I looked around to see what I could get for her soon to be born baby girl. I was trying to get the attention of someone on the floor, but apparently they were all busy. I had to go and find someone to help me. He said someone will be there shortly. No one came by to help me, I waited for like 10 minutes and walked away. I also wanted to buy a bike for myself. Always wanted to have a bicycle, looked at the prices and they had a great selection of bikes, however, they were expensive. I walked to the register, and out of probably 18 registers, only 5 were open. The line moved quickly though. I ended up buying a gift card and left. They have clothes, electronics, home goods, dishes, glasses, utensils, Starbucks inside, huge section for food/beverages, decor, furniture..(both for home and patio), baby toys, clothes, shoes, detergent, games, sporting goods, accessories, books, magazines, bags/purses, bedding, towels, CD/DVD section and a whole lot more.. If it wasn't for the baby registry, I wouldn't have gone to Target. Have shopped there before, and bought few clothes. Fabric is CHEAP, prices according to the stuff that they sell, is pretty reasonable and affordable. This is a very BIG store. Store was nicely organized and clean.. Everyone was buying the two that they had for sale. When it was my turn to buy two of them the guy at the register said it was only one per customer. The lady in front of me had bought two and the guy before her bought two was well. They tried to say the lady was with her daughter who was like 9 years old and they counted her as a paying guest. So if I came here with my 4 kids would they have sold me 5 of the squeezy???!!! I don't think so. If policy states only one per guest then the lady should have been sold only one!!! But of course since I'm a minority I wasn't given that special treatment. Target you need to treat every guest the same. This isn't the first time I've been mistreated or ignored at Target!!!

Upon entering I was surprised you have to go up an escalator to even enter the store, And it's a little weird layout because when you pay it's all the way in the back of the store forcing you to walk all the way back to the front to go back down the escalators to leave. I learned today that's not the case anymore, at least not at this location. It seems to be a mix of Ross and Home Goods but with slimmer pickings. If you are looking for Blazers, they have ALLOT of blazers in every colorful color you can think of. Although I didn't find a jacket, in fact the pickings are slim to none on jackets, I did actually find 2 name brand and good quality sweaters for only 10 each. On my way out, I was going down the escalators when a male started coming behind me quickly and stopped behind me. He was too close and I said whoa, he said excuse me and I was really uncomfortable. There's a security gaurd at the bottom by the door but there is a huge white pole obstructing the view from the doors and security while you're on the escalator. The guy was acting shady so close to me and I was prepared to scream for help. I went fast down the escalator to get off and then he hung back but asked me if he can ask me a question and I said no I don't answer questions and I quickly went through the security. The shady guy did not follow me out and stayed inside and he looked like he went back up the escalator. I don't know if I misread the situation or not, and I rushed out so quick but in hindsight maybe I should have alerted security but I wanted to get away as fast as possible. Anyways, if you are going to visit this location be careful and aware of your surroundings. I think the security should stand in a better position that he can see both the door and the escalators.

Ross is located between Burlington and Target and the parking lot always has spots even though it always seems full. Reading previous reviews I didn't know what to expect, but upon entering I was actually impressed by the store. Compared to Burlington next door, almost everything is pretty clean and organized, only when you get to the checkout area that looks really messy and unorganized. There's so. many. aisles. of shoes. So if you need shoes this is an option lol. There are lots of clothes however I didn't find anything I was looking for. I then browsed through other aisles and was excited to see the art aisle, if you need colored pencils or pens this is a great option, they have so many options. Not like I need another notebook but I found a really cute glittery notebook in this aisle. This is where I noticed the aisles are pretty tight, when you are browsing and someone else is in the aisle you have to turn sideways to let eachother pass. When I got to the kitchen aisle I found so many cute kitchen items that I really had to hold myself back from filling my arms with things for my kitchen! There is also a nice dog toy section, some toys are typically priced, but I did score and found a toy that I know my dog will have trouble destroying and it was half price. Once in line to pay, the line is pretty long but there were 4 employees checking people out and the line was moving quickly. You're surrounded by cookies and chocolates as you go through the aisle. When I entered the line it was 0940, and when I checked out it was approximately 0950 so only 10 min and that's with maybe 7 people in front of me before I got in line.

The team member was really nice and friendly showed her my four digit code and I was on my way out shortly after. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for the employees who have to work full shifts in these conditions. This is not only uncomfortable for customers but also unfair to the staff. We stayed for only about 5 minutes and had to leave, even though we came specifically to buy a bag and a dress. Got an LED Candle set, 4 blouses, 2 frames 4x6 each one was $1.00, 2 sprays Yankee brand, pink sand scent, summer open toe slippers & a small travel pack pillow cases which came in 2. Decreasing the ability for staff to service in store guests can not be the answer. Today I was in store and noticed that an item I have been stalking had been marked down. I used the scanner to confirm and it rang up a different price. I walked the entire women's section 2 times. I walked through the 'dressing rooms' that are always closed and used as a storage area twice. There were no sales associates on the floor. I asked a custodial associate about calling someone for help and he kindly let me know that they are not supposed to do that. I walked through the shoes and accessories department and there was not one associate in sight. I tried to look for a mirror to see if I could just make a buying decision without trying the items on. I had to go to the home - mirrors section just to look at the items I was interested in buying. I finally went to the front of the store and saw two people standing watching the registers. I asked one of the individuals for help in ladies, and received a , 'For what?'. I blinked a few times. I think I understood what she was asking, but that was definitely not how you professionally ask that question. After all that the wrong signage was posted. The associate helped me, but I'm not sure if they were happy about it. I ended up having to buy 2 different sizes because I had no way to really determine which size would fit. Now I have to return one of the items. Positive - The Free Assembly / Scoop buyers/designers have leveled up the options in a major way, but who wants to play a guessing game with sizing with a higher price point item. I arrived around 9 PM, only to be told by staff that they were already closed for returns. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful when I tried to explain that the posted hours said otherwise. The team leader, David, was especially rude and aggressive. I have a special-needs son, so I can only leave the house during certain hours. I made the trip all the way out there specifically to handle this return, and it ended up being a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I originally purchased the stroller, the price I was charged was completely different from the price I expected--it appeared that I was overcharged. David, next time, please be more respectful. You never know what someone is dealing with or what they have going on at home. There was absolutely no reason to speak to me in such an aggressive and rude manner. You also told me you were a manager, but I later learned you were a team leader. That was extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this experience seriously and provides better customer-service training. I will not be returning to this Walmart. Stay clear.
