I found Kings Pub on Yelp while in Atlantic City. The establishment was easy to find and had a decent amount of parking. I entered and made a beeline straight for the restroom because I had to gooo . I quickly discovered the bathroom doors were locked and required a key code. Next thing I know, the bartender, Domingo, starts yelling from behind the bar and then comes around questioning why I was in the establishment. He made it very clear that the restrooms were for paying customers only. I firmly replied, "I plan to dine in, but need to use the restroom first. Is that a problem?" He didn't seem too happy with that response and walked away. As intended, I sat at the bar and ordered wings and truffle fries. The food wasn't particularly memorable, but the wings were a decent size. The truffle fries were fine, but nothing that stood out. Antonio clocked in about halfway through my meal and was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, attentive, and completely changed the tone of the experience. Overall, it was a good visit with decent food and great service from Antonio. Unfortunately, my first interaction with Domingo left a poor impression and took away from what otherwise would have been a positive experience.
Quaint little spot in AC to hang out, have a beer and eat some great food. They advertise the best wings in AC and definitely deliver on that. Bartenders are always super nice, quick and helpful with suggestions and answering questions. I am in AC once a month and always stop in at least once. Definitely recommend the Kings signature sauce for the wings.
One of the rare gems in AC. Great food, great prices, and friendly bartenders. A little dive-y but to be expected. Will definitely return
Just off the Boardwalk. A welcoming dive bar with excellent service and great bar food. People were friendly. Drinks were flowing and the food Wings were on we asked about the off menú emanadas and were lucky they had some. They were so light and crispy. Great chill vibe!
Met a local at another bar and asked where to find the best wings in AC. Without hesitation, he said King's Pub and he was spot on. Wings were exactly what you want: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The bartender (a younger guy) handled our big group like a pro, keeping the drinks flowing and rolling with all our random requests. Bonus points for recommending some great spots for the party crowd afterward. Laid-back vibe, great wings, and solid service, can't ask for much more. Definitely a hidden gem worth checking out when you're in town.
The service & food were great. First time visiting Oct. 2025 heading back home- this is an instant staple in our AC trips! We also had cheesesteak eggrolls, it was a special. Delish!!
This place came recommended after our regular place closed down. The service and food were very good but we weren't expecting to be eating in a bar. Made the best of it and REALLY enjoyed our meals. Seats appox 30 people around the bar and 6 high top tables for 2 plus they have an outside patio
Dive bar where all the locals go but is not to be missed by tourists. The food was so good. We had wings, asked for them two be coated in two flavors because that's our thang & of course they acquiesced. We mixed Dragons Breath & garlic Parm. Mwah! Chefs kiss. The French fries tasted like French fries, none of that battered or coated in flour mess. Just good clean fries cooked to perfection! They had cheese steak egg rolls as a special. Sooo good! They came sitting on a bed of shredded lettuce & a type of bruschetta mix on top of the lettuce. It was like eating a decontructed cheesesteak hoagie! Props to the person that thought of that presentation! Drinks were cheap & football on the TV's. That's all I needed. Nice hidden gem in A.C.
Good drinks, friendly bartender, cool vibe. Loved the historic feel, you could sense it has been around for a while.

