I needed to get my daughter's phone fix and found this location by Groupon. They have two store locations and this one had a better reviews. My husband calls at 9am to see what time they open and asked how long it would take to fix a screen on iPhone 7. The lady told him it would take 10-15 mins. Also, to go in before 11am to get her to fix the phone otherwise it would be someone else. I rush over and get to this location at 9:14am. The doors of the store was locked and lights were off... looks like they were closed but their sign said they open weekdays 7:30am-6pm. Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm. My husband calls the company again and said the person that is coming to this location is still on her way. So, I'm still waiting... Almost 9:45 is when Veronica pulls up. She looked like she just woke up. She heads to the side of the building. I'm waiting in my car until she opens the door. I tell her good morning, and she said good morning back and asked if I'm the one with the groupon and if it was the iPhone 7 that needed to be fixed. I told her yes and yes. That was all the conversation we had until towards the end when she asked which area do I live at. After she takes apart my daughter's phone, she makes a call and asked someone to bring her a screen from somewhere else. I'm thinking from the other location. At this point it's already been 20 minutes from when I stepped in the door. Which I thought the service was going to be quick. Finally the lady comes with the screen. Takes her a few minutes to put together the phone. Something wasn't fitting right so she unscrewed the screen again. Maybe 2 times unscrewing. Total time fixing was around 40 minutes. When it was time to check out, I asked for a receipt. She told me she can't give me one because I used Groupon for their service. Which I thought was weird... Overall, everything was just ok. I just didn't like the fact that they have a sign showing the time they open and closed and no one is actually there... I think it was very unprofessional. Second thing I didn't like is that she already knew that she was going to fix an iPhone 7 but didn't have the screen ready. It showed me she was unprepared and they don't have things in stock. I don't recommend this place and most likely won't come back. read more

I'm giving them 2 stars because the did fix my iPad screen but surely not in the time frame they said. I was told to come back in a couple of hours but I came back in 3 hours which is when the girl started working on it. I then ordered and paid for the screen protector which was apparently ordered a few times, according to them. after waiting 2 months and this store not being opened on their posted hours, I asked for a refund which I'm currently waiting for. I explained to them several times that I lived far from them and I drive a big SUV and I don't want to keep burning gas on appointments that they don't show up for. they rarely answer their phones or it goes into a voicemail which is full so I can't leave a message so I had to text them. not only do they still owe me for the screen protector but I should sue them for my gas!!!!!! read more

I took my iX in to replace a cracked screen, they did it within 10 minutes and I was on my way. I then had problems with the screen going dark and it would force me to turn it on and off in order to regain access. I stopped by unannounced describe the problem and they replaced it with a new screen in less than 10 minutes; and that my friends is outstanding customer service!
