Lowering my review. Place used to have excellent service. Now it's hit or miss. Tonight was a grouchy person who was rude... I showed up 20 minutes before closing and ordered my food ahead so as not to annoy the kitchen. Bartender though, was annoyed I ordered a beverage at the bar even though there were 2 other parties and still 20m to close. We all left at closing time (I'm sure they got his gtfo vibe too). Of course I still tipped him $2 for my one drink plus tipped 20% on my to-go order. Sigh. Clean please and really friendly staff. I ordered the Milwaukee bison burger with Mac and cheese. The burger was really tender and well cooked. The Mac and cheese was kind of bland and milky. My husband and I stopped here during a road trip and were super disappointed. Unfortunately the menus listed here on Yelp are not updated. I was very excited for the Fried Avocado & Cheese Curds, but turns out they don't have them anymore. As an appetizer, we ordered the Poutine and it was the grossest Poutine we've ever had. Our burgers were extremely overcooked. We both ordered our burgers Medium and they were very well done. To the point that they were hard to eat. Where to start? Awful food, room temperature white wine, and more staff just standing around doing absolutely nothing than I have ever seen in a restaurant. Ordered the LA chicken sandwich and the chicken was overdone and basically rubber. Bacon was burned and obviously old. Every one's food was cold but no one's wine was. Our poor server was running everywhere trying to serve drinks and food and got NO help from 3 women standing 4 feet away at the host station doing absolutely nothing. This place definitely needs better management. Haven't eaten here in a while but we were meeting another couple for dinner, one of whom works downtown, so we decided to meet here. Big mistake. I ordered the fish and chips with a side of curly fries and was pleasantly surprised by the serving size. The pieces of fish were large and crisp, perfect with the tartar sauce. The curly fries were nicely seasoned and came with ranch. The service was just okay, but I'd come back again to try the other things on their menu. They weren't busy at all there was 4 tables that was it!! Our green chilli fries came out soggy like they were in the warmer forever!! While passing through the 25, we made a stop in Casper for a late lunch. Shoulda come between 2-5pm for Happy Hour, where you get 50% off on apps, beers, etc. Tuesdays, kids eat free with an adult entree. Anyways.... I decided on the Saigon burger and swapped out the jalapeño buns for potato buns. This was definitely a Korean inspired flavor. It was a hair spicy. The curry bbq sauce was unique. Meat was cooked to perfection! Hubs is on Keto diet so they accommodated his salmon salad and wagyu burger accordingly. However, they ran out of wagyu beef and gave him the bison instead which was awesome!! Kids got the sliders and Casper burger. Not a drop of the burger was left. They overdo it with the fries tho, even on kids meals. Kids meal comes with a drink :) all was good and yummy. The chicken wings were a bit over cooked, this dry. The teriyaki flavor helped but the tangy sauce threw me off. Not the typical teriyaki flavor I'm used to. The shrimp and corn chowder was also something of a surprise and not a great one. I've always thought of chowder as a creamy soup. Their version is filled with spices, minced meat, and 4 pieces of super tasty shrimp. I enjoyed the shrimp in it but didn't care for the rest. It was more like lots of food of similar consistency, thrown in a processor along with broth and 4 pieces of shrimp. Others may love it, I just didn't. The service however was great! Loved my waiter! My water was always filled and he tried his best to make sure we were happy. He did offer to take off the soup when I told him of my disdain. 10% off military discount is always a nice touch, too. read more

Great burger selection. Shame is every time I come here my burger is extremely well done. Why ask how I want it cooked, I like mine pink in the middle or medium. I don't know anyone that enjoys it so overcooked it's almost jerky. Never had a single complaint beside that. I keep trying and stay hopeful. Fix that issue and hands down best burger in town. My husband and I tried to have a meal at this place. The service is abysmal. The bartended was incredibly rude. We placed our order. It took 25 min for my husband to receive his beer. The waitress asked us "what are you doing?" And we said we were waiting on our burgers. She then came back and said that one burger had been made but they forgot the other one. She assured us they were working on the meal at that point. She never checked on us again. After waiting over an hour we paid for the beer and left. Sadly, after my last three visits being consistently below average, I decided to update my review. I loved this place when it first opened, but it has gone down hill significantly. Prices have increased (I get it, everything is more expensive), but now there's a 3% add-on for paying with a card. The food quality has definitely waned. My last meal had essentially no seasoning at all. It's like they forgot to add salt to any of the food. They've removed some of their best menu items. The Seoul Burger was one of the best burgers in town...gone. I doubt they'll be around much longer. When a place starts raising prices on worse food, shrinking its menu and adding extra fees, that's pretty much the death rattle. read more

This restaurant is a good time! It offers a bunch of different vibes it offers. There is a nice bar area with plenty of TV's to watch, a nice dining area that's more comfortable, and a nice section that where you can sit by an open garage door looking out on 2nd steer (prefect for people who enjoy people watching). The food as amazing I had the New Orleans burger. It was super yummy! I is a burger with shrimp on it! Mixing sea food and a good ole burger is something I've never thought of but they made it work and made it work well! It was fishy tasting but had a good shrimp taste. A good burger to me is when it doesn't need catchup. This burger fit Into that category. Pros: wait staff Food is usually pretty good...I tried something new and ended up with a stomachache--so I'll stick to my regulars from now on. Ambiance Cons: bait and switch tactics when paying the bill. A 'processing' fee is added after you give your card to pay. This is a new thing as we have eaten there several times over the the years. Wait staff said it is frustrating because it's now the number one complaint they have to deal with. They have also seen a decrease in their tips once this new practice started. "When we tell the owners it falls on deaf ears". Simple solution--need to cover some new charge build it into the prices(although this sounds like bs because there have always been charges when processing credit or debit cards). The 'notification' that there will be an additional charge is buried in a paragraph at the bottom of the ticket. Update: we both ended up sick after eating there. Probably will not be going back as that ruins a restaurant experience for us. read more

Waiter was very attentive filling our drinks and making sure we didn't need anything every 5-10 mins refilled drinks without being asked. Food arrived and was hot and very good. One side of fries didn't come but when asked our qaoter brought them in a couple minutes.