whoever made my food needs a raise i'm not even playing around. the wings are the best around and the quesadilla was delicious order takeout, sit outside and bow at the feet of the line cook not to mention we got four drinks and all this food for $65 love yall read more
Wow! Stellar meal at this unassuming dive bar. Very rustic wood walls and bar, this place oozes authenticity. The air conditioning is freezing so bring a sweater! Bartender, mature guy with a good attitude, waits tables too, and is pretty good at it. No nonsense service, we ordered a paloma and a beer with him right away. When he came back with drinks, we had our choices ready. I had an arugula salad with added grilled shrimp, split an order of buffalo wings and drooled over my husband's burger. The food here is excellent! It took awhile to get waters, but our dude got around to it eventually. The salad was cool and fresh but the olive oil and lemon dressing was pure oil. No worries, I used the ranch from the wings and all was good. I liked the shaved Parmesan and the fact that someone took the time to slice the tiny grape tomatoes, precious. Wings were crunchy and spicy in all the right places. The Squire Burger had huge pieces of maple bacon sticking out from two patties cheese and iceberg. The fries were perfect. The bun was fluffy and glistening on top. Beautiful. We were surprised at the small bill, but left very satisfied. Highly recommend! read more
Food - 4/5 Service - 4/5 Ambiance - 4/5 Fire Glazed Award Winning Wings - cooked perfectly and the sauce was fantastic. I can see why they won best wings in AC. 8.6/10 Sweet Chili Wings - 8.4/10 BBQ Brisket Sandwich - the brisket was tender, but fatty. Solid sandwich, but not a standout like the wings. 7.7/10 Fries - hot and crispy. 8.1/10 Overall it was a great experience. The wings definitely lived up to the hype and Antonio took great care of us. read more

Love this place! Huge improvement from what was here before. Cheap drinks, good food, good service. What more can you ask for! It's a dive but clean. Friendly bartender. Lots of seats. Lots of TVs. Will def add to the AC rotation! read more

I was at King's pub last night, it's a very short walk just steps off the Atlantic City boardwalk. Having seen that their wings were the #1 winner of the Atlantic City Wing Fest this year, I decided to order my favorite wings that I get every week, the mango habanero tenders. The portion is huge, as shown in the photos; it's enough for two meals and they were excellent as always. That was my starter; I then ordered the award-winning new item, the traditional bone-in wing, the Fire Glaze Wings, featuring a honey spice glaze with Cooper cheese drizzle and crispy sweet potato crumble. The wings were seasoned with paprika, scallions, cumin, garlic, onions, chilis, honey, and a specialty flour, then topped with a Cooper cheese sauce and sweet potato crumbles. They were incredible. This is a place you need to visit when in Atlantic City. They are open late, including the kitchen, so you can eat and drink after your casino or beach adventure. Phil served me; he's not only a great bartender and server, but also a gentleman, attentive, and professional. He adds fun to your visit and is a loyal Philadelphia E-A-G-L-E-S fan. Don't leave Atlantic City without visiting King's Pub; they have a full menu with excellent salads, sandwiches, and more. Large televisions are available to watch whatever game is on! read more

Stopped in here on recommendation. Laid back. Not too packed. Not sure how it looks when it's busy. I got wings and fries. Fries was regular. Too salty tho I think the salt and old bay was just too much for me. But the wings are easy the Top 3 wings in South Jersey and not necessarily 2 or 3. These were great. read more

So, this was a popular local "dive bar" called Pic-A-Lilli - a nice complement to the famous Irish Pub across the lot on St James. And while the newly enhanced Orange Loop has a lot going for it, this is a hidden easy and softspoken gem. Been there twice late night with a small crowd gathered but service from one bartender was prompt and professional. You will notice people coming in for takeout at this place and there's a good reason for it. They have the absolute best crispy chicken sandwich in Atlantic City, which is kind of funny since Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy just opened their second AC branch a block away. This is better with cheese bacon and a buffalo ranch sauce, paired with salt & pepper fries. They hand dip each chicken breast just before frying and you can tell immediately what you're in for with that first bite. I asked for an extra sauce for dipping. The decor is enhanced with good sets of TVs and it's just an easy bar for the casual hang or unwind after work. Recommended but the Guinness cost me $8. *Shrug* not quite a dive bar anymore but it's the closest to the Boardwalk without being on the sand. read more

We stopped in on a whim. The vibe is so divey, and I mean that in the best way ever. Love the culture here. We had the fried chicken and fried fish sandwich. Both were PHENOMENAL! The bartender, Domingo was so kind and helpful. We became quick buddies. Chef David came out to ask us how everything was, a gesture up & above, most chefs at bars like this don't put so much love and kindness into their menu and delivery. What a treat! read more
