The bad: Cheesy because every little thing they do is called 'sacred' or a 'ceremony' when you're just lying around listening to sounds or drinking hot chocolate. I wish I would have found this space when I was living here full time. I travel the county and every time I'm back home in Southern California I make as many women's breath work circles as I can with Nichole. She's a phenomenal, fully present and engaging facilitator. I can only recommend this place if you want to experience mind and body bliss in a stress and judgment free environment. I'm terrible at Yoga but it makes my body feel so good to practice. Lexy creates an ambience where one can forget their limitations and really focus on the value of practicing Yoga no matter ones level.
