DIY is sketchy at best 2) looong re-screening lead times...and actually, looooong lead times if buying new screens. We did both, it took 5-weeks for a small job. Not a big house we have. 3) They say they'll "contact you" when stuff is ready for pickup...guess what? Never a call...or email...or text. Nada 4) Rudeness. Two days after the installation was finished we had a hard rain and I noticed the downspout was no longer connected to the gutter. I called my local contact who told me to send him a picture and he'd put in a work order. I did that and nothing happened. I sent another picture with all information needed and still got nothing.
