Over the years, we have done projects of all ranges with Carole Kitchen and Bath and we return to…read morethem typically because they can serve customers on any scale from a single vanity to whole house; kitchen, built ins, bathrooms, pantry, wine rooms, etc. We have always found great value with the design team and have worked with many of them and homeowners always remark how pleasant it has been with Carole, and with a professional result. However, this past order was something telling. One of the trucks was in for repairs and a driver was also out, so they were down in two ways. Knowing we were in a bind for a deadline, Patrick (the owner..) showed up driving one of the other trucks and helped unload and deliver the cabinets. Where do you see that 'roll up your sleeves' type of leading from the front anymore!! Few and far between.. but you will have it at Carole.

I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Our experience has been a…read morenightmare of deceptive marketing and a total lack of accountability. The Major Issues: - Inconsistent Corrections: While the company initially corrected a few errors, they have flat-out refused to fix the remaining sizing mistakes, leaving us with a kitchen that simply doesn't fit together as promised. - Reneging on Refunds: At one point, they offered a 50% refund, a clear admission that they were at fault, only to withdraw the offer later. This level of unprofessionalism is staggering. - Deceptive Materials: We were led to believe we were purchasing "eco-friendly" wood. In reality, the material is veneered particle board. This was never disclosed to us during the sale. - Toxic Odor: Despite their "eco-friendly" claims, the cabinets emit a heavy formaldehyde smell. It has been nearly a year, and the chemical off-gassing still hasn't dissipated, raising serious health concerns. Bottom Line: Don't be fooled by their "eco-friendly" branding. You'll likely end up with off-gassing materials and a company that plays games with your money. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable provider who stands by their word.

I live in a historical neighborhood on top of it all, so I needed help navigating a historical application review and qualifications for making historically appropriate updates to my home, and permitting. I sourced 8 companies for this project and while 5 of them were competitive on pricing, I chose Rite Window specifically because of Jay. The product options were explained to me, including custom option opportunities, in detail that I could understand. I felt Jay help educate me just enough to help me feel informed enough to make decisions on a financially expensive project. Every question I had was happily received and quickly addressed. Jay was even willing to go the extra mile and send me a sample product, as well as help me present to the historical society, so they would approve my project, when the odds were not in my favor. I sourced Rite Window because they had good reviews, like some of the other Boston area competitors. I narrowed my search based on their pricing and product quality, but I chosen them because of Jay's attention to detail, consistent communication and professionalism. Jay is truly proud of the organization he works with, and I hope they know just how valuable he is. Thank you Jay, and thank you Rite Window. I will be sending neighbor referrals your way, and you have my business for life.

WARNING: I believe Rite Window in Woburn, MA operates a calculated bait-and-switch scam. Prior to…read moreJanuary 7, 2026, they called me relentlessly to schedule a consultation. Salesperson Trevor DiTullio came to my home with a polished presentation about being a family business with outstanding reviews, specifically mentioning that Mass Save refers clients to them to establish credibility. During the consultation, I asked Trevor a direct question about basement windows below grade level that require excavation. I explicitly asked if Rite Window handles this work. This was the determining factor in whether I would sign a contract. Trevor looked me in the eye and stated: "we'll dig out the dirt and add in window wells." Based solely on that promise, I signed the contract and authorized a hard credit inquiry on January 7th. The contract had a 3-day rescission period ending January 10th. Immediately after it expired, Rite Window called to schedule measurements for January 13th. The timing is not coincidental. Today, the measurement technicians arrived and flatly stated Rite Window does not remove dirt or perform excavation work. The technicians were shaking their heads, clearly aware the salesperson had lied. After admitting they could not do the work that was the entire basis for my contract, they insisted on measuring other basement windows because they didn't want to waste their time. I had to explicitly refuse. The whole point was the two below-grade windows. I immediately made multiple attempts to reach management. The company that called relentlessly before my signature has become completely unreachable. Trevor eventually called back and admitted he told me they would dig out the dirt. He stated he would cancel the order. When I demanded to speak with a manager, he said he would "see what he could do" about having someone call back. Hours later, no call. They also refuse to provide email addresses for management, deliberately preventing written documentation. The pattern is calculated: Use Mass Save's name for credibility. Call relentlessly to get the consultation. Tell customers whatever they need to hear to sign. Wait for the rescission period to expire. Schedule the next appointment and reveal the lies. Make management unreachable. This is, in my opinion, organized fraud designed to trap customers after the legal cancellation window closes. I authorized a credit inquiry based on promises Trevor admitted he made. The technicians confirmed the services do not exist. I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Massachusetts Attorney General, and disputing the fraudulent credit inquiry. The Mass Save claim is a sales tactic. The family business story is a script. The promises are lies. The timing is intentional. Do not give this company your business, signature, or trust. Find an honest contractor.

Working with Katie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the very first consultation, she took the time to understand my style, needs, and how I use my kitchen on a daily basis. Her design ideas were both creative and functional, transforming my space into something my husband and I could have only dreamed of, like his coffee bar! I'm not terribly creative, so Katie really helped me fill some of the gaps for decor. Communication throughout the entire process was clear, professional, and timely. Every detail--from cabinetry and lighting to layout and materials--was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. She struck the right balance between aesthetics and practicality, and I now have a kitchen that is not only stunning but incredibly efficient to cook and live in. The contractor team of Dave and Buzzy were also amazing, with constant communication and attention to detail, even while we were away for the better part of the remodel. We have received so many compliments from friends and family, and I can honestly say the kitchen has become the heart of our home. I would highly recommend Katie and Right Angle Kitchens to anyone looking to reimagine their kitchen--you're in great hands!

We just purchased our first home and we were in over our heads making choices left and right (new floors, new lighting, new appliances etc.) We had very little idea if we were doing the right things, and if we were doing them right. But Nate (who is the mgr at the Woburn store but was at the Braintree store), made it SO EASY. Using the measurements we had (which were far from exact) and some photos he whipped up a quick visualization of what our kitchen could look like. This included knocking out a pantry, adding new drawers and new cabinets. Then he used the visual to help us pick out cabinets, handles and other details. With the first design, we didn't have enough countertop space to work with their fabricator (they needed at least 25 sq ft.) but Nate walked us through how we could find stone remnants and contractors to get that work done. Ultimately, with his help, we decided on a second design that made better use of the space and qualified us for their stone contractor. He was courteous, patient and LIGHTNING FAST with bringing our vision to life. As new homeowners, we cannot recommend his service enough!
