I was a WOW customer for years with no issues. Breezeline takes over and initially things were fine. Around 3-4 months ago, I started having random disconnect issues where either my modem would reboot itself or a connection issue outside the house. I have given Breezeline ample opportunity to fix the issue as over the past 3-4 months I have had 3 or 4 technician visits, new modem, new line run from the outside post, etc. They still can't fix it. I work from home so my connection is important. I'm done with them. read more

Cancelled service at the beginning of Sep. because we moved out of town and we are still getting bills to our new address for the service that doesn't exist any more - $122.00. Called them, they said they saw where we tried to cancel for Sep 1st. and would cancel the bill. Got a call from a "supervisor" today saying they would give us a courtesy discount of $80. Told her I'm not paying anything for a service that should have been cancelled and she said "That's up to you, I'm not going to argue with you." Absolutely insane. Ya'll need help. read more

It was not until a tech finally had to come out that we were told our many service issues were likely related to Breezeline leaving WOW customers on a service plan that was not only over $50 more per month than they charge for the same service, but was also causing the internet to constantly have connectivity issues. It was not communicated the countless times we had to call the service line that the plan was likely causing our service issues, or that there were more cost effective options for the same plan. This is the WORST company ever. My installation appointment was scheduled for a block of 8:30 am - 6:30 pm. The installation tech showed up at 7. The tech checked the wires on the backyard and said I was good to go. Well, guess who doesn't have a signal? Call Pissline{Breezeline} back, and they tell me that they will send a tech out on the 27th! They want me to wait 12 more days for something that should have happened today, the 15th. Only choice in Queen Anne County MD who doesn't care if we can work from home Internet goes up and down several times a day frequent outages with no notifications or updates. The latest is a 3 state outage including my state. Can't get refunds for outages unless you call. Qhen you call the wait time is 3 HOURS! I tried their chat that said my wait time was 15-20 min after 4 hours there was still no reply. When I call and waited on hold for 3.5 hours they hung up before I could say anything. I see many reviews posting they would give negative stars if they could. I 100% agree. When WOW transitioned to breezeline I lost all speed and connection stability. I had to use my mobile data to get any work done. I canceled my account immediately and switched providers. That was in May. It's now October and I still get a monthly email that they owe me $2. Breezeline just took TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) off their cable. There was only one Christian station left on tv and now they don't provide it anymore. This is completely unsatisfactory. Now they can drop the f-bomb on tv no problem but they don't even let the Christians have one tv station we can watch to hear the Word or good preaching. I don't even know where to start! Breezeline has gouged us for internet service - $100/month for internet service only. Internet goes out ALL the time. Weak, slow connection. Customer Service would be better if it was non-existent. When you do talk to someone they are rude, uninformed and of very little help. I have waited to get another service in our area which just came through - T-Mobile. Cancelling was a nightmare like I had expected. You can't find how to cancel on the website and have to call in. My son ordered sleezline, he works from home and wanted more gigabytes(is that what you call it)than what Spectrum was offering.He never mentioned this to me,so when they came to install the service,I asked the tech would this interfere with my current internet service from spectrum.I have 2 phone lines and 5 cable boxes as well as internet.He was under the impression that we didn't have any other service,but I told him I didn't want my spectrum service disconnected,so he didn't connect the service, he didn't even come in my home,yet my son got a bill from sleezline and when I called them they said we had service through them.No the hell we don't.We have always had spectrum and no one else.When I called to speak with someone it was like talking to an infant.Now today we get another bill,for service as well as a late fee for service we never had.My son is 18 and trying to build credit and he definitely doesn't need to have this bill go to collections.I really feel this company pride's themselves on scamming people,because they should be able to see that there has never been service at my address from sleezline. read more

