was comforting to be able to check in on him while he was there. Another great thing about Puppy Haven is their hours! You can get in from out of town pretty late on a Sunday and still pick up your pup until 7:00 pm! Customer service is great! They sent a letter to our house (addressed to Scooby) after his first day there. They also sent him home with a cute little report card. They gave me an update on his eating habits while he was there when I went to pick him up. I love sending Scooby there and would definitely recommend to any other dog parents! read more

We have been regulars at Puppy Haven since Chloe was a year old. The staff has ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS been so loving and kind towards Chloe. Daniel , the manager is so awesome that we actually drove 30 minutes to Roswell just so she could see him. But luckily, for Brookhaven he manages our location. Tonight, I got into a little accident and I couldn't pick Chloe up by the time they closed. I completely panicked and called. Megan was so incredibly kind and empathetic. She told me that she lives minutes away and would be more than happy to come back and re open the facility so I could take my pup home. I was already stressed from the minor accident I got in. But she 100 percent made it better for several reasons. One is that she really cared. Not just about Chloe but me too. And second, she went above and beyond. Please take your dog to Puppy Haven. They have an incredible staff. Tell them that Chloe Rose sent you read more

Just now posting my pics from the Fifth Annual Party for the Paws event that Puppy Haven hosted to benefit the Royal Animal Refuge in May. We had so much fun! I promised the team at the sign-in table I would post their pic. The atmosphere was upbeat, they had tons of vendors with give aways, the food trucks had some amazing chow and well? I am putting this on my annual must-attend charity events. Hope you enjoy the pics! Highly recommend attending this fun event in May that benefits a great cause. read more

Puppy Haven is, by far, the best doggy daycare in the area. With webcams inside to check on your pup, regular outdoor playtime with pools in summer, and a staff so dedicated to taking great care of your canine companion, this is a wonderful local business worthy of a try. They have discounted multi-day packages available and sales occasionally throughout the year, as well as great boarding rates all year round. They've handled the CDC changes extremely well and are thorough about protocols, cleaning and sanitation and safety of staff, clients and pups alike. read more
