The process was very easy, great communication starting with the sales, install and ending with the quality control phase. Any questions I had, I could easily reach a LIVE person whenever I called. I have never had any quality control AFTER project to ensure it done right, so that was amazing! I would highly recommend this highly knowledgeable and easy to work with company. Many people are rating them low due to door knockers, but they get permits before canvassing an area, but don't let that stop you from using Elevated. They are a reputable company with highly trained professionals in their fields. They don't "cross train" so if you want windows, you get a window expert, if you want siding you get a siding expert, this is rare in remodeling, usually people are jack of all trades... I'm leaving this review specifically about Elevated Remodeling's sales/marketing outreach, not their workmanship (we did not hire them). They repeatedly cold-called me about roofing/siding/windows and kept pushing to send an estimator to my house for a quote I did not request. I clearly told them to stop calling and to remove my number from their list. After that, they began calling my wife's phone instead, and the contact continued. What made this worse is that it wasn't just one person or one number , we've gotten calls from different representatives / different numbers, and the message is consistently the same: pressure to schedule an in-home estimate even after a clear "no" and an explicit request to stop. I also checked the Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints for this company and saw other consumers reporting similar issues about repeated calls and not honoring requests to stop contacting them. I just don't like their sales pitch specially, when I was speaking to someone over the phone they just seem to ask a lot of unnecessary questions that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I didn't understand why they needed to know who else is living in the house, a husband, boyfriend, significant other I mean to me that was none of their business and when you tell them, you're not interested in replacing windows at this time, they just keep on and keep on at you. They vacuumed were they were working and cleaned up the areas to where you wouldn't have even known they were here. Don't do it! I was looking for estimates to replace my ranch home roof. They came in high - $60834.00?!? Thats WITH a veteran's discount! BUT, IF their salesman left my house with a signed agreement they would take $11,000.00 off. I said I still had other roofers coming to give estimates. Do you know that the salesman accused me of not trusting him because I wanted to see the other roofer's estimates. He also tried to have a ridge vent installed even though I have a powerful attic fan. None of the three other roofers said I needed a ridge vent; in fact the ridge vent would be counterproductive and actually draw in more hot air with the fan on. The other three roofing estimates combined were less than Elevated Remodeling. I said I wasn't signing, and he got upset and said then the price goes back up to $60834.00 I told him I gave him the opportunity for his pitch and out of respect to the other people coming to give estimates I will also give them their opportunity. Pushy, way overpriced and I feel taking advantage of senior citizens like myself. I threw out thier offer right after the Elevated Remodeling salesman left. They never followed through so I think the salesman blew it. read more

They had estimators in the area and stopped by my house to see if I would be interested in a quote. Knowing I had to get my windows replaced soon, I agreed and they sent someone over later that night. The guy creeped me out but I did my best to listen and get information. But very quickly I realized how predatory they were as his sales pitch started. I don't want to point out the specifics because I would rather them leave the obvious issues in there so others can find them and have the same realization I did and not get screwed, but let's just say the "sales pitch" proved they were smoke and mirrors. Really pay attention to the fancy photos they show you on the iPad as they go... After the pitch, the pressure tactics were turned on. I was given a quote of over $10k for 5 windows, and them telling me just how amazing of a deal it was. But I had to sign right then. I explained I wasn't ready - especially considering they were the ones that offered to quote me, it wasn't like I reached out first - and he wouldn't take no for an answer. Magically, thousands started coming off the price! All I had to do was keep saying no! It was like a fun game. How low could they go? Plus, if you give them a 5 star google rating, they will discount some more! Oh, so your reviews are fake? And you're admitting it?? The pressure tactics continued but I saw right through their sales pitch and reminded them this was my first quote for windows and was not ready to make a decision. He stayed for about 2 hours I think before finally leaving, but it was painful and he was rude that I "wasted his time". Huh? A few weeks later, I got a phone call and more money magically came off! Just goes to show how inflated the original quote was. Their "final" quote was about $6.8k. That's how much "wiggle room" they gave themselves to try to yank extra profit out of people who are easily bulldozed by predatory sales tactics. Despicable. I told them that I don't appreciate getting an inflated quote, and they had one chance to give me their best price and decided to play games instead. I went with someone else, but they've been calling me (still!) - we are on phone call #3 asking me about replacing my windows and "wanting advice" on how it went. I keep telling them that I replaced my windows and have no need. They keep saying there's "system issues" causing them to keep calling me and they promise to remove me, but call me a few months later again. These guys were almost as expensive as my quote from Andersen, who is notorious (even by the Andersen's estimators's perspective!) for being the most expensive around. I ended up getting my 5 windows replaced for closer to $4k. Stay away - predatory, dishonest, and completely money driven. A bad, bad combo for big investments like this. Elevated remodeling is the worst company I have ever Experienced.the sales rep came out in March 2024 ,and promised to have job started by April . Well the job didn't start untill July and they were terrible and 2 hours late. So the sent another crew to fix the messed up job from the first crew. They did a bit better but 2 of the windows still aren't right. Trying to get them to come out and fix the 2 windows is almost impossible . I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I held back 500 dollars of the total price untill they come back to do the repairs of 2 of my windows. They are more intrested in the 500 dollars then fixing the windows. I bought a Provia door through Elevated Remodeling. The door was incorrectly fitted and installed. I had to wait several months while they were supposedly making the door to fit the opening of my house. An employee of Elevated Remodeling came to my house and measured the door frame and area. The door is almost 2" too short for the frame. Rather than building out the frame, they installed it flush to the top of the door frame. That left a gap of almost 2" underneath the door. The sill plate outside is caulked to the trim and hovers above the ground. I can't imagine that it will last long if stepped on as it is plastic and there is nothing supporting it. Inside the house they covered the gap with a plastic strip. There is no insulation so there is cold air blowing across the floor. Since the door was too short for the frame, the installer put separate pieces of trim together on each side which were not even flush with each other. I called to complain about these things and they sent the same installer back to my house.The issues with the gap space in the framing was not addressed or acknowledged. Strangely, when the installer returned he took off the side trim pieces and put in pieces that were patched together in a different spot further up the wall, still not flush. Additionally he damaged my new vinyl flooring. The issues with the gap space in the framing was not addressed or acknowledged. Finally they sent someone to evaluate the situation. He verified that this was not an acceptable situation. That was 3 weeks ago and I have had no response from them as to a remedy for the situation. I called Provia, the company that manufactures and sells the doors and they confirmed that the door was incorrectly installed. read more

The quality of service and the materials and the bedside manner of the installers were phenomenal. Greg even took a moment to adjust my front door because it wasn't closing properly. The Windows look absolutely outstanding. My wife and I agreed that we're going to do the remainder of the house in the very near future. Very pleased with the quality of the Slocomb Windows, the only thing that surprised me were that the new windows were a bit narrower and shorter than my original Andersen windows. The payoff, however, is that these windows offer superior insulation qualities, and I expect to save significantly on my energy bills. The Elevated Remodeling installation crew was outstanding. The three man crew arrived on time and was able to complete the replacement of all designated windows (14) by the end of the day. The window frames fitted in perfectly and were tight. The opening and closing of the window sashes is very smooth. The lead installer, Dominic, explained to me how to insert and remove the flex screens (I typically remove my window screens in the winter), the horizontal tilt feature of the window sashes for ease of cleaning, and the overall operation of the double lock window sashes. He took time with me and answered all my questions during the walk around following the completion of the job. I rate my overall experience with Elevated Remodeling beginning with the the sales representative, Brandon, who met with us in our home to job completion as very positive. read more
