I didn't want a bunch of random lights in the first place and it's not my responsibility to go out of my way to fix your mistakes . I left the lights on the front porch to be picked up. they did warranty work again last month and have called a couple times threatening to sue me for non payment but won't answer the phone or send an invoice just leave a message and evidently out of all of the employees at the company the only one that can process the payment is the one who won't answer when I call. I will not do business with them again.

HVAC! SOMEBODY STOP ME! Well, lighting fixtures are right up there with things that are exciting as hell when you're designing a home. Metro Lighting came through for us, specifically Joni. I was after two things: a dining room light fixture, and a kitchen light fixture. After browsing the showroom, I found a light for the dining room that I absolutely loved, and thought would go perfect in our space. You can imagine how crushed I was when I learned it was on backorder for a long time. Joni told me she'd check with the purchasing team to see if I could have the display, and to call back the next day. I did call the next day with all of the hope in the world, but unfortunately she was given a big fat "no". I asked about another lighting fixture for the kitchen, and started to make peace with the fact that I couldn't have that amazing light for the dining room. (See the photo! It really is that good.) I got a call back a few hours later with the status of the second light fixture, as well as the BEST NEWS EVER that I was able to buy that display light! I cannot explain how much I appreciated her hard work and convincing, and can't wait to hang both lights in our newly purchased home. This truly was customer service at its best. We will absolutely be back whenever we need something else, and I look forward to another great experience.

I have some colorful words for them. The people at Brda Solar who actually did the work? I could write a book about how pleased we are with their work, their professionalism, their abilities to take a poor situation and make it work, their dedication to getting the job done and done right. I only wish we would have known about them and contracted directly with them. From Lauren in the office to Joe, Francisco, Jeremiah, and a couple of other guys who (I am sorry that names escape me) who were all a part of this project at our home, we thank you so much for not only doing the work, but passively calming me down when I would see your truck pull up in our driveway. Joe and Francisco especially went above and beyond with amazingly great attitudes on Christmas Eve. That they even had to work that day pissed me off, but they and their people in the office were dedicated to get this project in service before the end of the year. I would never have expected anyone to work on Christmas Eve. I am grateful that they did. I have already told many people about our unacceptable experience with our contractor, and have dropped the BRDA name more as the people to take care of their solar projects as well as any other electrical needs they may have. My husband and I both agree that we will be calling Brda for any of our electrical needs in the future simply because of the overall expertise their Solar group brought to this project. We were very pleased with the way things were going. We had finalized the details, and paid a $15,000 deposit. The next week, we hear from our consultant, that she had been let go as part of a large staff reduction. At first we were going to stay with Ferguson, but the next day we were called and told that our consultant had made a mistake on a piece of cabinetry, so they were canceling our contract and refunding our money. They gave us no other options on all that we had done, and we could come in and start the process all over again. We felt this was a very unprofessional way to business. We will not be recommending this business to anyone.
