Took their food and bowls but was told they provided bowls, so they gave me back my personal bowls. Wen I returned to picked them up and brought them home, both dogs started coughing. By the next day, their symptoms had become worse. I took them to the veterinarian, where they were diagnosed with Kennel Cough. I contacted Frogs to Dogs to inform them of the situation and was told someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, I have not received a phone call, text, or email addressing my concerns. I understand that kennel cough can sometimes occur even in vaccinated dogs and in boarding environments, but I am disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-up after reporting what happened. I am sure that it can get tiring to listen to dogs bark constantly all day, but if you can't handle it, you shouldn't be working with dogs. Those are people's family members, and they are trusting you with their care and this man is being verbally abusive. I can't see if he's doing anything physically to them, but he is verbally being abusive to these dogs. I can still hear him yelling and he knows I'm out here. I told him I wouldn't dare take my dog there and it didn't seem to deter him so if you take your dog here, you might want to pull in the back parking lot sometime and just listen because I guarantee you you don't know what's going on when you're not there. This guy should be fired. I have been here for 30 minutes now and he is still yelling at the dogs, screaming at them to go sit down in a very angry tone. He is obviously not a happy person and he does not need to be around other people's pets. I am posting this because I care about animals. I'm not trying to cause problems for this guy. I don't even know who he is but he does not need to be working with animals, and if you take your dog here, you have a right to know.

They returned her food container still full, which immediately raised concerns for me about whether she was actually being fed. This isn't the first issue I've experienced. During a previous stay, my dog lost approximately 4 pounds, which I found alarming. On this visit, I was again given an explanation that simply didn't make sense based on my dog's normal behavior. As pet owners, we trust boarding facilities to provide basic care, including feeding our animals and accurately documenting that care. Unfortunately, my confidence in this location has been shaken. I encourage anyone considering boarding their pet here to ask detailed questions about feeding procedures, documentation, and how they monitor each dog's food intake. My experience has left me feeling that my concerns were not adequately addressed, and I will not be returning.

So my dog who doesn't fight or bark stayed in the crate from Monday after her bath after the staff left until I picked her up on Tuesday at 9:30am My dog is 62 pounds why she placed in this crate that allowed her paw to slip down and as Ms Zoey said she wiggled her hand out and layed on her side based on what she seen on the camera She was in pain but excited to see me when I picked her up, Due to this error of the employee this is what she's going through ! The personnel worked with me to gently introduce her to other dogs, allowed short visits, & gave meds as I requested. She'd tremble when we left the house. We progressed to short stays, etc., - and she's so much more self-confident now (about 20 months later - these things take TIME!) and - when I pull up there, she now pulls ME up the ramp to go in! I checked their pricing and saw it was $15, plus it was only about a 7 minute drive, so I decided to try it out. As soon as we walked in, the staff immediately greeted Tyrone (he's a pug) and me, which I appreciated. They also let me know that since I brought my own shampoo, my total would be $13 instead of $15, which was a nice surprise. The place was really clean, and yes, it smells like dog, but that's kind of expected since it's a doggy daycare and boarding spot. The wash area was solid and did exactly what it needed to do. They had plenty of clean towels, plus shampoo and conditioner available if you need it, and a good assortment of grooming tools. Overall, it was convenient, affordable, and way easier than trying to do this at home.
