Check in was easy and the front desk staff quickly gave me a run down on where the bathrooms and cubicles were. Every person gets a cubicle with a door to place their belongings! There was a towel placed on every reformer and they wipe down the machine for you after class!!! I've never been to a studio that does that for you, which is such a nice touch. My instructor was Ashlee and wow she was amazing. Her instructions are very clear and detailed. She made sure to demonstrate the moves and I really appreciate what a great job she did describing when to breathe, what muscles you should be working on, etc. It wasn't an easy class but I really enjoyed the challenge. She has an extensive background in dance, yoga, Pilates, fitness and overall body movement. She had a sweet, graceful demeanor and engaged in every person. She especially helped me correct my form with each exercise, and is an awesome teacher! Her class emphasizes core and strengthening/stretching the hips, lower back, shoulders, groin and abs. The staff are all so friendly and Pilates is a good tool to enhance your fitness goals, gain strength and gain a super strong core. She was so welcoming and helped me calm any nerves I had about reformer Pilates. I have had friends go to other studios and they had no idea how to use the machines and felt so lost during the class that they have sworn off reformer pilates. After welcoming me, Lyla taught me all about the reformer machine and made sure I knew how to use it, which i'm sooo grateful for. The class itself was great! It challenged me but it wasn't too out of reach for my fitness level. You can also adjust weights and the machine to match where your fitness level is at, which is nice. It was my 1st class, so I took lots of breathers and lil breaks. I felt like during my breathers, I got lots of validation and I didn't fall behind. After the class, my body felt like jello and I will definitely be sore tomorrow, but I looove feeling my body strengthening! The studio itself is gorgeous, calm, and clean. They have different studios for different classes offered. They also have water to fill your water bottles and also merch and supplies for sale. There is a lot of parking in the back which is really nice. They have a 5 minute late rule, so be on time :) I'm so thankful I signed up for this class through Class Pass. I can't wait to come back :)

I've been doing pilates for quite a few years now but would try different types; classical, lagree…read more(not really pilates but uses many of the same techniques), etc. BASI is a whole different ball game. From the multiple unique and different pieces of equipment, to the precision of breath and each hand and foot placement, you can tell that the BASI method reaches a much deeper level of alignment and physical strength. On top of that, my first class teacher Priscilla, was not only adorable, but super professional. She first asked about my physical history (injuries or pain), then if I had done pilates before, and also paid special attention the fact that I also do yoga, karate, dance, and spin regularly. It was obvious that my body was overcompensating on some levels, and stubborn to change and realignment in some areas. She was kind yet stern, and corrected every detail of my body and breath throughout the entire class. I have to say that the class was surprisingly more difficult than I thought it would be. I love a challenge, and I can tell that this will be my new favorite one! I'm excited to see Priscilla again and also try out some other instructors as I've heard great things about many of them. I also can't wait to see and feel the difference in my body.

I've been coming here since May 2025 and have noticed the instructors constantly update the routines and incorporate some other apparatus as well according to your experience/level. The classes are easy to book and regularly updated. The memberships and website are also easy to navigate. I love that they have fun events like Pilates and Soundbath that they hold regularly, and it's a very nice way to meet other Pilates enthusiasts and community members. Shoutout to Julie, Kenzie, and Tegan Parking is spacious at Mesa Verde Plaza, and there are other establishments that are fun to try out around it too.
