I have never left a nice store like this and thought " Wow, I will never get that 1.5 hours of my life back." We literally had to just get up and leave the store with no prices, no direction, nothing. Why a supervisor did not come over and check out what was taking so long is beyond me. Other couples cruised through and purchased whole bathrooms with other staff members. The salesman's colleague sat next to us in her desk and I could tell that even for her, it was torture watching this guy work. Again, where was the supervisor to assist? We still have nothing from that salesman who was suppose to email us the information. We stayed calm, did not get visibly frustrated, we just let him work... but it was bad. We ended up going to Moniques, had a great experience and bought our bathroom through them.

Bob helped us select a double sink vanity, linen cabinet, single sink vanity as well as cabinetry for a wet bar and a matching kitchen cabinet. Bob helped us address a particularly tricky area next to our refrigerator and under a support beam where we wanted to incorporate new cabinets including a trash cabinet to match the rest of the kitchen. He also helped us with ordering coordinating trim and moldings. At one of meetings, he realized he had overcharged us $80 in the calculations and told us and lowered the price! It was so refreshing to work with someone so honest. Bob delivered all the cabinets in a timely fashion so the carpenter onsite could install them. I wouldn't hesitate to work with or order from him again.

Not attached to the Burlington Mall, but has a very large parking lot. Was looking for a gift for a kid. They have a small section upstairs but a lot of custom stuff. A few options I could have gone with but it was too pricey. I had seen something online hoping maybe the store had it but they did not. A lot of sales people upstairs felt like I couldn't really enjoy a browsing experience especially since I wasn't trying to invest in anything big. The prices are very high here and their clearance section isn't the greatest. Unfortunately couldn't find anything I wanted to purchase and wouldn't return. $45 for kids bathrobe. $30 for small dinosaur stuffy.

I would avoid this location at all costs, especially if you have a return. Got great service from Doyon's today. My Dacor oven wouldn't light. He called Dacor to be sure he could fine the reset switch he was looking for rather than taking apart the whole stove to get at it. Turned out to be easily accessible. Hit the reset button, and the oven worked. He also put the door back on correctly. This should result in the oven working better. Only four stars because on a previous service call, with different technician, the door was improperly installed, and we've been using it this way for two years. Der!

I was told they'd call me back. at about 1 I checked my email and there was a message that the truck got a flat and could they reschedule. I wrote back sure any time after 4:30 that day would be great. Another email said sure we can deliver after 4:30. At 4:50 (since they close at 5) I called and had to threaten to cancel the credit card payment. Vanity Showed up at 5:15. Later that night I emailed them back that the vanity was installed and when can they come to template the top. It's two days later and two emails later (another one this morning) and a phone call and they'll get back to me. Bill Shea's just gave me a quote for the same price for the same counter top, they'll come next week to template and should have the countertop ready for install in 10 days from that. I think I'm going to dispute the credit card charges if I don't hear back by the end of today and go with Bill Shea's. AVOID VANITY WORLD unless you want a never ending project. 2nd Update: Went to VW to ask for refund for the countertop part of my bill. They refused and told me to "Get the F*&k out". Contesting with credit card company. Looks like this will end up in small claims.

Their customer service is lacking in trying to get a response. I am installing a new bathroom and the holdup is the processing of the order. Contractors are ready but the order isn't. So disappointing. Unfortunately the customer is not important to them. Please drive right past the store unless you want poor service , unreturned phone calls , order not processed , delays without explanation. Worse customer service.
