All their breakfasts here and lattes are really brunch & instagram worthy. The only downside is that the seating is first come first serve. I've gone a couple times and had to resort to getting takeout boxes instead for some visits. I would love to try more of their brunch menu for a dine in but for now just their pastries are enough to keep coming back!

Such a cutest place for hangouts or dates. The pasta menu is surprisingly soo good and good portion. They also have seasonal menus so theres always something new to try. Service is also fast and friendly staff.

Bready Cafe is a huge bakery/cafe at Langstaff by the GO train tracks. I came here because a post on another social media platform suggested that this was a good place to work remotely. I came by around 1pm and the cafe was packed for lunch. So I wouldn't recommend it as a place to work. However, I did purchase some pastries. I found the pastries were tasty. They were the same high quality pastries that you can find at other high-end bakeries. They also sell breads, desserts, lunch items, and much more. I would definitely want to come back to try some of their other items.

I visited on a Sunday afternoon. The café was busy but not overcrowded, and I easily found a table. It's self-service you order at the counter, get a buzzer, and pick up your food when it buzzes. I ordered two salads: the Farmers Market Chicken and the Cobb. The portions are huge! honestly, one salad could have been enough to share. Most people around us also ended up with to-go containers. The produce was super fresh, and the Cobb was incredibly filling with two poached eggs, chicken breast, and turkey bacon. The Farmers Market Chicken was tasty but could have used a bit of cheese to bring it together. I also tried the iced caramel pecan latte, which was absolutely delicious, and one of their green juices. The juice was very thick with blended bits, not a smooth freshly squeezed drink like I expected, which was a little disappointing. The staff and manager were extremely friendly and attentive, which made the experience enjoyable. Overall, it's a pricey café ..our two salads and two drinks came to around $60 after taxes but the portions and quality are solid. I'd give it 4 out of 5 and would return, just mindful of portion sizes and drink expectations.

My absolute favourite cafe. Ever since I discovered this place, I've been thinking about when I can come back. We tried their brunch menu , their bakery items and coffee. They are all so delicious. I am obsessed with their tiramisu croissant and matcha latte.

The vibe is always good here, busy, very well organized. Lots of yummy bread, cakes, pastries. Just wish I can try them all, but there are too many choices and all are delicious . The dining hall is large with high ceiling, the service is always polite and pleasant. Such a hidden gem for anyone who craves for satisfying breakfast experience.

I came here with my boyfriend for a quick brunch. The restaurant was absolutely packed, but staff was quick to clean tables and people didn't hover too long after eating, so we were able to snatch a seat after ordering. I got a Caprese panini and a mango passionfruit smoothie. The smoothie was absolutely delicious and the perfect amount of sweetness. It tasted fresh to me. The panini was very good too, but I think next time I will try a different item because it felt pretty standard. I also got an almond croissant and cinnamon danish to go. They were really great and I look forward to trying more baked goods and dessert-type options from here.

Such a cute spot with a lot of character, filled with plants that make the vibe really cozy. It was pretty busy when I went, which already tells you the food is popular. I tried the croissant benedict and it was delicious, the sauce was great, and the avocado inside was a nice touch. It even came with a side salad which I appreciated. I also got the iced strawberry matcha latte. I have high expectations for matcha and while this one wasn't amazing, it was decent. The strawberry puree was yummy though and I have a sweet tooth so it was a yes for me. I also got the lotus cube croissant and it was amazing!! I recommend it for sure if you go here. The service was on the slower side but it's a given considering how busy it was. Nonetheless, the staff were kind. Overall, the food and the atmosphere were the highlights, and I'd definitely come back again for another visit.

For a Sunday, the place was packed and most of their items were sold for the day

I saw a few posts about Bready on Instagram so immediately visited as I was in the area. For a Sunday afternoon, this cafe was packed and a lot of their items were sold out. They have some unique baked goods and serve various dishes as well. I couldn't find a seat to sit at so ordered my pastries to go and enjoyed it at home. The Passionfruit Mango Cheesecake was delicious. Not too sweet and tart, it was perfect. The Tiramisu was also quite good. It just melted in my mouth. As for the Pain Suisse, it was just okay. They recently opened a location downtown so can't wait to go there! Good for: coffee/tea, baked goods, cake, brunch

We came here for brunch before headed to Vaughn mills after seeing all the attractive IG posts. It was a weekday morning and it was quite busy, can't imagine how busy it gets during the weekend! It's self-serve, order then pickup your food and grab a seat, if dining-in. Service was great, even though this place was self-serve and they were a bit busy, when we asked if they have high chairs the cashier came around to get one for us and helped us move it to the table we wanted to sit at, instead of just telling us where they were and have us get it ourselves. We had two of their brunch items, the lotus biscoff cube and brought home their strawberry bowtie croissants. Everything was fresh and delicious. We'd recommend and come back when we're in the area.

