My friend brought me in as her buddy and I absolutely loved it! I forgot my yoga mat, but was able to rent one for three dollars. The instructor was very friendly, charismatic and professional. The class was extremely fun yet challenging everybody was working at their own pace. The synergy felt amazing. I'm definitely coming back. Highly recommend this place.

This review is LONNNNGGG overdue! Back in 2017 I moved to OC from the East coast and was struggling to find a yoga home. I stumbled across RA because they were offering a week free for any new students which I soooo appreciated because I couldn't afford yoga at the time. When I arrived to the Costa Mesa location and stepped through the doors I instantly knew it was going to be my home away from home. The person working the front desk was so kind and the studio was beautiful. There are elements of trees everywhere throughout the studio and the bathrooms have affirmations written all around them which are so nice to read. My first time practicing here was with Joey. His flow was challenging and a lot of fun. The heat was booming and his music was a vibe. After class he gave me the biggest high five and thanked me for coming. I'd been going to a couple of other studios in the area and nowhere else had I'd felt so seen and appreciated. After this first class... I was hooked. I would go on to take hundreds of classes by amazing instructors across all of the RA Yoga studios (Costa Mesa, Newport, Irvine and Long Beach). Every single thing about this place I love. The instructors, the variety of class styles, the authenticity of each instructor, the community and the love that flows through this place. RA is such a safe space to start or continue your yoga practice. Whether you want a more mellow class or a challenging kick ass class or something in between, you can find it here!! They also offer free community classes, Groupon deals, Classpass, and specials all year round. Now that I'm writing this review in 2022 and have moved back to the East coast... I really wish I could take a class lol. RA Yoga needs a home out here... NY *wink wink* lol.

I purchased a package of 10 classes for about $15 per class! Great deal, I thought, since I am working my way up to 2-3 classes per week.

I began attending yoga, yogalates and barre classes and trying out different instructors. I even tried the Metal Yoga and loved it! There used to be a yoga class that incorporated reiki which was awesome (Meera we miss you!) Currently my favorite classes are the sound baths with Missy. They also feature special classes every once in a while for special things like breath work etc. which are quite popular. I really like this studio because it's not one of those impersonal corporate owned places that has a generic big box feel. I hate those places because any time I have done the one free class deal to see if I like it I end up getting hounded by text messages trying to sell me a monthly membership. Hello Yoga is NOT that kind of place. They are so chill here. Hello Yoga is a woman owned small business and you can meet Debra, the owner, and take one of her classes and experience how great she is. She knows what people want and need so she offers all types of options for signing up for classes. You can choose to have a monthly membership, pay for a single class, buy a class pack or use Classpass. There's always plenty of parking in the lot in front of the studio with overflow parking available behind the studio.

It really feels like a "community yoga center," it's honestly so Costa Mesa. The classes are excellent. The instructors do a great job of accommodating all levels and they're super-friendly. They have a variety of class types, including barre and yogalates. It's just a great studio, and their unlimited monthly rate is an amazing deal. They even have livestreaming classes now. And their new student intro rate for your first month is only $50 at the time I'm writing this. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I did buy several Groupon's and tried other studios before ending up at Triad. I even have free lunchtime yoga at my work but still I pay to go to Triad because Alex's Thursday night class is wonderful. Alex really focuses on making the practice your own. She spends the first hour guiding you through a range of difficulty levels and you can choose to work really hard or take it easy if you are not feeling well or a beginner. The last 30 minutes is typically more restorative and often includes a very short reading at the end that is beautiful and meaningful. She is also very caring for her students and helpful with adjustments that are right for your body.
