The Booking Experience Planning for a corporate group can be like herding cats. We started with 14 people, but the headcount eventually ballooned to 20. I had to reach out multiple times to adjust the reservation, and I have to give a massive shout-out to Caro on their team. They were incredibly patient, helpful, and handled the back-and-forth like a pro. The Logistics The preparation was seamless. They sent over waiver links ahead of time, which meant that as soon as our group of 20 arrived, we were ready to jump right into the action. No standing around filling out paperwork! The Event & Atmosphere The game itself was an absolute blast. The hosts were fantastic--super friendly, high-energy, and they even offered to take group photos for us afterward. It was crowded, so I used axe target lanes with no metal barrier between them, but this worked out fine since my boyfriend used the other lane. Axe retrieval after each throw is recommended due to the damage fees charged if the axe thrown hits another axe. The staff member told me that would be fine as long as we completed the waivers in advance, which we did. We arrived within those 5 minutes, but she was busy with another customer, so we waited a few minutes for her to acknowledge us. Instead of checking us in, she stalled briefly and then told us we had missed the grace period and could not be checked in. This was extremely frustrating because we were physically there within the grace period. I even have map timeline data showing our exact arrival time. Had they not been short-staffed or delayed in assisting us, we would have made it onto the tour without any issue. To make matters worse, we were told that a manager would follow up the next day to reschedule us. That never happened. No call, no email, nothing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience driven entirely by poor communication and lack of accountability. I would not recommend booking here based on how they handle customers when issues arise.
