Owners and staff are a 5! So friendly and eager to help, quite endearing! Ambiance is a 5! Bright and cheery in the dining room, love the design and colors, etc. Food is a 4! I had the soup/sandwich combo... Turkey Delight, the coconut curry tomato soup and of course, added the cheese curds. Sammy was super flavorful, not too much cheese, would order again in house. Bumped down a point because it was take out and by the time I got home (7 minute drive) the bread was fairly soggy. I'd imagine since the dining area is pretty small, many will get delivery or take out. Note to mgmt to either vent the boxes or use less butter/spread to prevent the dreaded sog. Coconut/Tom Curry Soup was nice n warm & flavorful as well - would love an option of just tomato soup, no coconut, etc. but I'd order this again! Curds were crispy, just enough batter, could use a tad more cheese as a few were somewhat empty. Very tasty tho and the dipping sauce was delightful! I'll definitely be back to try more! Tried the breakfast burrito with pastrami, and a pineapple crush smoothie. The perfect blend of sweet and savory! The burrito was huge and delicious- egg, cheese and garlic tots mixed together with a layer of pastrami. Don't forget to try the green salsa with it. I had quite literally the BEST grilled cheese in the world! The food, service and atmosphere was all amazing! and I highly recommend the pineapple smoothie! I have yet to try the breakfast burritos but I can only imagine how great those will be! 10/10 would recommend this place! Please just do yourself a favor and just drop by once. You will find that once you have one of their sandwiches, you'll never look at grilled cheese sandwiches the same again! I have eaten here twice. The first time was shortly after it opened and I had a Classic grilled cheese sandwich that was quite good. The second time was very recently. I had a chicken pesto sandwich prepared by a guy with long dark hair. While I waited, a young female employee petted my dog. She washed her hands before returning to work behind the counter. I thought it was excellent that she observed proper hygiene. Then my sandwich came. It tasted great. But about halfway through it I found a long dark hair in the middle of the sandwich. Not a health hazard but pretty gross nonetheless. So would I go back? Maybe if the employees start wearing hair nets. read more

First off let me say, the score of nearly 5 stars as it stands right now is right on to this place! Came in for a late lunch today and will definitely be coming back. Got the burn-a-nator add bacon and it was killer. Jalapeño relish was spot on, not one note, had a spice, a sweetness and tang. I also don't even usually care for bacon, but again was totally excellent in this sandwich. Had a side of fries as well that we don't normally order and couldn't get enough! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with some really crunchy ones and very hot and fresh as well. Portions are definitely worth it here! We were shown the breakfast menu too (7am-11:30am) which has huge breakfast burritos of all different combinations. They looked and sounded so so good especially with their homemade sauces, will have to be back for those. (I believe you can order these burritos online to go so they are easily ready and fresh for pick up). I believe it was both owners were working when we came in and they were both so so nice and personable. I would say their level of customer service pushed them past five stars but it's as high as I can give. Lastly, the store is really cute inside. They have some grilled cheese themed items hanging around and also one owner mentioned on the TV's they have custom bread and cheese cartoons playing which was really unique. It was nice that they included a lot of personal touches related to their theme of place. You can't expect everything to always go right but when something small occurs, these guys made it right with style. The sandos were off the hook.
