1/5 Stars -- Absolutely Horrendous Buying Experience at Toyota of North Miami…read more Let me start by saying that I absolutely LOVE my new 2026 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road. The vehicle itself is fantastic. Unfortunately, the experience of purchasing it from Toyota of North Miami has been one of the worst, most frustrating, and most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever encountered. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to read this before signing anything. From the beginning, the entire purchasing process felt rushed, disorganized, and filled with empty promises. The salesperson repeatedly assured me that certain things would be taken care of, only for those promises to turn into excuses, delays, and constant runarounds. The finance department was no better. When I sat down to review the financing and paperwork, I was repeatedly told that everything would be explained and that I would receive copies of all my documents before leaving. That never happened. I drove home in a brand-new vehicle without receiving the complete paperwork I had been promised. And somehow, it gets worse. THEY DIDN'T EVEN PROVIDE ME WITH MY VEHICLE REGISTRATION. I drove my new truck for approximately five days without realizing that the registration paperwork had never been provided. I discovered this myself when I checked the glove compartment. How does a dealership sell someone a brand-new vehicle and fail to properly explain or provide such basic documentation? But the most unacceptable part of this entire experience involves my previous GMC lease. As part of purchasing my Tacoma, the dealership was supposed to handle the payoff of my previous GMC lease. I was specifically told by the salesperson that I could return the following Thursday, pick up a check, and take it to the GMC dealership nearby to complete the payoff. That was another promise that went nowhere. As of October 16, nearly two weeks after purchasing my Tacoma, my previous GMC lease still has not been paid off. I have repeatedly contacted the salesperson asking for updates. Instead of getting a clear answer, a confirmed payment date, or any meaningful resolution, I have received nothing but more excuses and the runaround. My next GMC payment is due October 17, and I am now facing the possibility of financial consequences and damage to my credit because Toyota of North Miami has failed to follow through on what was promised. I even called the dealership again on October 16, attempting to speak with someone in finance, only to be told that I would have to call back Monday. Apparently, once they have your signature and your business, resolving your problems is no longer a priority. What makes this situation even more insulting is that I have already expressed my concerns directly to the dealership. I have text messages documenting my complaints about the missing paperwork, registration, and lack of communication. I was repeatedly assured that management would be informed and that these issues would be prioritized. Yet here I am, still chasing answers. I shouldn't have to repeatedly call, text, follow up, or physically return to a dealership just to get people to fulfill their responsibilities. I certainly shouldn't have to worry about my financial standing because of an unresolved vehicle payoff. I purchased a brand-new Toyota expecting a professional experience, transparency, and basic customer service. Instead, I received broken promises, poor communication, disorganization, and an astonishing lack of accountability. I love Toyota. I love my Tacoma. But I deeply regret choosing Toyota of North Miami as the dealership where I purchased it. To the management of Toyota of North Miami: Your customers deserve better. Selling a vehicle is not where your responsibility ends. Your responsibility also includes honoring your commitments, providing the necessary paperwork, communicating honestly, and resolving problems without forcing customers to chase you. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for the basic professionalism and accountability that should come with purchasing a vehicle. My advice to potential buyers: Be extremely cautious. Get every promise in writing, review every document, demand copies of your paperwork, and verify that any outstanding trade-in or lease payoff has actually been completed. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances. This dealership has completely destroyed what should have been an exciting and memorable vehicle-buying experience. One star, and only because zero stars isn't an option.

