Had an awesome time at this rage room! Esteban had great communication from start to finish--booking was easy, and he explained everything clearly when we arrived. The experience itself was a blast! Smashing things in a safe and controlled space was surprisingly therapeutic and a ton of fun. Definitely recommend for stress relief, group outings, or just doing something different. Can't wait to come back!

Esteban helped us with our appt and he was extremely kind and accommodating, truly a great human being. The room itself was amazing as well provided enough space to really thrash the glass and electronics and being able to play our own music made it even more fun. I highly recommend doing this with friends or even family it's more than just breaking things. It allows you to fully let loose and release any stress or repressed aggression. So I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this. Esteban if you're reading this you're a great man I wish you the best and I'll see you again!

Break Stuff is a room where controlled chaos is contained, where you let out your rage, anger, frustration of everyday life. You can buy different packages in terms of the amount of stuff to break and the amount of time you want to spend in there. I purchased the $155/30 mins ALL YOU CAN BREAK package which included 4 boxes of bottles and 4 electronics. We were given gloves and face shield beforehand. Once we got into the room, the lights dim and flashes different colors. We get a speaker that you can connect whatever music you want. I recommend songs you can RAGE to. We played the metal band Asesino and it was perfect and oh so angry! I only saw 1 crate of bottles versus 4 boxes as they stated on the website (but maybe they meant 4 small boxes or 1 crate?!) and 4 electronic items including a large microwave, DVD player, and 2 drives. The weapons of choice was a metal crow bar, a hammer and a large sledgehammer. The sledgehammer did harm! What a workout! I was sweating so much, my face shield was sliding off my face! I was really into it. Great workout + releasing rage= FUN! Wear boots, long sleeve hoodie and jeans. A few things to note- Keep your mask on underneath the shield as it can get DUSTY in there. You are breaking electronics and probably not good to inhale some of the fumes/chemicals. There is a small closet to put your bag or your items that you don't want to break

I took my husband here today (01/20/2024) for a birthday surprise. We had an absolute BLAST!!!!! I tried to keep it a secret surprise but ended up telling him lol. Esteban was awesome. Super fun and friendly to talk with! Made sure we were all set up to have our playlist (which was not going to lie, I spent about a week making the perfect playlist! lol). I reserved the unlimited Smashy Smashy session and it was perfect. We smashed up a microwave, a speaker, an old tv display. It was alll absolute HEAVEN. I can't recommend this place enough!!! I had a blast, my husband had a blast and we got to break sh*t!!!!

Great time; came today to get out all the stress of this pandemic! What a fun way to do it; great experience! Definitely make sure you're fully covered as the flying glass part can be kinda scary. You get goggles and gloves and with covid we're already wearing masks; keep it on and make sure you're in long sleeve, long pants and closed shoes for extra protection ; then just have fun and let all your pent up aggression out!! Got surprised by my BF going here. Didn't know what I was walking into. Get ready to smash glass and electronics with hammers and bats. He will put your music on so of course heavy metal it was! *Remember to wear closed toes shoes, long sleeves and pants. Ps. Ladies wear your hair up. Your safety goggles fog up and sweat got in my eyes but that all apart of the fun! (Now I need one of these in Sac!) read more

This was a ton of fun! I went with a group of co-workers after finding a Groupon. It's a great stress reliever and a fun weekend excursion. Pick out some songs ahead of time--we got caught off guard but managed to find some loud tunes to smash stuff to. We had glass bottles and some old speakers/VCRs to throw or smash with baseball bats and sledgehammers. Highly recommend it!! read more

Heard about this place from quite a few people, nothing but amazing remarks. Was told it's also family friendly, so I had to take the family and believe me when I say it was the best stress reliever for all of us without a doubt! Left the place feeling brand new! Can't wait to go back, nothing like actually breaking stuff! Can't forget about the owner, he was great as well. Made sure everyone and everything was well taken care of. I expected there to be more protective gear like face shields and full body suits to protect against flying debris. None of that was provided so I didn't feel safe during the experience. We were only given gloves and goggles. Some glass ended up hitting my face. I appreciate the reminders but the experience itself wasn't worth the price. Wouldn't come here again unfortunately read more

This place is AMAZING. Esteban and his business partner are such nice guys and they make sure you're ready to smash some stuff. The instructions were straightforward and it was just an all-around great time. Highly recommend for a different date night or to loosen up with a group of friends. I love that there is no volume limit so you can blast music. Esteban was also really great at reminders and what to wear on the day of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WE WILL BE BACK! read more

Esteban did not disappoint in this smash/destruction stress reducing experience. My sister, my niece and my daughter joined together to smash a whole lotta bottles and electronics. Some were easier and more fun to smash than others, but the tools provided gave options for each person. Safety was important, and Esteban ensured that everything was very clean and disinfected prior to our use. Also, he is only allowing one group at a time, even though his operation would clearly support more. Go! You will not be disappointed. read more

We did this for our Girls Night Out. We had a group of 8 which was broken up into two sessions as the room is small. But it was also fun watching your friends from the outside releasing their aggression on vcrs and beer bottles. Definitely a great way to go crazy for a few songs. Yes, bring your playlist and workout clothes. I highly recommend this place because it's so much fun and different. Also, Esteban is great to work with! read more