RUN! Do not walk away from this ISP. Their connection is the most unreliable internet I've had in Columbus, OH. Rolling outages are almost a weekly thing and then you have to reset your router/modem a minimum of 2 times. When they bought out WOW, you could not reach a customer service rep for the first 90 days. They're apparently very incompetent as I had my internet scheduled to run through 9/30 and they shut it off on 9/29. Unbelievable. I do not have their service and never will. My neighbor ordered service through them and the tech decided it was easier for him to connect it on my property. He dug up my yard and connected the lines under my window. He was told he couldn't do that and he ignored me and continued to do it. I called breezeline multiple times and was told it would be taken care of immediately. The lines are still there, not to mention property damages and no calls explaining why. 30 minutes before the opening game of Ohio State football we turned on our breezeline cable and it was stuck on installer setup. My wife spent 2 hours trouble shooting this same issue the day before. she's been on the phone with them for 3 hours now. She has had to call 3 times as she been "disconnected" and they never bothered to call back. They sent he new equipment today and then get upset when we don't know how to connect it. A gentleman came to my home and offered me Breeszeline internet service. I advised him that I am not interested because I am having some work done in my home. He asked if he could have my number and call me back when a new promotion starts and I said fine. He called me a week later and I told him I was still too busy and would call back when I was ready. This guy instead open an account in my name and ordered me an installation! Techs show up at my house to do an installation. I advised them I never ordered this service. I called Breezeline to be sure this service is canceled and to complain about the fraudulent account that was set up and all they said was they never heard of this happening before and the lady tried to sell me internet again. Ever since they switched feom WOW nothing but issues. The first 2 months, they couldn't get my bill right. Having mini outages and needing to reset my modem often. Now one of my promotional discounts dropped off and the best they can do is add me to another promotional they have now that will lower my bill $5 now but will increase $20 after the 2 years. Anytime one of my discounts fell off with WOW, they were willing to add it back. Not asking for a cheaper rate just to stay where I am. Definitely looking to move somewhere else. Time goes on and the ISP situation just gets worse in this country. Prices go up and up while speeds remain the same, service becomes more limited, more throttled, and less reliable, all while alternate options shrink. Breezeline embodies all of this. They bought Wowway, who weren't exactly amazing to start with, and everything has gotten worse and worse since. I'm using my phone data to write this because my internet is out again. I can typically expect blip outages every hour or so, just long enough to interrupt a movie or a work video-call, but this is a big one that's going on an hour already! If you expect to hear some kind of explanation or a general ETA you're out of luck. You'll spend an hour waiting to talk to someone who will tell you exactly nothing. Frequently they won't even post about outages but then when you talk to customer service they'll tell you there is an outage but they don't have any idea how long it will be and can't say anything about what happened or what to expect! It's shocking how unreliable they are and yet they take our money so happily. read more

I was a WOW customer for over a decade and had issues with the internet maybe once a year or less. When Breezeline took over I started having issues maybe once a month. When I tried cancelling my service, the customer representative said they needed to transfer me to the retention department so they transferred me and then THAT person ALSO said they needed to transfer me to the retention department and so they transferred me again AND THEN YET AGAIN that person said they had to transfer me to the retention department before I finally was actually transferred to the retention department. So yeah, that's the kind of service you can expect with Breezeline. read more

I have been a Wow customer since August 2021, and they were bought by Breezeline in mid 2022. I contacted a sales rep in September 2022 since my promotional price was ending. I was able to get the new customer promo for the next year. They said I would be receiving a $150 gift card after 3 months. Flash foward almost 4 months and I have heard nothing about this gift card. I call support and they say it's only for new customers and that I'm ineligible. Then why would you keep offering the new customer price to current customers but not give the gift card you promised? Bad, just bad. Never stable! Always receiving slow speeds, my plan is for 500mbps, I have 10 devices, the max recommendation is 12. I did a sped test and I am receiving 1.5 Mbps land this occurs more times the it should. All they will say when you reachout is to reset even though you already did it yourself and even when they do it on their end, it still doesn't resolve anything, and then you get fed an ask for a new modem and to no ones suprise after a couple of days of being, the unstable bs is back. read more
