My husband and I were really looking forward to dining there and creating another special memory in a different country. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to what I had hoped. The food wasn't quite to my liking--I had the foie gras, Chamorro, and a small salmon tasting, and none of the dishes really stood out. The chamorro, in particular, was underwhelming. The location and ambiance didn't quite resonate with me either. It wasn't a terrible experience by any means, but it also wasn't as memorable as I had hoped.

Reservation is relatively easy to make compared to other good fine dining restaurants in the city. Without hesitation, I choose the 5 course tasting menu (~770 peso). Complimentary fried chips with Mexican dipping sauce (savory sauce made with non-spicy chili): crispy chips and savory aromatic sauce. Then comes the first dish: crudo of the day, avocado with umeboshi, yuzukosho and garlic oil. I ordered the enchiladas and they were good, but nothing special. I felt they were a little plain, I finished them in about 5 minutes as it's just tortillas with chicken. They should come with a side of rice and beans or at least topped with lettuce and sour cream. I'm glad I tried this place because now i know what neighborhood I want to stay in on my next MX trip!
