When the lawn greened up a few weeks after the application, it was apparent that spots were missed (see photos). I asked for the technician to return so that the missed spots could be treated. When he returned, he did not agree that he missed any spots. When I asked him to apply chemical to those areas he said: "f**k you", stormed off to his truck and drove off with the speed and recklessness that he used to do the job.
