Heads up: these are puppies so they will pee and do their business anywhere and anytime when they need to. The staff will go clean up right away. The puppies are so cute and friendly, even with kids. The Yoga session is good also with all basic positions. Highly recommended for a quick getaway, dates or day out with the kids. My kids and I really like it and we will definitely come back again :) (Also copied review to Puppy Yoga)

I prefer studios that require you to bring your own mat so you know it's clean. I also love that the room is heated, but not uncomfortably hot. The only downside I've noticed is that the Velcro on the bangles doesn't stay secured, so they tend to fall off during class. It does take a little time to figure out which instructors you prefer, but once you do, there's something for everyone. I personally enjoy a slower-paced, less dance-like class, and that's exactly what I appreciate about this studio, they offer a variety of styles, so you can always find what works for you. Parking can be a bit of a hassle depending on the time of day since it's all street parking in an industrial area, but overall it's well worth it.

It was the perfect mild challenge and I loved that it was strength-based too! Estelle was wonderful, very hands-on with small corrections, clear with her cueing, and consistently offered modifications when needed. The playlist was great, and she was super easy to hear and follow throughout the class. I also really loved how small and intimate the studio is. There are only about 8-10 reformers (I believe), and my afternoon class was small, which made the experience even better. For first-timers: The studio can be a little tricky to find! Look for Coffee Dose, then take the stairs past it, Coeur is on the second level. My only suggestion for the actual studio would be to send the QR codes for the new-user login + waiver before the actual class. I arrived 15 minutes early, but still felt a little rushed getting those completed, filling my water, getting situated, and using the restroom since it's outside the studio in the main hallway. Overall, such a great first impression and experience!

The studio has a welcoming atmosphere, and every class leaves me feeling stronger and more energized. A special shoutout to Estelle, Destiney & Hannah, who are outstanding instructors. They provide clear, easy-to-follow flow instructions and are excellent at correcting technique throughout class. Their attention to detail helps ensure you're engaging your core properly and maintaining the correct positioning, which makes a huge difference in getting the most out of every workout. I can't recommend Couer Pilates enough. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to take your practice to the next level, this is a fantastic place to train.

During the session itself, she was attentive to our forms and adjusted us as needed (great for beginners like me, I noticed some other studios have instructors that just scroll on their phone during sets ). Since there is a max of 5 people per session, it felt more personal and I think everyone in my class got the help they needed. The equipment and studio is very clean and pretty. I was surprised that the equipment was so high quality. The only con I can think of is that there are 3 separate mirrors so one or two reformers would be facing like a third of one mirror, a chunk of wall, and a third of the adjacent mirror.

I've been to several studios in LA for fitness classes and matt Pilates and this was my second reformer class, first time in Newport. This location had a mix of all ages, they also have private training and have a small gym setup. The instructor Lauren was so friendly and sweet and her class kicked my butt. She continued to check on me throughout class because I mentioned I had a back injury I'm rehabbing. She also checked me in initially because their receptionist was not available. I was introduced to a few different workouts I haven't done before. Even at other studios. I even had a class that included a bit of cardio and others worked out legs and arms at the same time. After my first few classes I didn't feel sore after, but now I definitely do. The structure is mostly the same starting with core followed by a variation of legs, arms, and obliques. I also really like the last minute of core work at the end of class. I'm a night shift nurse and it conflicts with the current schedule where most classes are only in the morning. They also said they will be adding more class times soon. Looking forward to that and bringing my friends to class!

Danielle offers a Triple A (Arms, Abs, Ass) class that will tone the hell out of you and she just recently started teaching a TRX Barre workout that I haven't tried yet but will! They also hired a new girl Sam who does a Barre Bootcamp class that I've heard nothing but good things about. One thing I want to point out is that despite being in an industrial area, the studio is very clean.
