We are so grateful for puppy haven! Our Goldendoodle, Daisy, absolutely loves coming here. We bring her in for the dog daycare when we have long work days and for occasional boarding when we are out of town. Whenever we go to puppy haven, she literally sprints to the workers and is so excited to be there. In all the pictures she has these big smiles so I know she is having fun. We love Puppy Haven and would recommend them especially for daycare! They've taken great care of our pup, Lychee, for both daycare and overnight boarding. There've been many times where we needed a last minute place to have her taken care of during the day, and they usually have availability day of if you just give them a call. They also have a webcam up that you can access to view your pup while you're away. Added bonus that their webcam has a decent FPS too haha. Highly recommend them! read more

So far my experience here has been fantastic! Every single time I call, super friendly cheery staff are ready to help and being very detailed and really seem to care about how they do their job! My fur baby gets to play ALL day and doesn't get cooped up in a kennel like other places. They take them out of walks too. I've done the overnight stay and everything went well there too. I called last minute for that and they were able to accommodate. After leaving her a got a random call from them and the girl was just checking with me about what I wanted to do about food left over if she didn't eat. Nice, thanks for asking! I never got a tour of the place and not sure if they even offer that but you can see cameras in the lobby of the interior play area. On the first visit I got a little card with a picture and some info about their assessment. In the pic you could see my little baby was super happy and looked like she played to her hearts content. Puppyhaven is the only place we take our pups. Tucker and Gunner love going to daycare and boarding. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. One time Tucker ran out of meds when we were out of town, and someone went by the vet to pick up more for him. Gunner is very awkward and sometimes is a dog only his mother can love. The employees at Puppyhaven actually enjoy his awkwardness and multiple people on separate occasions have commented how much they like him. What a disappointment. When we arrived at 8:30 AM the rude clerk at the front desk couldn't find the reservation. She had to look for a reason not to take our puppy. She found one. She said that our puppy needed an influenza vaccine. We were not informed of this earlier when we set up the appointment, before we took our dog in for all her other shots. This one additional shot would cost another $148 as a second appointment. This was all for Puppy Haven to EVALUATE our dog for half-a-day to determine IF they would deign to board her longer term. While they may be puppy friendly they are NOT people friendly. As a result, we are looking for another alternative. Very very disappointed in the quality of the staff and their poor communication skills. read more
