Mine was...different…read more We talked with them at the Home Show and were really excited to have them come out and give us a quote, so we scheduled an appointment with them for in April. Appointment time came and went. The guy was a no show. Didn't call, either. A couple of hours after the appointment time, I called their office. Got the standard outgoing "sorry we missed your call blah blah blah" so I left the standard name-number-reason for calling message. Here we are in late June, and I'm still waiting for the call back. I would love to have solar panels with the energy storage battery system, but if they are this unreliable before we even get started, I will respectfully pass. I will continue to look for a company who actually wants to do business and respects their scheduling commitments. To waste my time (that I took off work for this appointment) and not even follow up with a return call tells me all I need to know. Kinda feels like dodging a bullet.

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING SOLAR!…read more When putting all the money out for a solar system it's extremely important to hire a local company that has its own installers and that actually cares about solar. Four years ago I purchased a solar system not knowing what I was doing from a non-local company. Five months ago half the system quit working. I contacted the company and they kept ignoring my request for repair. Then I finally received an email that stated they were going bankrupt. I found out that a lot of companies sprang up to collect the government payout and after things dried up would take the money and run. Since I am paying a savings and loan I couldn't simply stop paying and I still owed over 17k. They referred me to the company they contracted with. That company blew me off, there's not much money in repair vs full installs. I tried a third company that I thought was local but turned out not to be and the contractor they hire could not repair my system. FYI, there are different manufacturers of systems and they are very different. Finally I found Truesouth solar, their customer service was friendly and helpful. They sent a knowledgeable tech out who was on staff and not an independent contractor. He fixed my system and it works perfectly now. Truesouth solar did not make much money off of me and yet treated me with concern and respect. If you are in southern Oregon and want to purchase a solar system I highly recommend them. Down the road if something goes wrong, you need to be able to count on support. I literally contacted every company in the Medford area and Truesouth solar was the only one that was willing and competent to help.

Had an incident with one of their drivers back on July 16th, the driver was driving a big red…read moredually truck with "Lawless roofing" logos on the side and was tailgating me (following way tooo close) all the way through downtown medford where the speed limits have been reduced to 20 MPH, he almost hit the back end of my car several times because he was following to closely and we were in the mix of morning traffic on a Wednesday morning. I stayed in the far right lane so he had 2 other lanes to go into to pass. This said driver then sped off around me flipping me off, I have videos of him tailgating and speeding past me. I called the truck and liscense plate into police for a driving complaint, and then I got the phone number for lawless roofing off that rolling billboard driving like a jerk, contacted the "manager" who said she'd send me a gift card cause this is not acceptable, so tried to basically pay me to shut up, didn't take down any of my info for complaint, she was in such a hurry on the phone, and said she'd be calling the driver and taking care of it, so said driver in red truck drives like a bigger jerk and starts weaving in and out of traffic, meanwhile with lawless roofing all over the company vehicle. This company does not care that their drivers are driving so carelessly that they are risking peoples lives. They could kill someone!!! Your right manager this is unacceptable, and I have 2 videos of your driver like I told you, showing his awful driving habbits that you cared so little about... No job, no roof, no delivery is worth someone's life!!!! We all just want to make it home to our families!!! I am a delivery driver as well, and to drive a company vehicle, I have to under go extensive driving training, maybe something your drivers need? Harsher consequences for their actions? because now I see why he doesn't care about the lives of anyone else because his company doesn't care about how he drives.
