Super cute store in town, nice variety of all sorts of tea. They have a interesting selection of dessert teas... they all smelled great. The shop is a little small but definitely has something for every tea lover. Store owner was really nice, they usually close at 4pm on the weekends but she stayed open because there were a few of us in the store. read more

Down the bustling touristy shopping area on Main Street, you'll find this charming little tea shop. The lady who assisted us was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable! She introduced new flavors and guided us to where some of the samples were to smell the different tea aromas. Needless to say, I walked out of there with tea. The prices were pretty reasonable too! Harney & Sons' Green tea with Coconut- green tea with a mixture of coconut, ginger, lemongrass and vanilla flavors. 10 out of 10! read more

Not My Cup of Tea I just stopped in to look around, while I was checking out the row of Shops on Main St. The Lady was smiling & busy wrapping merchandise to be shipped. Her Husband made me & the other 2 Customers uncomfortable. He scrutinized us, never took his eyes off us, & his body language was tense. He neither smiled nor spoke. I was carrying a tiny purse & wasn't wearing a coat since the Temp was 52, & I'm hot natured. I left. Returned the next day ~ same treatment. The other Customers left quickly too. A gem in southern Maine! The Tea Space is a perfect destination for holiday shopping! I just ordered Ginkgo which came in a tin with individual tea strainer bags. Perfect gift for boosting one's memory. My favorite is the State of Maine Ceylon black with a hint blueberries and maple. Sending this to friends out west. Adorable and yummy! My husband and I popped in here last month and LOVED it! I got Mainely Breakfast tea and chestnut. Both are fabulous! I am a big tea connoisseur and this is one of the best companies I've had (better than teavana, bird pick, david's, coffee bean...). The only down side is that there isn't one by me! I recommend you stock up- I completely regret not buying more while I was there. Would have been great Christmas gifts. This place was absolutely adorable. It is home to some of the cutest tea pots you will ever see (and some are even made locally). Gary was extremely nice and although we did not meet his wife, Eileen, he told us that opening this shop was his wife's dream. I love this store. It's right on Main St. in Ogunquit, which during the summer is crowded, hectic, and lively. The minute you step inside you find yourself in a soothing atmosphere. An excellent assortment of teas has been lovingly arranged on shelves and sometimes you will be treated to a taste of whatever tea they might be promoting that day. There are interesting and charming teapots and cups throughout the store for purchase as well as other teatime accoutrements. I bought some loose leaf chamomile tisane that is delicious. I went back a couple weeks later and picked up a tin of mint tea and one of breakfast tea, as well. I had never tried those brands, but they were excellent. It's a sweet little store: the teas are high quality and the prices are more than reasonable. The owners are also very welcoming. The Tea Space and H.M.Crumpets have become mandatory stops anytime I want to spoil myself a little. read more

Not my cup of tea either. I can totally relate to Donna M's review of this place. There was only a man in the store (who I assume was the owner) who was assisting a customer. I found him to be rude with her. She was rude with him too. Not sure how that all started. I wasn't even acknowledged. There were some cute items in the store that I was interested in but when someone doesn't appear to be interested in your business, I usually go elsewhere. read more

I'm a tea fan, and this tea shop hit the spot. Lots of specialty teas, socially conscious teas, loose leaf, and variety of pots/filters. The couple that run it are adorable and the wife is very knowledgeable about tea. read more
