DO NOT HIRE. PLEASE READ: We moved cross country from Los Angeles to South Carolina. I am in the real estate industry and have worked with many moving companies. This is by far the worst. I only hired them as I needed a cross country moving company. The price started at one number and continued to go up from there as the process went on. At the last minute the driver insisted on another $1600 because his truck wouldn't fit in my neighborhood. That is after threatening that he'd just leave all of my stuff on the side of the road. This delay took an extra two days. When they finally arrived, the driver sat on my law on his phone while his "craigslist" hired workers did the move. I ended up helping them because some of the furniture was too heavy for them. After spending over $14,000 on a move to then be helping the movers was a slap in the face. We had missing and broken pieces. It was beyond unacceptable. Do yourself a big favor and go on to the next company. Moving is one of the most stressful times in your life. This company made that 10x worse. Go elsewhere! read more

TERRIBLE SCAMMERS. Read the bad reviews because that could be you. It was us, we paid double the amount quoted and this Ali K. you will see responding to reviews is a manipulative, gaslighting con. We are still battling to get our money back after 10 months, last time we spoke he actually tried to guilt me into feeling bad because he runs on such a small profit margin. Short version is they didn't have room for our stuff yet we were charged to move it ourselves, they REFUSED TO UNLOAD THE TRUCK until we paid the other half (which was double the initial quote) so what were we to do? When we called, Ali actually told us to call the cops, the only reason we didn't is we knew there's nothing they could do, but we should have if nothing else to force them to unload it. My irreplaceable family heirloom antique side table was broken and hidden, they asked to strap our mattress to the outside of the semi, and charged us for moving a safe they said they'd be able to move but didn't have the space or equipment to move (even though it was also in the quote). To top it off they had multiple dishonest employees contacts us trying to convince us to take our negative Google review down and offer us $100-300 back. They are a terrible, dishonest company. I had one mover who helped me move out who was somewhat unprofessional and as a single female I felt a bit uncomfortable with him, but the other four who helped me throughout my move were great. They went above and beyond to help me move when I turned out to have 100 more cubic feet of stuff than originally estimated, we're professional, hardworking and really kind. Moved out of state from CA to NV. None of our items were damaged or missing. They did deliver in a timely manner. BUT They dont verbally tell you the remaining balance of payment is due in cash (over 2k) We spent an hour discussing the amount of items that needed to be moved for them to show up and NOT have enough room for all of our stuff. If I listed each item that needed to be moved I did everything on my part to get a correct quote. We had to still rent a uhaul for all the items that didnt fit in their truck. Its their job to get that correct we are not the professionals. Also they are charging my credit card fraudulently for a "plan fee" for 2 months that was NOT authorized bye me. Watch your credit card charges and ask about the final cash payment. They are sleezy like all moving companies read more

Ali Kuliev, customer service rep Sharon, and their movers are all scammers. I just signed an agreement with them on Saturday. Then by Sunday, the very next day, they reel you in through the payment of a deposit. The scam and extortion works like this. Sharon the front line phone rep asks you what the inventory items are when in actuality, they charge by measurement of your total items and the space measurement after your property items are on their truck. ​This is how they extort because after you pay the deposit of over $1,000, all they have to do is get your items on their truck and in their custody. Once in their truck, they can demand more money based on their team's game of "measurement space on the truck" which differs from the initial agreement where Scammy scummy Sharon claimed she only needed your inventory items list. In our case, they took a deposit of over $1,000, agreed to $3,000 and change, then demanded $6,000 which was double the written agreement signed. These scammers know that the police will consider it to be a civil issue so, in our case, they tried to steal our property at the storage. The driver tried to steal money from the get go by trying to charge me a late fee after he threatened to arrive early. He complained the whole time and stressed me out fishing for more money. We had to call the police, pay an extra $800 plus to get them to put our items back in storage, experienced disrespectful laughing, harassment, and haggling by Ali who of all things tried to say we were racist for not being pulled into his scam. When we got the items locked and returned, we had to make a bank dispute. Extortion is unlawful and a crime. Theft is unlawful and a crime. Changing the contract agreement under duress changes the status of the agreement, and this nationwide company of scammers should be arrested for attempted theft. Do not pay this company or let them get custody of your things. Save yourself the headaches and move your things yourself or go to Uhaul. Report this company to the Attorney General and to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) & American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA). Its just not worth it. read more

Bravo Moving got the job done. Got our stuff from Portland to Sacramento done in less than 24 hours. The movers were very careful and safe with our belongings and worked really hard in the summer heat to complete our move. There were some instances of lack of communication but things were figured out quickly and things were resolved as well as having our questions answered. Joe was very upfront and helpful in finding a good price for our move and really worked with us to see our options as far as how much space to utilize on the moving truck. The worst moving experience I have ever had. This was a cross county move, CA to FL, and a very large move. I packed everything myself, but the movers took forever to load the truck, and there was a second location to go to. The worst part was the delivery. They expected me to have a large sum of cash on hand, which I refused, and that delayed the delivery of my stuff. Then when they finally arrived, the driver wanted to arrive when he wanted to arrive, which was not the day he told me, so his solution was to tell me to leave my house unlocked and they would just leave my stuff?! They finally arrived, but without anyone to unload...I waited hours for them to find some random kids who did an ok job.but to top it off, I was missing stuff out my shipment! Bravo movers had been assigned to my move through a broker. Which I didn't fully understand the process. I would have rather booked directly to save time, money and frustration. The brokers I feel under estimate your job to win your business. The movers worked hard and took care of everything. The managers worked with me to help reduce the extra cost, that the broker did not take in to account. These are hard working men who did a solid job. Overall, I am satisfied with Bravo Moving. This is my first time with a BIG move and I did half expect something to get damaged - which it did and I am actually okay with the bit of damage that occurred. But what really annoyed me was that they had a plastic bin container (it was theirs not ours) - that some oily, yucky substance spilled in it. One of the movers asked my husband if they could throw it in our trash and he said no. First of all our trash was already full and we didn't want a messy, hazardous waste left in our garbage bin. A few days later I went to take the garbage down to the curb, and guess what I found in our green waste bin....the oily, gross container. I am happy to report that Ali responsive to my "complaint" and resolved the issue satisfactorily. So, again, overall, I am satisfied with the work of Bravo Moving! read more
