They were able to get us on their schedule before we went on vacation, which we appreciated. Rich came over the morning the painting was to begin and we discussed everything that was to happen. Everything went so well with their crew that came in to paint. They were so friendly and flexible. They did an absolutely amazing job. We LOVE the transformation. Rich had stopped by again and I asked if they install cabinet pulls. He responded yes, and was able to also install the cabinet pulls before finishing the paint job. In comes Diaz painting. I needed to patch a small hole and some damaged floor trim as well as the usual hole patching from hanged paintings and a TV mount. Maria come to visit the apartment in record time, asked me a few questions, made sure she understood the scope of the work and took all her notes. I got a quote the next day and when the team came to complete the repairs they were polite, quick, and obviously knew what they were doing. They exceeded my expectations and were very reasonably priced. Communication was on point, price was great, work was 100%. Pros: They were able to add two additional ceilings, the day of, per my request. Pros: The price was cheaper than the 2 other estimates I received. Cons: The quality wasn't at the level I expected. Thank goodness I didn't have my carpet in. They got small splatters on my accent wall, they got big splotches of paint on my wood frames and baseboards and even got splatters of paint on my closet doors (where they weren't using rollers). I'm not sure how they did that. Summary: In the end, the gentleman fixed all the issues I noticed and the gentleman did not have any issues touching up all the spots that needed touch up. I did end up having to pay another contractor to repaint my accent wall (that had splatters). The second contractor did a phenomenal job with no additional splatters anywhere. Perhaps, this may have been a unique situation due to my compressed timeline. I give them a 4 (instead of 3) only because my main concern was trying to get someone in fast (before floors came in). This company was able to accommodate. They did a good job on the walls they were hired to paint. I also appreciate them adding the ceilings, last minute. However, now that the house has been put together, I wouldn't hire them for follow up work because I wouldn't want them to get new paint splatters on my adjacent walls, carpet, and / or wood.

He claimed to have completed 3 different times and each time, we came down to review and found multiple walls and on two of the occasions full rooms not touched. He claimed to have painted 2 coats everywhere and completed all patch work, but there are still nail pops everywhere, drywall seams that were not repaired (which was the primary scope of his work) and continues to demand final payment with out completing the work. He is full of excuses, claimed to want to work 2 shifts to finish the job in 1-2 weeks, but it has all been a very disappointing experience. Now he is claiming the job was a 4 week job which is ridiculous for an interior paint job to begin with, and blames his workers for not doing the job correctly, yet he was rarely on site himself and admittedly hires untrained and unqualified people. Strongly recommend finding someone else if you want the job done at all, let alone properly
