Ordered 3 scones and one muffin. When I got to my order she had only given us two and said that she didn't charge us for anything else after a $20 tab. So she charged up another $10 for the two scones she missed. Which is fine - but ok. The scones were stale and the muffin was not cooked. Like I mentioned I hate leaving these reviews but they have alot of untapped potential. In a prime location downtown OGT they need to step up the customer service and pastries.
