I came in today to try the Peruvian empanadas and was honestly disappointed. They didn't taste like Peruvian empanadas at all. The pastry was undercooked and doughy, and the filling was pretty bland -- I've had better empanadas from Publix store bakery. Don't go there expecting the empanadas to be Peruvian. Never been here before. Decided to give it a go. Called in with 20 minutes ahead of time. Came for pickup and one of the servers realized there wasn't any order, so I told him I called it in. It was very obvious they had forgotten to place it, which I'm very cool about. I have no problem waiting for the order to be ready. But I had my car on with my dog sitting in it because I thought it was going to be an in-and-out thing. So I asked if he forgot, and he told me no and immediately placed the order and charged me right in front of my face. I even tipped on a to-go order like an idiot. He walks away and doesn't say a word. Then his coworker walks up to me and tells me to take a seat and that it's going to be a couple minutes. I asked him how long and he said he doesn't know. I asked him if his coworker forgot to place it and he said he doesn't know... If this is the kind of service you get on a to-go order, I cannot imagine dining in there. I'm never coming back, and that's sad because I love Peruvian food and this is close for me. Nevertheless, I will write another review for a rushed order, they got ready for me in like 10 minutes. Everything is incredible here, the food is top tier. The presentation of the food is 5 star quality, all of it is, the drinks as well. They deserve some solid notoriety. The aji amarillo risotto con lomo is outstanding, and the ceviche marinades are top notch, my only complaint is that their soup is always just too salty in my opinion but the flavor still keeps me coming back for it. Date night extravanganza! My hubby took me on a date night to Bravo Peruvian Kitchen. The food was just the best! The ambiance was charming, modern, beautiful and cozy. The service top notch. Giving five stars to this restaurant is the easiest thing to do. What an amazing experience. We ordered some appetizers and drinks to start our adventure. First, tamal and ají yuca bites. Stopped by Bravo Peruvian Kitchen on a Tuesday night for dinner. Despite there being some taken tables, we didn't have to wait for a table of 6 which was nice. Service was good, very attentive and got our orders out quick. I got the Churrasco a la parrilla which was delicious. The steak itself was tender and juicy, and the rice with egg was great. They have breakfast all day and vegetarian options for those who dont eat meat, This spot is located in coral springs off of sample, between university and coral springs. Service is top notch, always extremely nice and attentive. Food doesn't take long BUT they are typically busy. Only thing is parking is always hard to find, try to get there earlier or just try finding parking in the back if available, hopefully you find one in the front and near. The food here is delicious! Stopped here to grab a late lunch with my sister and we arrived super hungry. We were seated immediately and our server quickly brought us waters and cancha (toasted Peruvian corn). It was pretty quiet around 4:30 PM when we arrived but everything was nice and clean. We ordered chica (purple corn drink) which was absolutely delicious - I ended up ordering another one to go. FYI no free refills on this one. They also have macacuya (passion fruit) and a few other traditional drinks. For an appetizer we ordered the fried yuca which came out piping hot, and was crunchy on the outside with a soft creamy center. It does not come with any sauce but we asked for dipping sauces and received a trio of flavors: the traditional yellow sauce, spicy mayo, and their spicy ahi sauce. All of the sauces were delicious and we ended up saving them for our main entrees. We both ordered the lomo saltado which is really the best way to measure any Peruvian restaurant in my opinion! The dish came out about 10 minutes after the appetizers and has steak, white rice, fries, red onions and tomatoes all in a delicious au jus. It was delicious and I ate almost every single bite. We skipped dessert because we were stuffed but took some chicha and ceviche to go. We ordered the ceviche trio but my husband said hands down the best one was the regular fish Tigre de leche version. So try that one first if you're on the fence. Solid place for lunch or dinner. Give it a try and thank me later! read more

Out of all the Peruvian places I've dined at down here, Bravo seems to be my favorite (and my gf's too!) we done here regularly and have dined at a multitude of other Peruvian establishments as well. Whenever we go we get GREAT service, a friendly smile, and even a story or two! We usually opt to sit at the bar as often when we go their tables are pretty busy, and we have no trouble sitting at the bar. Majority of the time, we are served by Michael....he is SO friendly and also incredibly knowledgeable about pisco, Peru's national drink! Michael almost always offers me different Piscos that they'd ever (complimentary of course) to taste and try. He always has the best recommendations for us as far as food and drink goes. He's polite, humble, friendly, and he loves to tell stories about his country and the history behind his food and drink. We've had several things from the menu and none of them have ever disappointed. The ceviche is delicious and in my opinion the best in the area. The ambience is also really nice and has a chic yet cozy vibe to it. I do wish they stayed open a little bit later during the week though, but ever since covid it seems that many restaurants don't stay open as late. Despite this however, we still love coming here. If you're in the Coral Springs area and hankering for some Peruvian food I highly suggest visiting Bravo. Also, since this is rather important, comparative to some of the other Peruvian places their prices are pretty reasonable for what you get. I do recommend trying their sandwiches during their lunch hour!! They're unique and EXCELLENT! They do an Alf at Peruvian breakfast similar to the Colombian style bandeja paisa but served in a Peruvian style. I've had the seco de res (huge and flavor portion) several ceviches, and recently a special that was on their menu that I can't remember the name of. It was super authentic and came with a tripe stew (not my favorite lol it was delicious but I just don't enjoy tripe all that much) however I was told that the dish was super authentic and almost no one orders it unless their directly from Peru lol. So that can definitely speak for their authenticity. If you're in Coral Springs and want some super great Peruvian check them out. Ask for Michael! He's great! read more

I love Peruvian food so I finally got to give Bravo a try! It's located right along sample road and the interior is a lot larger and can seat way more people than you'd expect from the outside. A perfect spot to go with a group of people if you are in the area. There are a vast variety of menu items to choose from. I went with the Bravo Sandwich which was tender beef steak strips with cheese, bacon, potato sticks and a garlic aioli dressing. It was huge and absolutely phenomenal. It was also served on fresh bread that broke apart really well! I cannot wait to go back and give another menu item a try even though I love the bravo sandwich and it will be hard for me to deviate from it! read more

Pleasantly surprised! This place is near by and I have never been in until recent. There is plenty of parking in front of this strip plaza. The attire is casual. They had a tv on playing the soccer game when we were there. The food comes out relatively fast. The flavors are present and spice is adequate. The team members working were efficient and have good suggestions. This appears to be a local go to. I didn't have dessert however I saw a milkshake someone ordered and it looked devine. The ceviche was fresh. You can order it spicy or mild, the octopus was cooked to perfection and the potatoes that came with it were delicious. The whole fish comes out, someone at our table was able to filet it well and serve it otherwise you are on your own of that not your thing. It was tasty and not fishy in taste. Our friends order tequila and asked that it were to be chilled which they gladly did. I will go back and try other options on the menu. I would dress more casual though. I dressed for a date night and it isn't necessary to do so here. The decor was easy on the eyes. I didn't use the restroom so I can't speak to that. I will post more when I go back. Enjoy! read more

The dining room is reasonably small but bright and clean. The food was spectacular and different from the usual places we go. We had a few appetizers, one with squid and avocado, yucca fries and freshly made empanadas. For dinner we had the salmon salad and the skirt steak.
