Visited in Nov of 2024. Even though the restaurant was full and busy, my husband and I felt the service was not so bad. We really enjoyed the lively atmosphere, the sumptuous AYCE foods, and the good services. Most of the meats were bbq'ed well, and were carved at tableside... and the staff carrying the meats was constantly walking around the tables to serve the customers. I couldn't stop eating the mouthwatering sweet pineapples, the tender steak, and the flavorful chicken. It was a fun experience for us. This is a must visit if you are visiting Darling Harbor. Had the all-you-can-eat option, receiving a constant flow of bitte sized morsels. They also included a number of sides. Not only was there beef, pork and seafood, but haloumi and cooked pineapple. Walked away happy and satisfied. read more

It wasn't bad but not sure if I can justify the pricing. We got seated almost right away (with a reservation) but took more than 10min for anyone to come talk to us. Food was good but you have to wait for what you want (even if you request) for a while.... So you end up filling yourself with whatever come at you. read more

For my partners birthday, we went to the darling harbour Braza. The cocktails were amazing, price was very reasonable for how full our bellies were meat was awesome. The beef/lamb rump & grilled cinnamon pineapples were our highlight. The blue cheese sauce & chimchurri is a must have & we also had mash potato, coleslaw and veggies on the side. Only downside was that most of the chicken & porks were a little over cooked, the rump was perfect nonetheless.. Will be back again, hopefully the meat is tender next time round! read more

This is an overdue recount of my experience form a few years back but here it is: Overpriced and I don't remember the meat to be that amazing. We had a party of about 20 people, and I don't know if this was intentional or not, but a few extra bottles of wine were added to our bill. Not a good experience but because of the location hence good ambience, I am not fully against giving it a second chance. Won't be in a hurry to revisit though. read more

This place is awesome, what an experience! We went on a Saturday (which is the one day a week that had a fun performance with dancers and drummers walking around the restaurant), and everyone will need to make a booking because the restaurant is packed. But its busy for good reason! Around $55 for all you can eat, including a selection of sides you order from the waiter, and all you can eat bbq-ed meat/haloumi/pineapple/garlic bread served by men wandering around to each table with giant skewers. Obviously drinks cost extra, and there are a few sides and sauces you have to pay extra for but for a special occasion or even just an awesome dinner with friends its definitely worth the price. The atmosphere is loud but its a good thing, don't come here for an intimate dinner, come here for an awesome time with mates or loved ones and eat and drink yourself into a food coma. One star off is due to a couple of sides being forgotten and as our table was in the middle we were usually the last one to get the meat skewer carrying men who started at the window (so a lot of meat ran out before it reached us). read more

We tend to end up at the bar here after work on a Friday as its slightly quieter than the other places nearby and the beer selection is good. The food is also fantastic. Be warned though... this place is a temple of meat. Vegetarians need not apply. You pay your money and its an all you can eat deal. You get unlimited side dishes of which there is a huge variety, but the real focus is the BBQ. This is meat heaven. Waiters walk around with huge lumps of meat on skewers and carve you off a hunk as they pass your table. All sorts of meat, from chicken hearts (really... try them.. they are really nice) to... to... too many cuts of meat to name. And they are all lovely. Beautifully cooked, tender and super tasty. They also have skewers of bbq pineapple (mmmmm) and bbq haloumi cheese. Be warned, this is not a cheap eat but looked at longer term, this will save you money. You will eat so much meat that you will eat nothing but salad for the next week thus saving money on groceries. Even my teenage son was completely meated out and refused dessert. If you have big eaters to cater for, this is a really good deal. If you have people who eat like sparrows, not so much. All that and its a great place for a sneaky after work drinky. First, let's talk about the place. Big restaurant with a nice outdoor area and a big indoor one. I would recommend to dine outside as birthdays and functions take place inside where, as a consequence, it was really loud. In this place, it's all you can eat for 55$. OK folks, I am first to admit that I am a carnivore through and through. I have done churrasco in many many places here and overseas, and the quality varies terrifically, but one thing in common - lots of great meat! Seriously, they should give you a free colonic irrigation voucher as part of the deal. Braza is a great place for a group to go and enjoy a good night out. There is something for everyone on the menu (although of course vegetarians will struggle!) and the never ending stream of meat and unlimited side dishes will be sure to keep you nibbling long past your Full level. Be prepared, peeps, take some Quickeze with you or have it ready at home! The seafood is a little lacking here compared to other such places, but acceptable. If you go towards the end of the week they generally have some live entertainment, of varying quality but consistent enthusiasm. Service is alike all things Brazilian, pretty relaxed, but adequate. The wine list is a bit understocked and overpriced, but again should be something for everyone, and the mojitos, caphrihanas and other assorted South American cocktails are stunning. Third time here last night and was pretty disappointed. The meat came very slow and out of sequence, we pretty much got the same meat round and round again and again. Then some waiters would just skip our table all together! Is that was churrasco is all about? Skipping tables and serving the same meat? The waiters spilled sauce, water and drinks on our jackets and they didn't seem to care! They said a sorry and then rushed to take the dirty dishes to set up for the next round. Come on man. I went the Braza with 11 people on a Saturday night. We got put into the back room which had 3 tables in it, away from all the other tables in the main section. we were a little bummed because we were away from all the dancing and constant flow of food. But we were proven wrong for the first 20 minutes with food flowing in And out non stop! But after it stopped for a bit less than an hour.. After asking and asking the flow of food started to pick up and then to our surprise the dancers and drummers came into this small room and started playing the drums and getting people to get up and dance! It was a lot of fun! Besides the original issues with service the food and atmosphere is amazing at Braza in the darling quarter. Authentic as it gets. I am from Brazil and I can say that is the best Brazilian restaurant in Australia. Really nice side dishes to go with the BBQ meats. Great atmosphere! is all you can eat and the caipirinha is so good! Side dishes includes rice, beans, cheese bread, polenta, manioc chips, chips, salads, mash.... I've been at Braza 3 times before trying $50 all you can eat,,, overall is ok. Problem is sides, they are delicious and you should keep track of not ordering many of them because makes you full for the main meal. You should request your desire meat or sea food repeatedly and be persistent with your request till you get it. Only water is free of charge and you should pay for other drinks. I am planning to go again soon and will update my comment later. read more

