The next day, I came back for the alignment and sat there for almost an hour, only to be told they couldn't do it because I supposedly needed lower control arm work first. But here's the kicker, they ALSO told me I needed two new tires. Two new tires...the same two tires I had literally purchased FROM THEM the day before. When I pointed that out, the guy's face said everything. Instead of approving any repairs, I took my car to the dealership where my warranty is and had them perform a complete suspension inspection. They found NOTHING wrong with my suspension or the lower arm bar control and no reason the alignment couldn't be done. What makes this even more concerning is that when I told a coworker what happened, she said her daughter had a very similar experience at this same place. I can only speak to my experience, but it left me feeling like they assumed I wouldn't question what I was being told or know enough about my own vehicle to challenge it. Maybe they thought because I'm a woman, I'd simply agree to whatever repairs they recommended. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to expensive repairs. I'm very glad I did. 09/24/25 update. The place was jam packed which was a little discouraging, but when you need tires, you wait. Lol Prices have gone up all over the country and this place is no different. I saw great reviews and headed over for help. They not only removed all the lug nuts, but were willing to go ahead and install the sensors I had already purchased. Coincidentally I had just taken my wife's car to Discount Tire to have her tires rotated earlier. She needed two Pirelli tires and they wanted $787 with the road hazard warranty. I asked Tire Store Service Center if they would quote me. They were almost $200 less and that included an alignment! Needless to say I am now a satisfied customer. The service work was quick, the customer service was very pleasant and the pricing very competitive!

First car they replaced a stud without telling me. Second time this location has stripped a lug nut On my vehicle. Went to pick it up, told did not align. Asked why as have had no prior issues and they did not know. Also lost wheel lock key. After finally finding it I left. While driving noticed the steering wheel was crooked. Call manager said bring it back in. Second try not only fixed the steering wheel but the car magically aligned. About a week ago daughter took her car. Did service and had alignment. Shop stated car did not align. Took it over to alliance location and they had no problems aligning. Seems to me like a pattern so tires wear out faster and/or they can sell you on repairs that are not needed. They need to clean house and bring in honest people. Be aware if you use this location.

When you factor in that they don't tack on extra charges for things like mounting/balancing/valve stems/etc, their tires are no more expensive than what you'd get at a national Discount chain that will go nameless. I did go elsewhere to buy my most recent set of tires, and I've had buyers remorse ever since. Cowser will treat you right, and they won't tell you that your tire has to be replaced every time you run over a nail.
