I shopped around and this place was literally thousands of dollars cheaper than the 3 other quotes I got for the same design - including Home Depot. My main contact there was Marisa who seemed to be the saleswoman there as well as the office manager. She was pleasant and polite with every interaction I had with her. I don't think the other reviews mentioning rudeness are fair. It is true they have kind of random holidays but she was totally up front with me so that was fine. For example from the get go she told me they'd be closed two weeks for Christmas. Marissa is my only contractor during my entire remodeling process that was calling ME to keep me on schedule. Working with contractors is worse than herding cats so that kind of scheduling was much appreciated. Looking at the stone samples on site is helpful but I would highly recommend visiting the wholesaler to see an entire slab. I actually totally changed my mind after doing this and I'm glad I did. For Granite its CBS in Winchester and for Quartz I believe its MSI in Norwood (these are wholesalers, you can't buy from them as a homeowner). Edwin came out to do my measurements and was very pleasant. They take very thin strips of wood to create a template with a glue gun. He was fast and accurate. I never trust any review that's 100% negative or positive and since I've done the positives I'll do the negatives now. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is the day of the install that crew was a little rougher to work with. They weren't going to complete my backsplash until I called them on it. They also didn't have the dishwasher clips on hand but those are small details. English was not a strong suit here either but I communicated just fine withe the foreman. Also, customization here gets pricey very quickly. If you're ok with a pencil edge that's fin but a bullnose is going to cost almost any design a lot more- they do it by the linear foot. The slab I got made my cuts hard I think but they probably could have done a better job hiding my seam. Its a natural product though so I wasn't really upset. So long story short- would I recommend a friend there or do business with these guys again? Absolutely! I am in fact planning to use them for a kitchen vanity down the road. Customers who want a ton of hand hold and top notch service they're willing to pay for could go elsewhere. If you want a basic granite counter top at a very reasonable price go here.

IcCalled and went in out of the blue and Charlie walked around with me to pick out a piece in the yard. I asked how long and it was 2 days and short money. I didn't think a place would want to even bother for that amount. The place I was getting the shower pieces and countertops acted like they were doing me a favor to make and sell me their product and I got a song and dance. Finally delivered pieces I needed and were cut 1/4" narrower than the plan I gave them, gave me a rough cut (rectangular) windowsill and didn't come template it as a window sill. Needless to say, I'm not getting my countertops from them and I'm going to Sygma in about an hour to get excellent service.

People park along the road and narrow it to one lane. I was trapped in the one lane area when the truck came barreling up the road in front of me. Instead of pulling over in the wider part he was in he came right up in front of me. There was a car behind me. They finally got the point and backed up a bit so I could pull back and then the Sygma truck driver squeezed pst while yelling and gesticulating out the window. Keep in mind, I was on this road first and trapped in the narrowed area and he could have pulled over at the wider point he was in and just let me by. Instead he was dangerous, aggressive, and threatening. All while I had a truck load of children. Not how I imagine you want your business to make an impression. This was at 1:45 today, 7/23/2019.

This level of unprofessionalism is staggering. - ​Deceptive Materials: We were led to believe we were purchasing "eco-friendly" wood. In reality, the material is veneered particle board. This was never disclosed to us during the sale. - ​Toxic Odor: Despite their "eco-friendly" claims, the cabinets emit a heavy formaldehyde smell. It has been nearly a year, and the chemical off-gassing still hasn't dissipated, raising serious health concerns. ​Bottom Line: Don't be fooled by their "eco-friendly" branding. The electrician that the contractor supplied helped make the holes and in the process cut through water pipes in the wall. The mess that has been made is incredible. I have tried to clean some of the mess that the contractor is incapable of cleaning himself. The contractor treats each small job like an impossible task that only he can solve. The contractor has lied to me several times. If I was working and not watching every thing he is doing I would believe his lies. I appreciated his teams' skills and most importantly his ethics, honesty and integrity. I recruited Hosea and his team for a risky paint job due to the unusual designer type of paint we were going to use. Also, I had a very tight deadline at risk of not being able to move in. Every painters told me they needed at least 2 weeks or more to finish it, even with a 3-person teams. This even included a large national paint companies (those who specialized on commercial or corporate buildings). Hosea's team were able to finish it in just about a week or slightly more, allowing me to move in right in time. I used a designer paint complex to handle and prone to mistake from inexperienced painters with this particular paint. As expected, they made a mistake, but owned it without creating difficulties. The end result ended up very fan-tas-tic, above and beyond expectations. And the pricing (certainly not cheap) was rightly fair and quite reasonable I think. I am so glad I selected Hosea for this impossible mission job. It was a total success. Attached are photos before/after the job.
