    Veggie Omelet

A GEM in the Borgata food court, beneath the Poker Room! I've been coming here for years, although this fast casual has a newer name. All items are made fresh to order, so expect to wait a little bit after ordering. Highly recommend the Veggie Omelet! Large portions will definitely fuel you up for the day. And the service...completely unexpected in a food court! Love love love it here.

Sausages were not! Couldn't get past first bite, wouldn't order them again. Steak was bland but if you use some A1 sauce and a little salt it's decent and a lot more tolerable. Overall, nice family vibe, service was decent as well as the food. I'd visit again.

Coastal Craft Kitchen & Bar, located inside Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, managed to accomplish the latter before our breakfast had even arrived. A group of ten educators arrived on a Saturday morning to consume calories before walking around the corner to the convention center. We were greeted promptly and seated without delay. Initially, this felt like a triumph. Then the drama began. While we were waiting to order, a spectacular shouting match erupted between a customer and a food runner. The argument spread quickly, drawing in a server and the hostess. The customer appeared to be the primary author of the hostility. Nevertheless, watching uniformed staff members engage in a loud, public shouting match is an uncomfortable way to begin a morning. It is disconcerting to sit at a table wondering if you have accidentally wandered into the climax of a workplace dispute. Order was eventually restored and the food arrived. In my home state of New Jersey, pork roll is treated with near-religious reverence. I ordered the Pork Roll, Egg, and Cheese, which cost eighteen dollars. What arrived was a small, sad slab of meat and egg resting on a roll of questionable freshness, accompanied by a modest pile of uninspired breakfast potatoes. A neighborhood bagel shop five minutes away routinely prepares a far superior version of this exact sandwich for less than half the price. My nine companions were similarly uninspired by their plates. People understand that casino establishments charge extra for proximity and convenience. However, paying a high premium for mediocre food served alongside screaming matches feels like a poor trade agreement. We were seated quickly, which was nice. But an eighteen-dollar disappointing sandwich and a front-row seat to verbal combat do not equal a pleasant morning. Next time, I will seek my morning pork roll elsewhere.

It was the best find ever. I saw they had tortas on the menu and half my family got tortas (I don't think my parents had ever had one!). They make a great torta for sure. Everyone who got other Mexican dishes liked theirs, and the burger people were happy too. If I ever stay in AC again, I will definitely be planning on returning to Salt and Pepper. Not many places I've been serve tortas around where I live. And even fewer make them as good as they do. If you're hungry in AC...don't think about it! Just call them and put in your order!

Me and my buddy had the Chilaquiles dish , we ordered the one with the grilled steak and the one with the grilled chicken. Both dishes were loaded with delicious black beans, tasty chips with a green spicy sauce , amazing over medium eggs and the best part was the proteins. Steak was good and chicken was great. This place is a little pricey but I think for the area, for the portions and flavors that It is definitely worth It. At least worth a try! Place is always clean and seems pretty well maintained. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Food came out in a pretty timely manner as well. Will be back here again next time I'm in the area.

We finally tried the Borgata Buffet and honestly I do not understand some of the bad reviews…read more Yes it is a casino buffet so the price is higher at around 43 per person, but there are definitely ways to get it comped or discounted, and for the quality you are getting it actually feels worth it. The variety is great and everything we tried tasted fresh and well made. Nothing felt like it had been sitting too long and the staff was constantly maintaining the stations. The service really stood out. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and very attentive without being overbearing. The staff working the buffet line were also all really nice and genuinely seemed happy to be there which makes such a difference. Food wise there were a lot of standouts. The chargrilled steak had a really nice flavor and the prime rib was super tender and juicy. The pastas were cooked perfectly and the sauces were light, bright, and flavorful instead of heavy. The mac and cheese is an absolute must. They use big shell noodles with a creamy cheese sauce and toasted breadcrumbs on top which gives it great texture. The collard greens were surprisingly one of our favorite things and we went back for seconds. So much flavor. The spiced shrimp is a hidden gem and definitely something we grabbed multiple times. The pizza was also surprisingly good. We tried the mushroom and spinach and it honestly tasted like something you would get from a really solid pizza spot not a buffet. The only thing I would say is the chicken parm is hit or miss depending on how fresh it is. If it has been sitting it can get a little soggy so I would try to grab it when a fresh tray comes out. Pro tip leave room for dessert. The dessert section is incredible. The gelato was rich and creamy especially the chocolate. The croissant cinnamon roll hybrid was flaky on the outside with a soft gooey center and the cookies and cream cheesecake was rich without being too heavy. I also really liked how the seating is set up. You can sit on either side of the buffet and choose between booths or tables which makes it feel a little less chaotic. This is definitely a spot we will keep coming back to when we are at Borgata.

The carving station had a salmon larger than I've ever seen too. Also appreciate that they offer a spiced version of the cocktail shrimp. Huge compliments on all of the sauces they offer to go along with your food (steak sauce, au jus, melted butter, etc.).

I found this spot called Maria's Lunchonette on Mississippi Ave. not far from CAESARS casino. They make the perfect breakfast at a reasonable price compared to what you would get on the boardwalk. I mean this food is actually quality! The customer service is great, and the venue itself feels Homey. It's like a classic type of diner out here. Nothing over the top like those celebrity chef places that charge an arm and leg for mediocre food... But a nice family style spot. I really enjoy the French toast here, some eggs and toast. I'm not the biggest fan of the pancakes to be honest they're kinda dense for my taste. Besides that, everything else hits nice!
