The hubs told her that he didn't want or need another omelette but she returned with a properly prepared omelette which we took home for later. She was very apologetic and said that it was important to her that he received what he had ordered. I ordered the eggs Benedict with grits and always ask for my English muffin to be extra toasted and they nailed it!!!! It was perfectly crispy and held up I the hollandaise sauce and egg yolk. The hollandaise sauce was some of the best I've ever had (and I have had a lot in various states). Perfect balance of creaminess and texture. The grits are nothing to get excited about as they are instant and slightly disappointing. Overall we both really enjoyed our meals. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying other items from the menu.
