The second time I went, I called around 7AM and asked if they could fix a side mirror I knocked off really quick. They said yes. I bring it in & ask for a diagnostic. They return it to me with the mirror still broken telling me I'd have to spend around $3,000 and wait two weeks to get fixed. I asked if I could bring a cheaper used mirror I found & pay them for labor and they said no - making me think this was beyond easy repair. They asked if I wanted to replace one of my wipers and the price wasn't bad so I agreed. They ended up replacing the other one too free of charge! My appointment was at 11 so I was a bit worried when I saw that my car wasn't taken into the shop until 11:30, but they had the tires changed and done in 15 minutes!
