Just bring your part back and return it if you have an issue why would you complain over the phone? These guys have never done me wrong and if I got a bad part (which honestly I don't think I ever did except once because I always made sure to give the right information) I would go back and exchange it like a customer. There is no need to call on the phone and cry about it and create drama. Just go back and swap it or get a return. Hands down good prices, and able to get parts other places don't even have. Just know what you need and they'll let you know if they got it.

Didn't end up ordering it as I went back to Auto Zone to order it since they offered free installation and it is closer to my home. Was a little confused as I initially looked up Pep Boys and they must be owned by the same company. Pep Boys was the auto service side and Advanced is the auto parts store.

I got front brake pads and got the rears done because they had my car up on the rack and showed me and I just only needed the front but I thought let me get it done since I'm going home to New Orleans on a road trip in December once semester ends I am a nursing student. I asked them to check the parking lot cameras where the worker moved my vehicle, only to be told they don't have any cameras outside. Avoid getting your car serviced here. The staff is careless, and the management provides zero accountability. Your car deserves better than this place.