My girlfriend surprised me with this experience and it was so rad! I never knew this kinda thing was actually a THING, but it is! We had so much fun smashing stuff. Heads up: -get your music playlist ready beforehand -wear gym clothes or comfortable work clothes (you put on a full body suit that covers your clothes but it is sorta a workout and you will get sweaty while unleashing that pent up anger and stress) -don't underestimate the sledge hammer Oh, Esteban was so friendly and super helpful. Legitimately one of the best experiences I got in 2020. My girlfriend surprised me for my birthday and I LOVED IT! I was tearing it up! Throwing bottles like I was Randy Johnson or something. A group of friends and I wanted to do something different on our weekend gathering. This was one of the options on the list and honestly, it was one of the best decisions made. The guy at the front explained every detail of what the business is and how it works. We were given safety gear and tons of stuff to destroyer. We were able to get rid of our weeks worth of stress all in an hour. And it felt amazing ! Definitely a recommended place. read more

I am so grateful such a place exists. My friend Google searched this place for me, suggesting this was a good outlet for channeling some emotions. I booked Nothing But Glass, which is a 30 min session in which one can smash empty beer bottles. It certainly was therapeutic. Protection includes a face shield and two layers of gloves. Purchased the session for 2 people with my boyfriend and we had a blast! Esteban set up the session and he was a pleasure to meet. It's a great stress reliever, you get to play your own music, all the safety gear is provided, and the lighting system adds to the fun! Break Stuff is a spa for Alphas. No you wont get a cucumber infused water while getting a medy an a pedy. Instead your given a chance to unleash your RAGE and stress on objects in a room while jamming out to whatever floats your boat. Dress code: closed toe shoes Instructions were pretty simple, with form and feet placement. You can try 2-handed or single hand throws, with 3 different sizes of axes. It was crowded, so I used axe target lanes with no metal barrier between them, but this worked out fine since my boyfriend used the other lane. Axe retrieval after each throw is recommended due to the damage fees charged if the axe thrown hits another axe. I definitely will be back to do more axe throwing and maybe try knife throwing while I'm at it.

This was extremely frustrating because we were physically there within the grace period. I even have map timeline data showing our exact arrival time. Had they not been short-staffed or delayed in assisting us, we would have made it onto the tour without any issue. To make matters worse, we were told that a manager would follow up the next day to reschedule us. That never happened. No call, no email, nothing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience driven entirely by poor communication and lack of accountability. I would not recommend booking here based on how they handle customers when issues arise.

The two rooms. hold 5 people each, so when 10 were breaking, the adults did axe throwing outside. Once one of the groups finished, they did a quick sweep and rotated adults into the rooms. Took a team of over 30 people here for a corporate event. This was PERFECT! There is more than enough space for everyone. They have two rooms and we fit 5 people in each, rotating new groups as the others finished. This was a very seamless process, and the experience Break Stuff has with large groups like us was very evident with how they organized, instructed, and demonstrated for us all. We also were able to eat food in the large courtyard they have, which was good for our pizza and beer. OH! the beer was from down the street just one block away maybe 5 mins max. I recently visited the Rage Room, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! From the moment I walked in, I could feel the excitement building. Phenomonel experience! If you're doing what you're supposed to and going absolutely PRIMAL on this junk, then 30 minutes is more than enough time. This was such a great work out I was sore for days afterwards. It hurt so good. I wish I could get an annual season pass or something so I could come all the time for cheap. I would pay $300 for unlimited visits with a plus one. Just an idea! Also, more glass variety would be sweet! I loved taking a crowbar to the stacks of dead tv decks offered. What a deal. BREAK STUFF ROCKS!!! We were feeling a little stressed so my son and I took a trip to Break Stuff. Well, 30 minutes later and 72 stout Amber fliptop bottles, a large bathroom scale, a 27 inch computer monitor, several computer keyboards, and sundry other items are no longer in a pristine and usable condition. Took my teens here and they had such an amazing time. It was a very full-filling experience for everyone involved. They made sure we were safe and protected. There was more than enough electronics for our large group, so everyone walked away feeling exhausted and accomplished. They were building their Axe Throwing lanes too outside in the large courtyard, so we have actually already booked to come back again next month. I recently hosted my teen's birthday party at an axe throwing and rage room facility, and I can't emphasize enough how absolutely amazing it was! An absolute hit with the teens! Breaking things with baseball bats, crowbars, and sledgehammers was a more of a workout than one will imagine. Adults let the kids break on their own, but we went in there after to break stuff ourselves. Esteban went ABOVE and BEYOND to not only make me happy, but my mother as well (which isn't easy)! He was so gracious as to provide glass bottles, VCRs, & more to break! He supplied the gloves and blasted Guns N' Roses!! Instead of dinner for Mother's Day, I took my mother and sisters here. It was such a fun surprise! We all took turns breaking glass on one corner so that it wouldn't shatter on anyone. This is a great mom and pop. We have been here more than a couple times and each time its a different experience with new equipment to break. We got SO MUCH GLASS! Having been to other Rage Rooms locally, we see why this place has the best and most reviews. The Staff is friendly, because they own the place. BREAK S$&T!!! This was so much fun, three of us came and did all you can break package for about 45 minutes and it was such a great stress relief. Prepare to get sweaty and get a good exercise, and you get to build your own playlist and use that. Highly recommend for anyone who has a little aggression to get out! read more