Best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Sydney. The meats are extremely tender and tasty (especially the beef and the lamb), and the sides are plentiful and varied. The cassava flour is sensational with the meats. Also, be sure to try some of the roasted pineapple when it comes around. It is the juiciest, most delicious pineapple you will ever eat. Apart from the cassava flour, the sides I always order are the yellow rice, the potato salad, the tomato salsa and the Brazilian chillies. Service is friendly and attentive. If you order a dessert, steer clear of the Brazilian pavlova. The meringue is way too tough and has the consistency of chewing gum. read more

SO MUCH MEAT!!! So what happens is that the waiters have all these different skewers of meat and they come by your table and offer it and you eat as much as you want. For me the highlights were the pork belly, the chicken and the grilled pineapple. Don't miss the grilled pineapple! It's so, so yummy. The staff were all super nice, very hospitable, warm and friendly. Also, try the sauces! I was a little disappointed that they didn't have more Brazilian beers on offer. I have been here twice now and I still don't rate this Braza as well as it's counterpart in Leichardt! Service is a bit slow, if you are sitting outside during the dinner service, don't expect to get that much variety of meat because you are forgotten. The first time I went here, we were seated outside and didn't get very much food at all! The second time I chose to sit inside and there were waiters at our table every 30 seconds! The meat is somewhat lacking in flavour, I found it all ended up tasting the same or similar and a little too red for my liking. The garlic prawns are fantastic, so is the grilled haloumi cheese! COME HUNGRY. I was naive and did not know what this place was about when I showed up for dinner. What I should have done was fast for a week before turning up so that I could try each of the 24 skewers and one of each of the 10+ sides. Not that I had any space left in my stomach but after 3 hours, we only saw maybe 10 different types of skewers come by. We had pig back, pig ribs, pig belly, and probably other parts of the pig but it just so happened the chicken never came by our table until...we paid the bill! There's definitely a system to the meat rotation but I couldn't figure it out. Surprisingly, a couple of my favorite dishes were the cassava chips and the roasted pineapple with cinnamon - go figure. read more

Was there for one of my best friend's - Kez birthday ! Booking was made weeks ahead as we were told its a busy place and book the 1st sitting - in at 6pm and need to leave by 8.15pm. Got there with a bit of time to spare and ordered myself a cocktail ( not usually but the list looks impressive ! so got to try....) whilst waiting for the 'gang' to show up. A little pre dinner drink. Well...the cocktail I had - was nice & potent :-) ! INDIO GUARANI - Get wild with Amazon Indians heaven fruit Acai, Gin & Pama (pomegranate liquor). While sipping my delicious cocktail the place started to fill up. Kez and the gang arrived and we were seated. Well the meats start to be served right after we ordered out side dishes..great selections - black beans, crispy casava chips, kale and so on. Meat was juicy and tender .. a selection of Beef, Lamb and Chicken - variety of cuts. Its a meat lovers paradise so to speak ! Oh not forgetting fish and prawns...oh yeah sausages too.
