I assumed they did engineering design work. I was wrong - although they may also do the engineering design work. They are not always located at the office on Chippewa but I was told that Wednesday and Fridays someone would be there. Note that the front door is locked but if someone is there, they will answer. I mean, it's not located in the best of the best neighborhoods. I was greeted by two men and they were super nice and happy to collect my four old extinguishers. Don't trash your old extinguishers! Take them here for recycle or recharge or whatever they do with them.

Adrian is the owner and skilled operator of Jeffco Fire Extinguisher Service and he quickly affirmed on the phone that he also provided CO2 tank refills at his business. I was able to drop my tank off in the morning and pick it up later the same evening. Of note: My 5lb tank refill cost me just about $30, and due to the age of my tank it required a new 5 year recertification for about another $35 with O-Ring. Adrian and his wife Cindy were very friendly and a joy to have a small conversation with. Adrian offered me some tips and counseling on my planned refills process and even offered me an unexpected but super appreciated small parting gift! I definitely recommend these folks for your CO2 refill needs as well fire extinguishers and scuba tank work as well. Great folks.

The issue was unknown at the time they sent me a quote for the installation of an alarm system. Despite a lot of surprises in my house along the way, they still honored the original quote. They went above and beyond to get the system working as intended. Among other things, they came to my house three more times then they expected to (including coming once after-hours), and they added some additional equipment to the setup that they did not charge me for.
