I was up front about wanting the new lock to be keyed like all my other doors. I also told them the rest of the locks in my house were Weslock. Nothing I told him mattered. He came the next day with a Schlage lock that could not be keyed like my current house key. He never said he couldn't bring a Westlock and I was irritated because I told him what my needs were. So I asked him if he get the door unlocked he said yes and did so in about 10 minutes. Not before doing that did he ever mention the cost to do that was $250 dollars because I would not have let him proceed. He said it was considered lock out service He is a deceitful business owner and has unscrupulous business practices

When my wife called to schedule a follow up, we were told we DID have to pay for it. When my wife told the owner what the technician had said, he cut her off, told her that didn't happen, told her they would never say that. Treated her with no respect. When they came back to do the lock, the technician called the boss to confirm we had to pay for the initial visit and this guy (loud enough to hear) said she was full of it, using all kinds of colorful language. Part of this tantrum included saying she was going to be put on their "list." Whatever that means. Total overreaction to a reasonable request. This review is not about the price - it's about the way you treat people. If technicians are telling people they don't have to pay for stuff, that's between you and them - not the customers problem.
