Truly an Atlantic City gem, small, cozy, great staff with an old school diner vibe. Now let's talk about the food!!! It was absolutely delicious, I had a simple breakfast, two sunside eggs, bacon and rye toast, and chocolate chip pancakes. Also, had the egg quesadillas (bangin) . Their house coffee was excellent. The staff were super nice and friendly.

My friend picked this spot and it's a really good choice overall. It's self seating. That's great because I'm picky about my seating. It's a very narrow restaurant. Very. Narrow. We sat at the front since it allowed us not to be next to the other patrons. Not so sure that was good choice because we were next to the front door. Like, one of the chairs at our table almost blocked the entrance. Literally. There was only one waitress, but she worked fast, very friendly, and attentive. Let's talk about the food. I ordered the cinnamon raisin French toast, scrambled eggs with cheese, and homemade fries. Everything was great. I was so into my breakfast I took pics half way into it. Sorry about that but, not really. You know that's how much I liked it. My friend enjoyed his food. He was finished before I thought to take pics. So that further proves that it was great.

Stumbled across this gem! Arrived at 9:25, seated immediately, quickly greeted by server. Ordered coffee (very good) and then ordered 2 tasty omelettes. Food was served hot in 8 minutes! We dined on the street side patio. Food was very good and large portions. Had to pack up leftovers. Finished eating at 10:00am Clean, good food, great service! Highly recommend!

What more could you want from a NJ diner? Great breakfast, great service, and great coffee! Came out of my casino early morning and didn't want to deal with the hustle and bustle, and so decided to grab breakfast in town. Came along Brittany's Cafe and the inside was super quaint and homey, just what I was looking for. Our server greeted us as soon as we walked in and we decided on the window table right in front. I decided on the breakfast quesadilla with bacon and my girlfriend ordered the same, but with ham instead of bacon. Coffee was replenished throughout our meal, which was great that I didn't have to keep asking for it! As for the quesadilla, it was just what the doctor ordered. The flour tortilla was crispy and the eggs, bacon and cheddar cheese was phenomenal. Salsa Verde added some heat to it and the home fries really hit the spot. I recommend this spot to anyone looking to grab a meal outside of the busy casinos.

Place was immaculate but tiny. My sausage links were cooked just the way I liked but my banana pancake wasn't fully done. VERY soggy on the banana side. AND it wasn't fluffy. Prices were reasonable and the staff was EXCELLENT! SUPER attentive and kind!

Late breakfast at Brittany's cafe. We sat outside on this beautiful morning. The service was phenomenal and the food was very good. Especially the French toast! They forgot my cheese in my omelette but it was still very good without it. Their coffee is strong, which I love. Grabbed a Starbucks Frappuccino to go.

We came into Atlantic City for a concert and stayed over night. We googled breakfast places in the area and this place came up. Parking: residential street. Pack patience as it may be hard to find parking. We turned left at the cafe and parked on that street. Atmosphere: diner like inside, very very small inside. We sat at the counter however if you are blessed with a back side, I don't recommend that you sit at the counter because you will get bumped by other patrons as they pass by to get to their seat. I think you will get bumped sitting anywhere due to the size of the cafe. Service: everyone was so nice. The checked on us to make sure we were ok. Food: I had the pancakes, turkey sausage patty and scrambled eggs soft with chees & onions. My eggs were not scrambled and the cheese and onions were laid on the top. The eggs were made like an omelet. All meals came with home fries. The home fries were ok, they were real potatoes! That is rare. Overall the food was ok. I would not wait in a long line to eat here. I would eat here again if the wait time is short.

I found this spot called Maria's Lunchonette on Mississippi Ave. not far from CAESARS casino. They make the perfect breakfast at a reasonable price compared to what you would get on the boardwalk. I mean this food is actually quality! The customer service is great, and the venue itself feels Homey. It's like a classic type of diner out here. Nothing over the top like those celebrity chef places that charge an arm and leg for mediocre food... But a nice family style spot. I really enjoy the French toast here, some eggs and toast. I'm not the biggest fan of the pancakes to be honest they're kinda dense for my taste. Besides that, everything else hits nice! It was some of THEE BEST soul food I have had in a long time. Too bad I forgot to take pics of the food. I ordered fried Cajun catfish, potato salad and collard greens. The Cajun catfish and potato salad are to die for, you hear me???? The collard greens were okay but were not seasoned the way I would have liked. Also, they don't serve bread with their meals. Would have loved a piece of white bread or cornbread. My 14 year old granddaughter ordered fried chicken wings and was sucking the bones. She also ordered the Mac n Cheese which she said was to die for! She, too, felt the collard greens were okay but nothing to write home about. Neither of us ate our greens. We wanted to order sweet iced tea which is usually a staple in most soul food restaurants but at 2:30pm they had already run out. Also, we wanted to eat in the dining room but they said the dining room closes at 2:00pm :-( so we got our food to go and ate in the car. Mind you, it was about 90 degrees outside but we turned the air conditioning on in the car and enjoyed our lunch. Too bad I discovered this place on the day before I left the conference because otherwise I would have been eating here everyday of the conference.

Wild Honey BBQ - Tropicana, Atlantic City…read more Food Quality & Taste The ribs did what they were supposed to do--show up and be tender. My St. Louis quarter rack was enjoyable, not fall-off-the-bone dramatic, but definitely tender enough to get the job done. The tater tots and coleslaw were decent--no complaints, no standing ovation either. Just solid sides that played their position. Hubby? He kept it simple with tequila shots--and based on his face, they did exactly what tequila is supposed to do Value for the Price About $50 for ribs and two shots isn't bad for Atlantic City, especially inside Tropicana. It feels like a fair deal for a quick bite and a little sip-sip. Cleanliness I didn't get a full tour since we did takeout, but from what I could see, the place looked clean and well put together. No red flags visually. Customer Service No issues here. The process was smooth, and everything was handled without any confusion or attitude. Wait Time & Convenience Takeout was easy and convenient--perfect for grabbing food and keeping it moving. Plus, being inside Tropicana makes it a great stop if you're already in the area hopping around. Presentation & Atmosphere From what I saw, the vibe looked nice and not overly crowded or chaotic. Definitely feels like a place you could come back to and actually sit down for a chill date night. And let's not ignore the bonus--you can step downstairs and grab a cute photo by the fountain like you planned the whole evening Red Flags or Warnings Now listen...my only issue was with the takeout containers. The boxes my food came in? The adhesive on the sides was coming loose, and I had questions. Where are we storing these boxes? Because the other containers were perfectly fine, so something wasn't adding up. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely worth noting. Just be careful with your bags. Overall: Wild Honey BBQ is a solid, no-stress option--good ribs, easy takeout, and a nice vibe if you decide to dine in next time. It's the kind of spot you can enjoy without overthinking it, especially if you're already at Tropicana. My stamp on this place is... "Something to do with your Boo"
