If I could give a 0 I would. I work from home my only available time is early morning (after midnight). Firstly our services were off four hours today from 10 am to 2 pm due to an outage. Bur I log on at 2 am to start my work. All services OFF again. It's "maintenance" " they do ot late so it doesn't bother people" As a company that's SUPPOSED to be respectful a courtesy text would of been nice. I explained that this would be the second time today I lost my service.they didn't care. I asked if I would get a discount. They said 10 dollars. I pay 170 a month for internet and cable. 10 dollars is unacceptable. They finally agreed on 25. Another instance from eBay this month. We do auto pay supposed to be paid on the 3rd. On the 4th all services ate cut off. Why? Because THEY didn't take it out like auto pay is supposed to be (like they have for the last 3 years) They tell me I have to pay a reconnection fee. Because if THEIR error! The prices are unreasonable as well. It's almost double since we came to breezeline. We call they say "oh we will waive a one time payment of 100 dollars" but when it's time to pay the bill no waived it. And they act like they don't know what's going on. Terrible company. Co-ordering between breezeline and spectrum. Your people made it easier. Spectrum was always trying to sell me something. A simple cancelation of strive turned into a three day deal. Breezeline did what I wanted and they got my service back. read more

Their service is terrible! I have to reset my router at LEAST twice a week if not more. They have "outages" but don't report them. Because a simple reset should fix the issue, but it hardly does. We will be leaving this company and switching to a new provider! I could not NOT recommend them any more! read more

First when I had to call to get it installed instead of me thinking I can do a self install, the sales person was fast and had me an installation date for the very next morning, then when the technician arrived, he was super fast and nice and had my service up and running within the hour... with no installation fees whatsoever....love you guys... read more

TERRIBLE. Also inherited Breezline from Wow. We never had issues before. Now our internet is no longer working despite multiple calls to the international call center. They want to send the service rep out in 1.5 weeks! I called other major carriers and ends up we are paying double what we should be. I cancelled immediately. Horrendous service. read more

FREEZELINE! We have internet and cable with Breezeline and every time I sit down to watch television, the cable is completely out, or as I'm watching the video part of the show freezes so that I only get audio. A former wow customer automatically switched to Breezeline with little notification. Had superior service with wow. It's been ~ 3 months of consistent service interruption for as long as 4 hrs. On occasion a few times a day. Of course it's my modem even though neighbors in the same development experience the same issues. Expect no service when contacting customer service. Even though the online chat has a less wait time, (i.e. 180 min for phone calls), don't expect resolution either. I wish I could give Breezeline 0 stars. One star is far too generous. My wife and I were evaluating bills and determined our internet bill was too high. Thinking we could do better we gave Breezeline a call and were delighted to hear we could get almost twice the bandwidth for half the cost. An installer came to the house and hooked up the line. We couldn't get the signal working in the home so we purchased a new compatible modem to resolve the issue. The new modem works fantastically on Time Warner, but we still could not get a signal from Breezeline. We called customer support and they lied to my wife claiming it can take 48 hours for their signal to come through after install. We waited 72 hours and called back. This time after running through an exhaustive series of troubleshooting steps the customer service rep told my wife it actually takes up to 72 hours worth of business days for the signal to be live post install. I work in IT and know this is complete and utter B.S. We waited the 72 hours and when there was still no signal we called Breezeline and cancelled service. We also had them come and remove the cable they ran to the home. We had to fight with Breezeline to dispute any charges and our first invoice for internet they were never able to properly hook up to the house. Stay away from this shady company, their inferior product and lying customer service reps who will tell you anything and everything to keep you from cancelling and will then bill you for your wasted time. This is the worst cable company I have ever dealt with. I was told I had credits added to my account and then was told they were incomplete. I tried calling over and over getting hung up on. Tried to charge me double and then give me the runaround. Service half the time down or going in and out. This is a trash company. Followup to Breezeline review,it looks like the return of over $100+ has been put back into my bank acct finally. But my review still stands,the potential service cost me time,aggravation & money NOT to mention the fact that my tel # is gone and the nonsense that I had to go thru to get this info updated with every one of my other providers of service was unnecessary. Until they get better people to represent this MOBILE transition I dont see it getting any more better. Sad but true. Absolutely terrible. Our internet kept cutting out multiple times a day for minutes at a time in the middle of the day. Called multiple times and all they could say was that it was part of a planned infrastructure upgrade and that they could not say how long it would go on. If you are not home at all during then the day then by all means give them a shot. But if you happen to work form home at all just let your boss know you won't be available . I am looking for a new Internet provider. My experience from DAy 1 has been a complete nightmare. Constant misbilling, waiting forever to get connected, being charged for services I never had, being overcharged for my service 3 months running -- I have finally had enough. Customer service takes 7 minutes to complete their security check with telephone numbers billing address, email address, the list goes on. I haven't had one support call that lasted under 40 minutes because the operators struggle with English as a first language. The customer service tech on the phone was awesome and found from his research that I needed a in home tech. The very next day a service tech showed up on time. He was very nice, looked over the entire system from outside all the way to the tv. The problem with my internet was fixed and I'm very happy with the results! Inherited Breezeline from WOW and it has been the worst experience. Gig internet that constantly lags, the longest wait times I have ever seen, offshore customer service, tech support that doesn't understand issues. Once I finally got someone they made me do all the things that had already been done through all of Breezelines preferred method like YouTube videos. I just needed a replacement Eero beacon. I was put on hold to complete the request for replacement equipment for over 30 minutes after waiting over an hour to speak with someone. Hope to be switching soon. read more

