Brassica truly is a delicious as people make it out to be. The service at this location is always top tier. I'm always greeted warmly immediately upon entering and they really make you feel like you're taken care of from the start of your visit until you leave. The place is always clean and the decor is very modern feeling but cozy. I usually get the chicken grains and greens bowl with all the fixing. The roasted veggies and pickled cucumbers and radishes really elevate the fast casual meal and the chicken is super well seasoned. I rarely get the fries because the bowl is big enough, but I will never deny myself a chocolate chip tahini cookie. Probably one of the best restaurant chocolate chip cookies out there.

We were recommend this spot by a bunch of contractors in the area. We have pretty high Mediterranean food standards and I will say this place met it! It was a fast food like restaurant. The menu is right as you walk in on the left. We got a chicken bowl with falafel side and a cookie. We got our falafel so hot it wasn't able to hold together for a bit! It was an amazing. The pita was also nice and fluffy and we enjoyed the plate with chicken. We would definitely come back for a quick meal!

I've been loving this place that I find myself craving it every now and then. I usually get the bowls, sometimes add a pita on the side. All the proteins are flavorful and tender but my favorite would have to be the brisket. I've also heard of the falafel being some of the best that my friends have had. Tried the cauliflower soup--creamy and filling for colder days. Definitely appreciate how they have a well portioned and balanced kids meal too with a protein, rice/lentils, hummus, and pita. Plenty of seating inside or you can take the food to-go to eat at other tables in Van Aken. The line can be pretty long so I've been finding myself ordering online to-go, for which there can still be a 5-10 min wait after you show up. I'd recommend that you check all your items are there since my fries have been forgotten in the past. The parking is free and there are parking spots just for online pick up or you can park in the free Van Aken parking garage. For curbside pick up, there are a few parallel parking spots right by the door.

Soooo good! Mediterranean bowls & pitas, like Cava, except they also have fries dusted with the perfect seasoning. In fact, everything was seasoned well! The brisket and eggplant are a lil spicy which I didn't expect, but it was a pleasant surprise... The creaminess of the hummus and the tangy pickled veggies tamed the heat. The lentils & rice are very flavorful and the greens appear to be very lightly dressed with citrus which makes them sooo tasty! Service was friendly, efficient, and prompt. I will definitely revisit this healthy and delicious fast casual restaurant while here in Ohio.

Excellent casual spot in Cleveland! Great value; got two full meals out of my bowl. Love that I'm able to choose a ton of different fun, interesting options to add. My personal favorite addition was the eggplant. Great sauces and the pita was excellent too.

5/5 one of the best fast casual Mediterranean style meals I've ever had. This tops Naya and cava that we have in NYC. Each ingredient is seasoned and cooked individually, providing the most flavor and tasty profile. Their chicken is extremely flavorful and definitely my top pick. I came here twice in the span of 1 week's time in Cleveland and will definitely return.

This place redefines flavor! The salad bowl is my go to choice being able to choose from add the toppings is an endless adventure of mixing spices and textures. The falafel is AMAZING! Not to mention the cookies, fries, and house sauce are all fantastic.

Always a good stop to have. Got a bowl with brisket and chicken cutes and special & hot sauce. Line was short got right in and out. A cool lunch spot warm and inviting.

Completely fell in love with this place. I always passed it while driving but today I decided to go in. I had the pita sandwich and I was in awe. Fresh ingredients, and plenty of food choices. It doesn't seem as if they give you a lot,but once they finish putting all your ingredients together you may have left overs. I highly recommend this place and I'll be back

Falafel

Excellent service! Staff is friendly and kind. They give extra toppings and even gave us fresh pita and falafel when we didn't want the older ones. They explained the menu so well! Plentiful seating in a great shopping mall area. The food was fantastic. No complaints at all. Definitely a hidden gem in Cleveland and wish it were a chain restaurant. You're missing out if you don't eat here!

My former Moroccan colleague recommended this restaurant to me years ago, and I frequently enjoy eating here. MoMo's is a heartwarming immersion into Moroccan culture and cuisine. It always fills my belly and my soul. AMBIANCE: Open space dining room with a Moroccan flair - tagines, Moroccan arches, ornate plates, and camels. Your party can take a sit at one of the tables or nooks. Nooks have blankets and pillows for ultimate relaxation. Lighting is pleasantly dim with a few Moroccan lanterns overhead. The restaurant is usually pleasantly quiet. FOOD: The menu is very simple yet features the most delicious Moroccan dishes. The restaurant caters well to vegetarians and vegans, my friend used to join me for dinners (she's vegan). I prefer to order tagine (Moroccan stew) with lamb ($23) and Moroccan tea ($5 for a teapot, refillable). The two most perfectly combine. Moroccan stew is served in tagine. The meal includes a tasty salad and bread. Stew includes generous pieces of lamb, potatoes, and carrots. The stew is always so hearty. Moroccan tea is so delicious. It's a combination of green tea, mint tea, and sugar. Momo pours it in the most interesting and theatrical way. A must drink and see. The tea is served in a traditional tea pot. You'll sip it from an ornate glass. It's always perfectly steeped. The restaurant is alcohol free. SERVICE: Chef Mohammed (Momo) takes the time to socialize with guests and is incredibly welcoming. Momo shared that his dream is to retire in Morocco and live mountainside among the olive trees. So, you'll really feel the love for Morocco and learn about the culture. The service is just incredible! I highly recommend MoMo's for solo diners, couples, and groups. It provides a unique dining experience unlike any others in the city. Stop in for a hearty tagine and warm atmosphere!

