When I say tiny, I mean like something close to a perfume that is not too big in size. I was there like 4 days ago and was browsing all the aisles.I noticed how well, neat, organized the store is now; then it was before. A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall. There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). Very content and impressed with everything & everyone! Keep up the good work! Will be back again soon.. if & when I am in the area, and/if I need anything else for me, for a gift, or something else.. Hope this store will NOT go out of business!!

I have discovered new brands here (like Rothys) and they have a great selection of sneakers. They have an especially amazing selection if you wear size 10 and above. I was across the street and needed to get some prune juice for my daughter so I stopped by this Target. I found parking just fine since it's in a decent size plaza. The moment you walk inside, you'll see the Starbucks on the right hand side next to the exit and the cashier station is also on the right, in front of Starbucks. This location still does not have any self checkout station but they have more cashier station open than other Target stores. I prefer and like the self checkout station because it make things convenient for me. The produce area is down toward the right side of the store. I used the Target mobile app to find the aisle the prune juice would be at but it wasn't very helpful. I found it on the back wall. They should really update the app. I found what I needed and paid at the cashier check out. The guy was nice with me and I didn't have any issues.

Everyone was buying the two that they had for sale. When it was my turn to buy two of them the guy at the register said it was only one per customer. The lady in front of me had bought two and the guy before her bought two was well. They tried to say the lady was with her daughter who was like 9 years old and they counted her as a paying guest. So if I came here with my 4 kids would they have sold me 5 of the squeezy???!!! I don't think so. If policy states only one per guest then the lady should have been sold only one!!! But of course since I'm a minority I wasn't given that special treatment. Target you need to treat every guest the same. This isn't the first time I've been mistreated or ignored at Target!!!

Upon entering I was surprised you have to go up an escalator to even enter the store, And it's a little weird layout because when you pay it's all the way in the back of the store forcing you to walk all the way back to the front to go back down the escalators to leave. I guess I'm behind in the times because I thought Burlington is supposed to be Burlington coat factory. In the old days when I went to a Burlington it was full of coats galore. I learned today that's not the case anymore, at least not at this location. It seems to be a mix of Ross and Home Goods but with slimmer pickings. If you are looking for Blazers, they have ALLOT of blazers in every colorful color you can think of. Although I didn't find a jacket, in fact the pickings are slim to none on jackets, I did actually find 2 name brand and good quality sweaters for only 10 each. On my way out, I was going down the escalators when a male started coming behind me quickly and stopped behind me. He was too close and I said whoa, he said excuse me and I was really uncomfortable. There's a security gaurd at the bottom by the door but there is a huge white pole obstructing the view from the doors and security while you're on the escalator. The guy was acting shady so close to me and I was prepared to scream for help. I went fast down the escalator to get off and then he hung back but asked me if he can ask me a question and I said no I don't answer questions and I quickly went through the security. The shady guy did not follow me out and stayed inside and he looked like he went back up the escalator. I don't know if I misread the situation or not, and I rushed out so quick but in hindsight maybe I should have alerted security but I wanted to get away as fast as possible. Anyways, if you are going to visit this location be careful and aware of your surroundings. I think the security should stand in a better position that he can see both the door and the escalators.

Small place overall, but they got some good stuff, I won't lie, but the downfall really comes at the register. One of the biggest lines formed when I was there to pay, and only one register opened. It took almost 40 minutes to get through. The worst part is that there were 3 additional team members just standing there at the registers chatting about random stuff and their schedules. Yet none of them could open another register? Eventually one of them did open one but took them forever to do so. This is now the way to do business, but it is obvious they don't really give a &^* here. So if you're in a hurry, I would not come here.

Ross is located between Burlington and Target and the parking lot always has spots even though it always seems full. Reading previous reviews I didn't know what to expect, but upon entering I was actually impressed by the store. Compared to Burlington next door, almost everything is pretty clean and organized, only when you get to the checkout area that looks really messy and unorganized. There's so. many. aisles. of shoes. So if you need shoes this is an option lol. There are lots of clothes however I didn't find anything I was looking for. I then browsed through other aisles and was excited to see the art aisle, if you need colored pencils or pens this is a great option, they have so many options. Not like I need another notebook but I found a really cute glittery notebook in this aisle. This is where I noticed the aisles are pretty tight, when you are browsing and someone else is in the aisle you have to turn sideways to let eachother pass. When I got to the kitchen aisle I found so many cute kitchen items that I really had to hold myself back from filling my arms with things for my kitchen! There is also a nice dog toy section, some toys are typically priced, but I did score and found a toy that I know my dog will have trouble destroying and it was half price. Once in line to pay, the line is pretty long but there were 4 employees checking people out and the line was moving quickly. You're surrounded by cookies and chocolates as you go through the aisle. When I entered the line it was 0940, and when I checked out it was approximately 0950 so only 10 min and that's with maybe 7 people in front of me before I got in line.

