Delicious chilaquiles I got them divorciados the first time and they did not disappoint. Great flavor, well cooked, perfect portions. Cute location, in a great neighborhood. Going during an off time, we had quick service. But the next day when I went back, it was busy for breakfast and service was slower. Didn't matter I went back and it was worth it. Had The chilaquiles toast is amazing, Paired it with coffee and a concha. Muy rico! I wish I lived in Polanco, I'd be a regular.

I checked this place out for brunch with some friends on a Thursday morning. Even though we went around 11 on a week day, it was still a bit busy. We were greeted and seated pretty immediately, but there were several parties that had to wait to be seated. Our server was very friendly and was able to make some amazing recommendations for us. They also didn't make fun of my broken Spanish which I appreciated. I ordered using their English menu and got mimosas as well as the chilaquiles. My friend got the eggs Benedict and said that it was the best she's ever had in her life. The chilaquiles was extremely flavorful and filling. The portion size was huge. The meal was affordable, and the cafe had a very cute vibe. I'd consider this a must visit if you're in the Polanco area and looking for an affordable but tasty breakfast/brunch!

A fantastic brunch in the Polanco neighborhood of Mexico City. This place is French inspired, but with traditional Mexican dishes. Molletes we're amazing. Baguette bread with refried beans and melted cheese. CHILAQUILES we're delicious. The enchiladas were incredible. Got them "divorciadas" which is half red and half green sauce. Iced coffees for my morning started. And finished with a sweet treat if milohas- custard and fruit between thin sheets of pastry. Service was awesome and they neighborhood was great. A lot of little artisan stands on the weekend to buy jewelry, clothes or other hand made items.

Our first time to Mexico City and this was the first spot we hit upon our arrival, as it was a short stroll from the JW Marriott. We stopped in about 3pm, so the place wasn't busy. We brought an appetite and like to taste different items, so we ordered the Molletes con Chorizo, Hot Cakes, French Toast with bananas and Nutela and Mole Enchilladas. I also had a cup of European coffee. Service was quick and friendly and our food looked amazing. The French Toast had a unique delicious flavor- my personal favorite. I don't usually like Mole, but tasted my wife's dish and it was really good too. The hot cakes in Mexico City don't quite measure up to what I find in the states, but Maison Belen's hot cakes are about the best we found in CDMX. The Molletes were good, but could have used a little more flavor. The coffee was ok. The area was pleasant. 4.75 stars for me. We will go back when we return.

Beautiful, colorful, patio dining.

We had been in CDMX for a few days and had not had chilaquiles, so the hunt was on. Our first choice was no longer serving them past breakfast. So we walked a bit further down the street and found this gem. Sat outside on their colorful, pretty patio. It was little breezy, but a nice place to watch the world go by. Got three orders of chilaquiles, and one huevos rancheros. All were delicious. We had both salsas-divorciados, eggs, chicken, steak. 10/10. Steak was super tender, as was the chicken, the red and green salsas were excellent, we preferred the green. For drinks we had an affogato, why not combine a dessert and drink-yummy! 8/10 . My daughter had the hot chocolate with cardamom which was perfection 10/10. After our meal, the kids got some pastries next door and nearly put themselves into a food coma of deliciousness. Fabulous spot for breakfast, pastries, coffe, brunch, you name it.

Chilaquiles with a piece of egg

Friendly staff, amazing food and taking COVID precautions (spacing, masks, table wipe down, shoe and sanitizer at entrance). Had the Chilaquiles divorced with egg, added a side of goat cheese. It was absolutely amazing, probably the best chilaquiles I've ever had: chips were bold and crunchy yet sauce was ample and moist. My only complaint is there was no drip coffee. Just a fyi, the habanero sauce is melt your face off hot.

Cute little French bakery nestled in between a bougie neighborhood in Mexico City. Stopped over here for a cappuccino and a fig tart and was not disappointed. If you're tired of walking around and shopping, stop by here for a quick break.

Had breakfast here twice, Saturday and Sunday. Food is amazing - Chilaquiles with so much flavor. My wife had the enchiladas, which were OK, but not on the same level as their other entrees. I had the Chipotle Eggs Benedict the second day. Service on Sunday was lacking. The place was very busy, but we felt a bit neglected throughout our meal.

Beautiful ambiance, extraordinary food. Delicious food. The Eggs Benedict was to die for. Mynplate was super clean. The coffee wow.....so much body. The desserts did not get to try, will def come back for this. Downside was disappointing... No English Menu... I had to ask a neighbour' eating at the next table for explanation ls on the menu. Thanks for her help I had a wonderful meal.

Delicious breakfast, cozy atmosphere, get there early to avoid a wait! Only negative is no English menu & servers speak little English. I ended up with a breakfast big enough for 2!

A group of us went one evening, I secured a table, and to be honest, I lowered my expectaitons. Boy, I was wrong- it was just as good as the original in Paris! We arrived and we greeted by a happy host, brought to our table. The restaurant made me feel like we were in Paris, the same decor and the staff in the same style outfits. We sat and ordered waters and a wine list. We ordered a bottle of wine and agreed to have the Steak Frites, of course. They brought the wine which was delectable, and then the food came- first a salad, and then the steak, the fries, the gravy! SO good, so perfect, for a couple of hours we were tranported from Mexico City to Paris, everything perfect. If you want a taste of Paris while in CDMX, this is a great choice!

We also found surprising the amazing amount of Desserts they had to choose from. From rich sorbets, to decadent chocolate ones to a sky high tower of strawberry and merange that was equal part of crisp and warm berry goodness. Much Gracias, L' Entrecote! One of my best meals in the city. Many thanks to talented young chef Diego Nino and Cesar Vazquez…read more Highly recommended by a local friend as his favorite restaurant in Mexico City, Nexo Wine Bitrot offers great wine selection (overseas and Mexican), very good modern cuisine (infused with Japanese elements, local ingredients, French elements), classy dining ambiance (high wooden tables, open kitchen, and big window walls), and very good service (both chefs came out to check on me and gave me a complimentary dessert). Reservation is relatively easy to make compared to other good fine dining restaurants in the city. Without hesitation, I choose the 5 course tasting menu (~770 peso). Complimentary fried chips with Mexican dipping sauce (savory sauce made with non-spicy chili): crispy chips and savory aromatic sauce. Then comes the first dish: crudo of the day, avocado with umeboshi, yuzukosho and garlic oil. Fresh and sweet fish, creamy avocado sauce and a refreshing note from umeboshi and yuzukosho, and lastly ends with aromatic note of garlic. Well done! Second dish is squid alla carbnonara. Excellent dish! Again fresh and sweet squid, nicely cooked so that the meat is tender. Rich bacon and creamy cheese adding the thickness in flavor and texture, and lastly a nice kick from black pepper. Artichoke heart with squash sauce and green mojo. Excellent. Very tender, meaty, and sweet artichoke with sweet squash sauce, and refreshing green mojo. Main dish: rib eye, truffled potato purée, and bok choy. excellent. The rib eye literally melts in my mouth! The truffled potato puree is very nicely done. Overall love the well balanced profile and the amzing fatty rib eye. Desert-- dry strawberry and cereals on top of almond ice cream (?) not overwhelmingly sweet. love the fine and creamy texture of the ice cream. And the wonderful meal didn't end! Chef came out to greet me and gave me a complimentary dessert--last comes the best--passion fruit tart decorated with beautiful flowers. Very very delicious. Not overly sweet or sour, it captures the refreshing taste of passionfruit. This dish, with bright colors, passionate flavor, and beautiful presentation, is a perfect one to end my day after visiting Frida's museum. Overall, highly recommend!
