The platter comes with the Shawarma role, a delicious garlic sauce, a yummy spicy sauce, pickles, and French fries. While they are both very delicious, both of us preferred the chicken Shawarma. Of note, the beef Shawarma roll typically include tahini, but you can ask for it to be removed if you have allergy concerns. I stopped in and got it to go, and they were very fast, with it, taking less than 10 minutes from placing the order to having it completed.