It wasn't overly rich or heavy like some chocolate desserts can be, which made it perfect after dinner. I also enjoyed Jasmine's favorite topped with Lebanese Salata. It very filling and fresh. The service was also great. Our waitress was really kind, and the manager even came over to check on us, which I always appreciate. The restaurant itself had a nice, clean atmosphere and felt comfortable to sit and chat for a while. We split a regular hummus as an appetizer, and it was honestly the perfect size for three people to share before our meals. The only small downside was that the food came out a little slowly, so it might not be the best place if you're in a rush. Otherwise, it was a really enjoyable experience.

Recently renovated location!…read more Aladdin's Eatery is a located in a historic and charming Cedar Fairmount neighborhood (with many buildings constructed in the 1920's)! This Aladdin's was recently renovated, contains updated lighting fixtures, decor (like mosaics on the wall), and furniture. It looks much more trendy. Food order options: You can order Aladdin's to go/pick-up, order via food order apps, or dine in. If you're pickup up and ordering online, it will save you a few bucks placing an order on Aladdin's website and not other apps (like Uber Eats or DoorDash). Food: This location has a traditional Aladdin's menu. The food has recently improved. Most of the dishes used to be very dry (such as Mediterranean Lamb Plate). Lately, the main dishes improved tremendously and became more flavorful. My latest order comprised of Taza Chicken Salad ($14.75) and Sally's Favorite Bowl ($9.95). Both dishes had generous servings, were flavorful, and not dry. These dishes were very good value! I also ordered dessert - Tiramisu. I used to love desserts from Aladdin's. The latest dessert was a miss. I think that this location stopped working with their previous baking partner. Nonetheless, there are various options for cheesecakes, baklava, and other tasty treats. Service is always pleasant and quick whether you're dining in or ordering to go meal. Parking is available at the back of the store - small lot. There are also street parking options. Review signs on the street to ensure you don't get a parking violation. I recommend this location for a casual eatery option. Also, if you enjoy a stroll and dinner, this is a perfect destination. You can check other restaurants in the area for cocktails or beers. Check Cedar Fairmount website or Facebook to get ideas about other restaurants in the area.

While reclining at the pool at Lifetime, I conveniently placed a to-go order online for pickup at Piada. I went for a little swim while the order was being prepped. I was at Piada about 15 minutes later, and my order was ready to go! Top tier convenience! It's been awhile since I've visited Beachwood Piada. I was again reminded and impressed with the spaciousness of the store. There was the main dining room and glass-separated addition. I could absolutely see myself working from home at this location in the glass area. There's also a nearby Aloft Hotel here (walking distance). I could imagine any guest from the hotel working at this location too! It was nice to have a more secluded dining space. The glass separator somehow made this Piada location look a lot more classy. Most importantly, let's talk about the food. I was craving something light on a hot summer evening but not really a boring salad. And so, I ordered Power Bowl (available through online order only). The bowl contained harissa grain blend, hummus, roasted sweet potatoes, sweet corn, tomato, roasted broccoli, cucumber salad, pickled red onion, and yogurt harissa. I added grilled steak to my Power Bowl for an additional $3.59. I wanted a little more street corn salad, so I ordered it on the side for $2.99. My bowl was very healthy but hearty. I was feeling pretty full even before eating my side of street corn salad. While the bowl had very proportionate ingredients, I noticed that it had a bit less of everything than other locations. For instance, Piada University Heights fills all bowls to the brim so much that ingredients are squished. I can't complain about the size of the bowl, my meal was very filling. If you are looking for other good options at Piada, I wouldn't know what to recommend. Everything is really fresh and tasty. I can't say anything notable about service at this location. I was in and out in minutes. I just simply asked for my order and was out of the door. I would recommend visiting this Piada if you're in the area. The food is prepared quickly and satisfies your Piada cravings. For Aloft Hotel guests, this seems to be one of the only semi-healthy options in the area. Consider it for your next lunch or dinner! Ingredients were slightly squished. I can't complain about the size of the bowl, my meal was very filling. If you are looking for other good options at Piada, I wouldn't know what to recommend. (It could have been earlier but my 5 star review of this place 16 years ago is an objective starting point). Although I have spent much of the past 23 years living in various places outside of both Cleveland and Ohio, I'm a born and raised East Side Clevelander. And whenever I resettle in the area, I always find myself gravitating back to Algebra Tea House for the good vibes. In the past several months that I have been visiting, I'm happy to see the place really feels like a cultural community hub and an outright neighborhood institution. Over the years, many unique small businesses that have shuttered operations in Coventry (China Treasure House, Big Fun, Record Revolution, La Cave du Vin), Cedar-Fairmount (Nighttown). I'm so happy to see that Algebra Tea House is thriving and continuing to create a unique and inviting environment for the neighborhood. I love the unpretentious and lo-fi atmosphere and operation. I love the DIY craftsmanship that permeates in every aspect of the business. The food and beverage options are also quite good. Although I haven't been around for many years, I think maybe there are more offerings on the menu these days. I especially love the vegetable stews on their chalkboard menu and the foul madamas (fava beans). Service is lo-fi and very casual. Just place your order at the counter.
