He was professional and proficient. We were assigned a project manager, Drew, who organized the work. He communicated in detail what we could expect and when. He made sure we knew who was coming and when we could expect them. Drew stopped in often to ensure the work was to our satisfaction and met Gibellino's standards. Walt and Jaron completed all the prep work. They respected our home, protected our flooring, were very courteous and did an amazing job. Walt made sure all the other contractors were properly introduced when they arrived and helped us feel comfortable. Each of the contractors performed above and beyond our expectations. They arrived on time, answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. Amanda handled the administrative aspects of the job and she was an absolute joy to work with. The whole team is exceptional people who are conscientious, thoughtful and experts in their field. Stan & Helen Hopkins

Thankfully, I contacted Gibellino Construction and spoke with directly with Gabe on that first phone call. He was helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He immediately put my mind at ease. To say that the situation was challenging would be an understatement, but Gabe never wavered in dealing with the insurance company and the many vendors that were involved in the reconstruction of my home. Their work is impeccable, and Gabe spent many hours working on my case to ensure that everything was done to my specifications and within the allotted budget. He also worked tirelessly to incorporate some other renovation projects into the rebuild so that everything would be done on time. While I hope that no one reading this suffers a loss due to fire, flood or some other disaster, if you do, I highly recommend Gibellino Construction as one of your first phone calls! I will use them again should I have any other home renovation projects in the future.

They repeatedly cold-called me about roofing/siding/windows and kept pushing to send an estimator to my house for a quote I did not request. I clearly told them to stop calling and to remove my number from their list. After that, they began calling my wife's phone instead, and the contact continued. What made this worse is that it wasn't just one person or one number , we've gotten calls from different representatives / different numbers, and the message is consistently the same: pressure to schedule an in-home estimate even after a clear "no" and an explicit request to stop. I also checked the Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints for this company and saw other consumers reporting similar issues about repeated calls and not honoring requests to stop contacting them. That made it clear this isn't just a one-off misunderstanding. If you value privacy and don't want persistent cold calls or pressure to schedule a home visit, be cautious.

They had someone out within the hour. Once the worker came off the roof I was told it needs work but isn't terrible and that the cracks in my flat roof should be cemented and an aluminum coating be put down. I asked about putting down a new layer and he quoted the same price as the other company so I feel that was reasonable. But they didn't come out looking for that money. He could have said what the last guy did, that I need it replaced, but he didn't. He said I still can repair what's there. Not only did I not feel ripped off, they had enough material on the trucks to do the job right there and they did it. "A pleasant experience from start to finish" When I purchased my home I was told my roof was only three years old. While on a minor roof repair, the project manager, Bill, gave me a call and sent me pictures to inform me I was swindled! He then spent 20 minutes teaching me about roofs while sharing anecdotes about his life and his experiences. Hearing an employee saying such great things about their company solidified my opinion on this company. Every time I call the office Rochelle picks up on the first ring, and is always delightfully cheery and inviting. When I went to the office to pay, I was greeted immediately, and everything was smooth. Paul was my point person, and he is extremely responsive and considerate of me not as a customer but as a fellow homeowner with roof issues and pockets that are not infinite. Personalities aside, the work is incredibly clean, and timely. The teams that came out to do the work were extremely respectful of the property and left it tidy. When they came to replace my gutters, Bill informed me of a camera that got knocked off - it was the old Homeowner's camera that I intended to remove anyways, and so Bill got the ladder back out and completely removed the old cameras for me!