I had been with Wow for over 25 years and never ever had the problems I am having with Breezeline. This company is just horrible all the way around. I feel like the other reviewer, I didn't ask for Breezeline. It was forced upon me. When I had Wow, anytime I had a problem it was dealt with and done. Not with Breezeline. I had internet issues and I called and had to wait for over 50 minutes. When the woman came on, she acted like she was drunk. She screamed in the phone and she blamed a co-worker. There was so much noise in the background I couldn't hear. She put me on hold so many times I said I was done after over 45 minutes. I asked for a supervisor and she said no one was available. I knew I wasn't talking to anyone. I hung up. The week of June 26th I was out of internet services for 3 days. I called 3 time and waited over 45 minutes and then was on the phone for 45 minutes and was hung up on all 3 times. Finally, I got a somewhat decent worker that told me there was an outage. Two days later it was corrected but I still have no service. Now, I have to wait until July 5th for someone to check it out. I am so done with Breezeline. I am switching on July 11th. Don't and I mean don't sign up for service with Beeezeline. You will regret it. Something needs to be done about this business. read more

I have been put on hold and disconnected multiple times. held for over 2 hours last night and then the phoneline went dead. tried to call back and go not answer at all. I have been told to be patient, that this is how business works. I did NOT ask for Breezeline, it was forced on me and now I have no internet and cannot work from home at all. I am not able to use anything in my house that depends on the internet, and they don't care at all. someone needs to do something about them. maybe shut the entire company down. Do not choose Breezeline. Technical support is terrible. Within less than 24 hours there is trouble with the service. asked to speak with manager the associate refused. asked to cancel my service I was told unable to do so on Sunday. wanted to use my own modem and router provided Mac ID then their associate informed me after they start the process it will take up 24 hours for the change to take place. neglected to inform me thst they would be inactivating their modem.So basically I got internet on 8/25/22 that worked for less than 24 hours. whatever you do DO NOT use their Service read more

I've had to call Breezeline on multiple occasions over the past 4 months for internet pausing/freezing/buffering. I pay for the highest speed, but everything from my work computer, to my TV, to my phone buffers and freezes. Each time I called (well over 12 times) all they did was a hard reset of my modem (which I could have done, and did do myself already). This did nothing. It had taken them 4 months to agree to send a tech to my home. Within 5 mins, the tech found the issue (pod was plugged into modem, which Breezeline TOLD me to do during setup, and the instruction booklet also says to do). The tech said it should not be plugged to the modem, he unplugged it and moved it downstairs. I've had no issues since. Do better, Breezeline. We pay too much for this unnecessary runaround. read more

I have had no wifi for 3 day due to some bullshit network interference, I called multiple times and finally they said theyd schedule someone to come out but I have to wait over a week. I was having trouble with my personal router and decided to use Breezeline's router. Was critical time due to me having to work from home. Breezeline quickly responded and had a tech at my house within days. He was though in checking the lines coming into my home and replacing my router with a Breezeline one.