It was my first time visiting Bready after having it on my bucket list for a while, and I finally stopped by on a Sunday morning around 11:30 am. To my surprise, the place was absolutely packed! Every table was taken, and there was a line to order. The crowd made it a bit hard to assess the cleanliness at first glance, but I did notice an employee quickly wiping down tables as soon as customers left, which was reassuring. Overall, it seemed decently clean. Bready offers an impressive variety of options, from self-serve pastries near the line to those displayed behind glass that require employee handling. Their menu is extensive, including pastries, breads, drinks, and dine-in items like French toast, eggs Benedict, and sandwiches. While I appreciated the large, easy-to-read menu posted high up for customers in line, it was frustrating to discover that one item, the Vietnamese Cold Brew, wasn't available during the winter. Since the menu is handwritten, it would make sense to update it seasonally to avoid confusion. My mom ordered one of their Winter Specials, the Pistachio Latte ($6.25), which we both enjoyed. It wasn't overly sweet and had plenty of real nuts, making it a nice treat. I opted for the Bueno Latte ($6.25), also a Winter Special, but I found it too sweet for my taste. I wouldn't reorder it or recommend it, as the sweetness overpowered everything. I can only imagine how much sweeter the hot chocolate version might be, given it lacks espresso to balance the flavor. As for pastries, I grabbed a Hazelnut Croissant from the self-serve area, and it turned out to be one of the best croissants I've had in a long time. It was wonderfully flaky yet soft, with a crunchy top that added texture and real nuts that elevated the overall experience. The filling was perfectly distributed and hit just the right level of sweetness. It was fantastic! We also picked up a Pear Croissant, but I haven't tried it yet--so stay tuned for my thoughts on that one. As a first-time customer, I signed up for their rewards program, which came with a free pastry from a select list. Unfortunately, redeeming this reward was a hassle. Despite it showing up on my account via their online ordering system, the employee at the register couldn't find it in their system and repeatedly told me there was nothing she could do. This was frustrating and left a poor first impression. In the end, I placed the order through their website and showed her the confirmation, which resolved the issue but added unnecessary steps. Service was otherwise friendly, but the space was quite loud, which made communication a bit challenging. We often found ourselves raising our voices to be heard. All in all, despite a few hiccups, I'm intrigued to return and try more of their offerings. With such a wide variety on the menu, there's plenty to explore!

For starters, the cashier/server greets you in a friendly, Italian way. Secondly, the food itself - it's amazing. I've had a few things - the omelettes, the lasagna and the Baretto panini. All of them excellent. And the service itself, also outstanding. You don't expect table service at a cafe, but Baretto has it anyway. After you've finished your meal, the waiter (who might also be the owner, I'm not sure) asks how everything was. You get the sense that it's not just for politeness, but he really wants to know. All in all, Baretto Caffe is a consistent, pleasant, delicious experience through and through.

Expectation wise? Don't expect Michelin star chefs or fancy interiors. It's a very humble setup in a non-traditional office building with staff who go the extra mile to assist customers. My pasta was made on the spot by the same person who took my order and made my espresso. He was a very honest, hard worker who served customers while making the food and drinks from scratch. I watched him meticulously cleaning all the cooking equipment, espresso machine, countertops, surfaces, and cleaning the floors after serving his customers. I was very impressed by his work ethic and dedication. I tried the penne pasta with mushroom and sausage topped with Alfredo sauce. It came with garlic bread and salad. Their number one ordered meal. So good! The penne pasta with rossa sauce (rose sauce) came with chicken and mushrooms. I prefer the Alfredo sauce as it was rich creamy and delicious. However what made my experience a good one was the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff. In today's fast food world, good service warrants a higher star rating!

The space itself is bright, cozy, and modern. It's great for a casual brunch. The menu focuses on creative takes on classic brunch dishes, with most plates around $18-$25 and drinks about $6-$9. We tried the pork sausage shakshouka, pork jowl eggs benny, and a strawberry matcha latte. The drink was a standout--refreshing, nicely layered, and not overly sweet. The dishes themselves had good flavors and promising concepts. Unfortunately, the experience started off rough. Despite having a reservation, we waited over 30 minutes for a table during the busy Saturday brunch rush, and parking around the plaza was difficult. When the food arrived, the eggs in both the eggs benny and the shakshouka were overcooked, which was disappointing since runny yolks are key to both dishes. Overall, Corner Cafe has a nice vibe and an interesting brunch menu, but the long wait, tough parking, and inconsistent execution made the experience fall short this time.

The taste was "milk forward", no detectable butter flavor, which makes their aftertaste light & healthy. I found that the texture is a bit drier than I preferred. We liked Chestnut Bao.
