Why? 1) there's NO help with measuring your screens, just vague, verbal, seat-of-the-pants "guidelines"...no specific or written instructions at all...unless you want to pay the high-high service fee and have them do an on-site. DIY is sketchy at best 2) looong re-screening lead times...and actually, looooong lead times if buying new screens. We did both, it took 5-weeks for a small job. Not a big house we have. 3) They say they'll "contact you" when stuff is ready for pickup...guess what? Never a call...or email...or text. Nada 4) Rudeness. There's just an "attitude" with these people. Unfriendly vibe. So, no, I can't review them low enough. Use them at your own discretion. I bet donuts to dollars you'll come away just like me.

Two days after the installation was finished we had a hard rain and I noticed the downspout was no longer connected to the gutter. I called my local contact who told me to send him a picture and he'd put in a work order. I did that and nothing happened. I sent another picture with all information needed and still got nothing. Finally I called the company directly. I was told the project manager was on another line but would give her an urgent message to call me back. That was two days ago.

All I can say, Elderly Financial abuse by Allison Smith,and DABELLA CO. paid her $4100 for nothing, no pix, not even an installer to measure. I would not recommend Joe for any repair or handyman work…read more I hired Joe to perform work at my business and the quality of the workmanship was extremely disappointing. Multiple issues had to be corrected after the fact, including work that should have been completed properly the first time. I repeatedly had to follow up with him to address problems that were left unfinished or done incorrectly. What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability. After acknowledging the issues and telling me multiple times that he would come back and fix them, he continually delayed the repairs with different excuses. I have text messages showing him promising to return and make things right. When I finally followed up again, he simply told me to hire someone else and claimed it wasn't the type of work he does. If this wasn't work he was qualified to perform, he should never have accepted the job in the first place. Instead, I was left with unfinished repairs, additional costs, and the inconvenience of finding someone else to fix the problems. Poor workmanship, poor communication, and no follow through. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