I've never expected anything more or less than crappy customer service from this place out of all…read morethe Ross's Ive been to, but congrats to this store now which to me has earned the top reward for being at the bottom of the barrel bucket for customer service at its shittiest. I'm not one to put names out there even when I'm having the worst experience with anyone I'll just give my two cents but I just recently had an unforgettable experience in which I'll never forget so I have to mention his name, not because he was remarkable in any way, but because IF Ross had "Sh*ttiest Employee of the Month Award" it would definitely go to no other than "Mario". I witnessed a lot of disrespectful acts from their employees throughout the years in which were targeted at mostly customers. A majority of the time the customers they would be plain rude to are customer who appear timid and can't defend themselves. Yes it's despicable but you gotta thank Ross seems like they just hire worse and sh*ttier people over the years. Who knows, under paying? Lowering their wages ? Something's gotta give for them to act in such disgrace. No other retailer, I mean I been to Marshall's TJ MAX, and even when customer service is at their worse, they've never been as bad as this particular ROSS, at least even Walmart holds some kind of standards to a minimal level of degree: sure their employees are not as socially welcoming or even talkative but at least they're not so miserable with their lives that they go insulting and degrading customers, especially to the ones that don't speak English. Ok Back to the special name I have, MARIO. I walked up to the register with about ten pieces of garments. With both hands on the counter, and a look on his face wishing he could be anywhere but there; Mario says to me "can you take the hangers off the clothes." Was he not going to allow me to purchase it if I didn't take the hangers off? Was he at least going to help me take off the hangers? Is he scared of germs? Was he a germ-a-phob? And what's worse--not even a "please." What was the deal here????? I was dumbfounded and confused, and reluctantly did what he said wondering to myself what the f*** is happening right now, and I see now that mario having so much spare time at work, turns to his associate on the register next to his and starts chit chatting, like--- straight. ..up in.my. face. he was deliberately attempting to kill time while he waits for me to remove the hangers from the garments piece by piece. His fellow associate smiles nicely to him and pretends as if what he said was so funny that she starts to giggle . Mario having now a more inflated ego, starts to talk to her about a customer in line who happened to be some Armenian looking dude who wasn't paying attention. So Mario starts to make a sly remark about this person, basically insulting them without them even knowing. The girl starts to giggle harder, and probably not because she thinks he's funny but because she doesn't have the courage to tell Mario to S**** the F**** up and just do his job: If Mario really had real authority as he presented himself to be that day, he should have walked straight up to that Armenian customer and made the same comment straight to his face, IN Armenian. . If he'd rather have done that instead of talking about customer's like he was some highly privileged school girl hiding behind a register, not only would he have fully earned my respect but it would have definitely made up for the $h*t service I received that day. Luckily for Mr Mario my slow unintelligent brain didn't realize what the heck was going on until after I left the store. Because it was still in shock, obviously. For the life of me I still cannot figure out why a clothing department store would hire a person who refuses to handle the hangers. I may have been confused and attempting to justify this employee's actions, until I saw how much disregard he had for the customers there. Well Mario I hate to break it to you but enjoy that power trip of yours, that's as much power as you'd ever get in life if you don't change that nasty attitude of yours. And as for me, I will never step foot in that Sh*t store again, in fact if I could, I would turn into a 500 ft giant just so I could take a big fat $hit on their building. Corporate Ross you're no better than your Sh*t people you breed to work for you. You hire the worst people to service and sell your merchandise and apparently not paying them well enough to treat us customers with the slightest dignity. The employees walk around like they have magnetic sensors up their A&$es. Either get rid of them and hire those worthy of keeping long term or up their pay. Oh-- don't even bother black listing , I will never set foot in your Sh*t stores again.

What I didn't like was the long line at the checkout, although there were already four cashiers working, which helped move things faster. There was also a big line for the fitting rooms.
