My instructor was Amy, and she was so friendly and did not make me feel uncomfortable for being a newbie. I also love that it is a class of 4 max. To my luck, there was only one other girl besides me. I had so much fun learning the Pilates techniques, and could feel lot of engagements on my core, as well as other body parts. I arrived early, and Amy also took the time to stretch with me beforehand, which was really nice. Overall, I really enjoyed the class! It was both relaxing and engaging at the same time. I will likely be back. One tip: the studio is inside "Dance of Academy".

She does not make you feel like pilates is an exclusive thing like if you don't know what a term is - then you'll be lost and they won't focus on you She's so awesome and her classes are always so fun! I wanted to gatekeep since there's only 4 reformers but I want them to get more customers too. They deserve it..especially Cara! Like there is literally no shame. If you've never done pilates or if you stopped and just came back - Cara is your friend. She will walk you through like an angel! Did I say there were only 4 reformers? Yes, the group classes feel like a private session and it's awesome. The price is awesome too!! Well I hope to see you soon. You should check it out. I'm there T/TH at 6pm.

Before class started, she went around to each person asking how they were, seeing what modifications they needed, and explained the reformer and class thoroughly. During the class, she communicated very detailed and was really helpful in demonstrating the different sets and techniques. After class, she went around to every person asking how the class was for them. I really appreciated how present and engaged she was with everyone! The studio was clean, cozy, and well equipped. It had a lot of reformers with towers and had all the tools needed for the workout. I did the a** and abs workout and it was great. It definitely pushed me and I just know i'm going to feel sore tomorrow! Extras- Parking is great! Right outside the studio. They are soooo welcoming as you come in! There's a shelf to put your belongings, a water station, and a bathroom. Thank you again! See you again soon :)

I've taken several classes at this studio and have generally liked them. However, Alejandra's…read moreteaching style just isn't the best fit for me. The class was listed as heated, but the room wasn't heated. There was also a fairly long introduction before class started, and I would have preferred using that time to begin warming up while she gave her announcements. My biggest concern was the amount of hands-on assisting. I don't recall being asked if the class was comfortable with physical adjustments, and at times the corrections felt a bit forceful. I also felt that some alignment cues were presented as one-size-fits-all, when different body types may need different positioning. There was also a comment that if our hips weren't level, it meant one side was "weaker." I understand the point she was trying to make, but the wording felt discouraging and oversimplified, especially in a fitness environment that is usually focused on building confidence and body awareness. I can tell Alejandra is passionate about form and alignment and genuinely wants her clients to move safely. I wanted to share this feedback because I think a little more flexibility in cueing, less hands-on correction, and more time spent moving would create a more positive and inclusive experience. I also encourage her to be mindful of the language she uses when addressing the class, as fitness spaces should feel encouraging and empowering for all.

Check-in at the front desk was quick and everyone was really pleasant. Since this was my first VersaClimber class, I was introduced to my instructor, who walked me through the machine and how class would go. That one-on-one intro made a big difference, she was patient, made me feel confident, and even gave me the option to wear shoes or socks (I went with socks). The class itself was intense but totally manageable. You can modify or take a break whenever you need to without feeling bad about it at all. 300 calories in 30 minutes, I can't complain! Everyone there, instructor and fellow clients alike, was warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back, and I can't wait to try the reformer classes next!

To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.

This studio is super cute and very festive, with Valentines Day décor at the time of my first visit. When I arrived, the owner checked me in. There are 12 reformer pilates station, set up with all the best of the balanced body equipment, very similar to a Club Pilates set up. Oh I will say I noticed this studio had a lot of the pregnancy wedges for pregnant students, where as other studios tend to only have one or two. I found out that they actually have prenatal and postnatal classes here. Not that I need it, but I'm just sharing in case someone else does. So back to the class. Rowena is so fun. She is so engaging. She was asking the students how we were feeling, if there were injuries, if there were any areas we wanted to focus on. Based on our feedback, she designed the class accordingly. This takes a lot of experience to do that on the spot. I loved the class pace and the music. Such a great work out! I would definitely come back whenever my schedule allows me to visit this studio.
