About 2-3 years ago I worked down the street from this location and while driving home I would think about how great it would be if a yoga studio opened up along my route home and then one day I looked over and saw the sign for Hello Yoga so I like to believe that I manifested this studio. I began attending yoga, yogalates and barre classes and trying out different instructors. I even tried the Metal Yoga and loved it! There used to be a yoga class that incorporated reiki which was awesome (Meera we miss you!) Currently my favorite classes are the sound baths with Missy. They also feature special classes every once in a while for special things like breath work etc. which are quite popular. I really like this studio because it's not one of those impersonal corporate owned places that has a generic big box feel. I hate those places because any time I have done the one free class deal to see if I like it I end up getting hounded by text messages trying to sell me a monthly membership. Hello Yoga is NOT that kind of place. They are so chill here. Hello Yoga is a woman owned small business and you can meet Debra, the owner, and take one of her classes and experience how great she is. She knows what people want and need so she offers all types of options for signing up for classes. You can choose to have a monthly membership, pay for a single class, buy a class pack or use Classpass. There's always plenty of parking in the lot in front of the studio with overflow parking available behind the studio. read more

This is the best yoga studio I've been to because the vibe is so chill. It's no-nonsense, no-fluff, come-as-you-are. It really feels like a "community yoga center," it's honestly so Costa Mesa. The classes are excellent. The instructors do a great job of accommodating all levels and they're super-friendly. They have a variety of class types, including barre and yogalates. It's just a great studio, and their unlimited monthly rate is an amazing deal. They even have livestreaming classes now. And their new student intro rate for your first month is only $50 at the time I'm writing this. I can't say enough good things about this place. read more

I attended the winter solstice special event and it was absolutely healing and restorative. We did gentle poses mixed with two sessions of meditation and two sessions of journaling. Everything felt so intentional and the instructor, Angie, was very kind and sweet and allowed us to share if we wanted to. I would 100% do this again and I look forward to attending more sessions here. The studio also has ample space so you don't feel so cramped up next to people. read more

I have ClassPass and will occasionally come here when I'm in the area. I really enjoy the yoga classes that I have taken. Clean very spacious studio. I've done a few of the candlelight yoga, which is very relaxing. You can get a great workout and increase your flexibility by attending these classes. Instructors are really nice. read more

I have been practicing yoga on and off (mostly off) for about 15 years, and I couldn't be happier with my yoga class. I was somewhat apprehensive, as I have as I haven't practiced yoga for a couple of years. The instructor was encouraging and helpful. I felt comfortable immediately when I walked in and was greeted with a big friendly smile and positivity; that set the tone for my entire experience at this studio. The space was peaceful, calming, with a lot of character. This is a perfect environment to practice yoga. What sets Hello Yoga apart is the instructors. They are highly skilled and incredibly supportive. It is obvious how passionate they are about not only yoga but helping people. read more

Just moved to OC a couple months ago, and have been trying out different studios in the area Hello yoga is my favorite so far out of the 4-5 I've been to. The studio itself is unassuming and low key, I love it. No pretentiousness, just good yoga. I go with my gf to Nicole's flow classes and they are seriously some of my favorite, most straightforward classes I have ever been to. Not to mention, the pricing is totally reasonable. First time here last night and I really enjoyed myself. The facility is nice and wide open. Lots of room and when I went not too packed so I felt very comfortable and not packed like sardines like some places. Was very easy to book a class on their website Our teacher Haleigh was GREAT!!!! I can't say enough good things about Hello Studio. The studio has a big, wide-open space that instantly makes you feel at ease. The instructors are incredibly kind and welcoming. When they found out I was in town escaping the fires in LA, they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The owner was especially kind and warm, creating a true safe haven where I could practice and feel grounded again. I brought a friend with me, and they made her feel really welcome too. Love this place for their yin & restorative yoga classes! I go here whenever I'm feeling for a relaxing & non-heated yoga class. I've gone to many other studios in the area and enjoy that this one is first of all a beautiful space, but also very spread out, with plenty space between everybody. I've found in popular yoga spots around the area that I'm shoulder to shoulder and feet to feet to other yogis in classes, so I'm thankful that this studio serves as a contrast to when I need a deep & relaxing stretch! read more

New training starts next Spring - highly recommend doing an in person course rather than online. Yoga tradition has been taught from teacher to student in person. Which is so meaningful.
