In addition, several times the person they send is not sufficiently trained to resolve the issue -- and we have to wait another 10 days. Some configuration of this has happened between 8 and 10 times in 7 years. This is our SECURITY system. We pay a high price for this service but, when we have a need, we have to go without security for 10 days or longer??? We are NOT impressed.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY I paid thousands of dollars for equipment…read moreand ~$52/month for service and was told that if there are any issues with anything at all including battery replacement in sensors, etc, they would come out and fix anything at no charge for unlimited time as long as I continue paying the monthly service fee. I requested service and found that there were fees on my monthly bill for the work & ADT reported that the contractor "Protect Your Home" may have lied to me verbally that all issues are fixed for free when in fact the fine print & ADT customer service states that they only cover free repairs within 90 days of installation.