We showed him a letter that Mauricio from Braman sent us stating that we should come in because they wanted to buy our 2019 BMW X3 and give us a "much higher than market value" for our vehicle. We had been thinking about trading it in any way, so off we went to Braman with Mauricio's letter in hand! We asked for Mauricio at the front desk, but the receptionist said there was no one there by that name. Uh oh. She called Uberto over. We told him that Mauricio sent us and showed him the letter. He said he didn't know anything about that letter nor Mauricio. We were now getting suspicious. But Uberto said he would take care of us. Long story short, we found a 2024 BMW X3 that we wanted. Our 5 yr old X3 had only 20, 573 miles on it. We drove it only 5, 000 miles a year! It was very well taken care of and never in an accident! Braman offered a lowball $15k for it. Unbelievable! We were stunned and insulted! I quickly got on Google checking for fair market values, saw an ad by Carmax, who offered to buy your car, filled out their questionnaire, and their offer was $8,000 higher. We told Uberto to hold the new X3 for us, and we were going to drive out to Carmax and sell them our car and be back with our down payment for the new car. So, that's what we did, and everything worked out the way we wanted it. Next time, we will look for a different BMW dealership. You might think about doing the same thing.

He offered a couple of different options, took me on test drives and patiently answered all my questions. Took into consideration my comfort level on size, color, style, and trim.

A week or so after we get a coffee mug with a picture of my husband and two boys printed on it and a couple days after that a magnetic calendar with some more pics!! I can't say anything about the financing or in and outs of the actual car "buying" portion of the deal as I wasn't aware he was getting me a car, but he seemed very much at ease with his purchase. I'm extremely impressed by their customer service. Our experience has been above any expectations we have ever had for a dealership. Can't recommend them enough!!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Mercedes-Benz SL 63 from this dealership, and the…read moreexperience has been unacceptable from delivery to service. When I drove the vehicle off the lot, the tire pressure warning was already on. My salesman, Shamir, dismissed it and claimed the service department had simply forgotten to put air in the tire. That night, after filling it myself, the tire lost pressure again by morning. When I registered the car on the Mercedes-Benz app, it also showed the starter battery at a critical level. I returned the car to the dealership the next morning. For a vehicle that supposedly passed a rigorous 172-point CPO inspection, the oversight was appalling. It had: A nail in the tire A failing battery that required complete replacement Blown, non-functional speakers A broken passenger seat To make matters worse, communication and transparency were virtually non-existent. Alan, the service manager, insisted the tire held pressure and had no nail. However, another manager, Gabriel, later contradicted him and confirmed the tire had to be replaced due to a nail. The car sat in service for nearly a week with zero updates from either Alan or Shamir. I only received information after calling the General Manager directly to escalate the issue. When the car was finally returned, the repairs were only partially addressed, the vehicle was delivered with a near-empty tank of gas, and there was fresh damage on the rim. This has been an absolute failure of quality control, accountability, and customer care for a flagship vehicle. I will never purchase another car here and strongly urge others to avoid this dealership.

Unfortunately, I did not walk away happy at all from my experience with Car Factory Outlet Miami…read more STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE To begin with, the car I purchased did NOT come with the original key or key fob. Instead, I was given a completely different third-party key, and I was told I would receive information later to obtain the proper FOB. That never happened. Honda quoted me around $275 plus tax just to cut and program a replacement key/fob for the vehicle. Every time I followed up with the dealership, I was given the runaround and told the car was sold "as is." Second, the pricing and financing process felt extremely misleading. I was initially told my payments would be around $367 monthly, but after fees and paperwork, the payment ended up being about $400. Important details were not properly explained before I signed. I also noticed the contract listed the vehicle at around 43,000 miles, but by the time I drove it off the lot it was already showing around 46,000 miles. What became even worse was the financing situation afterward. The dealership apparently could not secure financing through a bank, yet they continued having me make monthly payments directly to them instead. My checks were being deposited into the dealership's account rather than through an actual lender. During this process, my credit was negatively affected. The experience became so stressful and unprofessional that I ultimately had to hire a lawyer to resolve the issue. After legal involvement, the dealership was forced to take the vehicle back and issue me a full refund. It was an exhausting and horrible experience overall. While the staff may come across as friendly during the sales process, I personally felt misled and poorly handled throughout the entire ordeal. I strongly recommend that anyone considering buying a vehicle here carefully steer clear. Don't waste your time or your money.
