Soft lighting highlights the fine details of beautifully crafted tables, plush sofas, and intricate decor. - Aesthetic Appeal: The ambiance is inviting and serene, with well-thought-out displays that make you imagine how the furniture would look in your home. - Indifferent Staff: Salespeople are present, but they seem preoccupied. They were quietly chatting among themselves, paying little attention to customers. The contrast of Beautiful vs. Unwelcoming was striking. The juxtaposition of the store's luxurious, inviting decor with the indifferent, almost cold demeanor of the staff creates an unsettling contrast. Weird vibe here. I left without making a purchase. I agreed to pay $200 for a very specific type of framing I desired. I returned 2 weeks later to pick it up and they had not framed my picture like I had asked at all! They offered no reason and when I asked, I was brushed of with "oh, we couldn't do that". I find it odd they readily agreed to it earlier and then didn't even bother to tell me when they called to say it was ready to be picked up. Anyway, I blew $200 on a framing I am not happy with. He was also the only person willing to remove and reinstall our existing storm door, which was a deal breaker for me, since it was only a few months old (same with the new smartlock hardware).
